最近愛上食串燒,朋友話想試呢間餐廳,所以一齊去食。見菜單上食物頗豐富,包括肉、海鮮、炙燒等等,應有盡有!我地order到成枱食物,每樣都可以試少少,好滿足!至於其他食物,整體而言味道都幾唔錯,以下呢幾樣係自己比較鍾意既:蔬菜點咗好多,樣樣都幾新鮮。而燒豆卜加埋調味粉之後風味十足,非常惹味。雞軟骨、雞中翼、雞皮係必點,唔會太油,乾濕度啱啱好,好有口感。燒肥牛金菇卷有驚喜,因為平時少食,所以印象比較深刻,燒出嚟仲係好juicy。

食串燒嘅地方好多,但我簡串燒店嘅方式通常得一個,就係近😂依間 #串燒陣位於旺角,地鐵行5分鐘就到,都非常之近我而且依間可以用手機點單,最適合我依種唔鍾意同外人講野嘅人而佢串串嘅味道都唔錯,調味剛好,唔會太鹹,羊肉串,一口牛,同茄子都幾好食,而佢嘅小辣亦都唔會太辣,所以我食佢嘅花甲粉都覺得OK不過位置唔多,所以繁忙時間嚟嘅話,有機會要係外面等一陣位,而且佢出餐時間比較慢,所以有機會要等比較耐,肚餓心急嘅朋友就要注意下

香港近年開始開張了不少串燒店舖。此行新開的串燒陣,點選了不同食品,食品種類繁多。味道不俗而且燒嘅生熟程度掌握火候不錯。有點選了一些海鮮,生蠔及扇貝也很新鮮。至於雞皮也很香脆。推介必點茄子,茄子的味道及質感很好。至於豬頸肉則有點柴口。有機會也會重臨品嚐。

朋友生日話想食串燒,我搵到呢間叫做串燒陣,就帶朋友去試吓啦。餐廳食串燒為主,我地叫咗好多嘢食,食到飽晒。我哋叫咗燒豆卜同埋燒波蘿,波蘿燒得剛剛好,好多汁,好好味。燒豆卜好得意,脆脆哋,口感唔錯。跟住叫咗燒安格斯牛仔骨 同埋燒 紐西蘭羊架,牛仔骨一啲都唔韌,羊架完全無羊羶味,正呀,食完都飽飽哋。最好味嘅係燒脆脆香燒賣同埋頂級墨魚丸 , 燒賣外脆內軟。 墨魚丸爽口彈牙, 加上串燒用的增味份粉,味道一流。食咗咁多肉類,我哋都叫咗一啲蔬菜類,我哋叫咗燒韭菜,蒜蓉燒大茄子。 兩種蔬菜都好好味,大家食咗咁多肉類,都要食多啲蔬菜啊。

各款香腸各有特式,當然要多來一Round;這次加了一串炸鵪鶉蛋串,還是第一次在串燒店吃鵪鶉蛋,外層添加了酥炸外皮,入口時多了一份脆口感,相當特別,值得一試。下次再來要試試其他風味!
