There was a lot of chopped garlic and green onions spreaded on top of the clams. We can taste the rich flavour of seasonings in every single bite.

Steamed Razor Clams with chopped garlic
Seafood with garlic is an excellent combo. It is even better when vermicelli is also added on the dish. So it is a must-order dish!

Grilled pork neck
My favourite skewers was the pork neck. It was very soft and juicy. It was also not as greasy as pork belly.

Chicken soft bone
My usual first choice is chicken soft bone. It is delicious no matter if it is deep fried or grilled. It was delicious but the top 1 skewers still undoubtedly goes to grilled pork neck.

Grilled zucchini

之前睇食評見到好壞參半,但我哋經過舖頭見到入面坐滿晒人,所以都決定一試~估唔到幾有驚喜!首先叫咗個好多人都有嗌嘅錫紙燒蒜蓉花甲~花甲都算幾大粒~漲卜卜咁,調味都好香,但又唔會太濃味,覺得幾好食!極推蒜蓉燒大大茄子!!!好大條~個皮冇燒燶,調味勁正!一絲絲咁捲出嚟食真係好正!!勁鍾意~另外我哋仲叫咗啲串燒,串燒上面灑咗孜然粉,食落會比較香口同濃味,剛好我哋點嘅食材本身都唔係濃味,所以覺得同孜然粉勁夾。燒香卜卜魚豆腐,估唔到會咁入味咁好食!燒絕味雞軟骨,去得食串燒一定要叫雞軟骨,好有咬口~風味燒鯖魚,鯖魚算幾少骨,食落去啖啖肉,唔會有魚腥味,想清新啲嘅可以落檸檬汁。燒蒙古羊肉串 ,好香羊肉味,但唔會太騷,我個人好鍾意羊騷味~如果再騷啲就一流(個人喜好)覺得呢度嘅串燒幾好食,會推介俾朋友~

另外我哋仲叫咗啲串燒,串燒上面灑咗孜然粉,食落會比較香口同濃味,剛好我哋點嘅食材本身都唔係濃味,所以覺得同孜然粉勁夾。
