擔擔水餃麵@今次試水餃擔擔麵,拉麵仍然彈牙,擔擔醬唔似上海果種擔擔醬,微辣有蝦米味,撈埋湯就好似花生醬味

이 음식점 의 대표적인 메뉴는 만두 인데 특히 베이징 스타일 만두 입니다. 홍콩의 만두는 얇은 만두피에 속은 육류와 해산물을 적당히 섞은 만두소를 이용하는 방면 베이징 스타일은 두꺼운 만두피와 속은 육류로 사용하여 하나만 먹어도 배가 든든해지는 느낌을 들수있습니다. 그리고 육즙이 가득 베어있어 첫 한입을 베어물면 만두 소 와 육즙이 입안 가득히 퍼지는 느낌을 가질수있어 좋은 기분을 느낄수있습니다.

특히 바로 그자리 에서 만두를 만드는것을 볼수있어서 특히 믿음이 가는 음식점입니다
사이드 메뉴로 만두국 에 면을 추가한 메뉴도 나름 괜찮다고 생각이 듭니다. 면의 종류는 한국의 소면 보단 굵기가 굵은 중면 정도 되는 면 인데 식감이 쫌 투박하지만 나름 괜찮다고 생각이 듭니다.

그리고 이 음식점 에서 꼭 마셔야 하는 음료는 두부정 이라는 두유입니다. 한국의 두유에 비하면 많이 묽은느낌이지만 간단히 마시기엔 별 부담없이 마실수있습니다.

This is my most favourite dumpling place in hk. Have been their customers for a long time. Even we moved to another area we would still come back for their dumplings! The side dishes and appetisers are very nice too the authentic potato appetiser is our usual go to dish and the lamb pie is very juicy. They have renovated the restaurant recently making it more comfy. Dumplings are freshly made to order. I also buy raw dumplings to bring home. The quality is the best! Keep it up!

自從離開北京搬來香港住,最思念的就是北京菜。水餃是我們北京人最家常的食物,特別是懷念茴香餃子。無意中發現這家小店,老闆也是北京人,水餃皮夠勁道,而且很大餡,十足北京味。老公是香港人口味和我不太一樣,他覺得最好吃的是羊肉大蔥水餃和餡餅(豬肉韭菜和羊肉都好味)。最重要這裡有北京味魚香茄子(沒有鹹魚),真是一解我思鄉的情緒,每次想吃家鄉菜的時候,就會走來這家地道的小店每次吃都忘記拍照,吃水餃記得加他們的自製炸辣椒油,好好味!

好耐以前(真的很耐,有10年多)在那附近工作,所以是這水餃店的常客。當時還在舊舖,座位不多,幸好我公司是彈性午餐時間,很多時都可座在舖內吃最新鮮,剛煮好水餃和上海麵。他們包的水餃不會太咸,沒加味精,會吃到食材的味道。餃子皮不是薄薄的,看到餃子餡那隻,而是有咬口,能夠鎖著肉汁的厚餃子皮,所以吃時要小心餃子內燙呼呼的肉汁。雖說是厚,但吃時不會覺得厚,而且餃子皮的彈性更大大增加了進食時的口感。而這店的湯底亦是偏淡,比市面上的水餃店都要淡,那正好可以吃到水餃的味道。有些款式的餃子是即叫即包的,1碗8隻不算多,但可以看著老板即場包餃子,那種等吃的心情是一種享受。最近經過,看到拉上鐵閘以為已經不敵租金,關門了。再行前幾步驚喜發現只旦搬了舖,新舖大些少,座位多些少。舖頭前仍然貼滿少老板與明星的合照,老板夫婦依舊,味道依舊好吃。這店的水餃是我吃過最美味的,更重要的是價錢合理。

平時返工經常經過呢間水餃店見到有個女伙計係度包水餃,幾吸引今晚放工一支公嚟到門口睇咗一陣餐牌, 有幾樣想食,不過又唔餓, 所以只叫左呢度嘅正宗北京水餃(韭菜)同埋東玻肉擔擔麵 擔擔麵就好香,醬汁同肉碎配合得唔錯😋麵質爽口,不過有小小辣。怕辣的都不用太擔心,可能迎合港人口味吧,真的不太辣,但肉碎的香、麻醬的甜,令到這碗麵非常有層次感😜👍🏻水餃汁多肉滑夠新鮮👍🏻👍🏻 價錢亦相當便宜,$44/8隻上枱時見到每隻餃子都非常飽滿、晶瑩剔透,賣相不錯!吃第一口真的驚為天人,足料多到一口只能食到半隻,餡料比例很好,韭菜、豬肉連同肉汁剛剛好,外皮仍然煙韌,配上微酸的香醋,口感非常好!真的做到皮薄餡靚食飽埋單都係$100。好抵食,下次會再來試埋其他水餃同麵

擔擔麵就好香,醬汁同肉碎配合得唔錯😋麵質爽口,不過有小小辣。怕辣的都不用太擔心,可能迎合港人口味吧,真的不太辣,但肉碎的香、麻醬的甜,令到這碗麵非常有層次感😜👍🏻
