一有大群朋友聚會,我總是喜歡去中菜館,圍著吃飯超高興!這間吃北京填鴨的餐廳不是地鋪,環境清幽,可以慢慢坐。北京填鴨 (半隻)$268因為女生比較多所以我們點了半隻來吃,視覺上鴨皮烤得金光閃閃,皮薄酥脆不掛油,鴨肉很有嚼勁,隱約滲出適當的咸香味,配上熱熱的餅皮吃,味道非常出眾,單單是這道菜已經值得一來再來了。宮爆雞丁 $98不吃辣的我而言這算是頗辣了,不過它的辣香很到位,放在桌上已經很濃郁,雞丁入味又有咬口,是很好的配飯小菜,如果每粒可以更大就更好啦。小籠包 $78小籠包外皮不算厚,卻能好好盛住裡面的湯汁,輕輕咬開外皮,濃濃的湯汁露出來,豬肉肉質鮮甜,不錯吃。

不吃辣的我而言這算是頗辣了,不過它的辣香很到位,放在桌上已經很濃郁,雞丁入味又有咬口,是很好的配飯小菜,如果每粒可以更大就更好啦。

小籠包外皮不算厚,卻能好好盛住裡面的湯汁,輕輕咬開外皮,濃濃的湯汁露出來,豬肉肉質鮮甜,不錯吃。

如此喺裝潢上一絲不拘嘅餐廳,理應喺食物上都要花啲心機,咁先可以為客人帶嚟色、香、味俱全嘅體驗。小妹我只係為呢間京菜館抱不平,大感可惜。

朋友建議叫呢道香辣雞丁, 我本來想拒絕, 因為通常香辣雞丁都得好少雞肉, 一般以乾辣椒為主, 我覺得好唔抵😂點知一上枱發現原來都幾足料, 而且佢係三碟之中我最鍾意嘅, 雞丁外面爆得好香脆, 但入面又好嫩滑, 香辣之餘又有好重嘅芝麻香, 令人食唔停😋

平時好少出街食中菜,今次就試試新意思,揀左去北京老家食晚飯。一出黎就見到一張披住虎皮既椅子,裝潢有古代的氣氛。一坐底,就有一壺茶同前菜送上黎。叫左四樣野:宮爆雞丁,醬汁好惹味,雞丁亦嫩滑。孜然羊肉,有好多蔥同莞茜,羊肉唔太羶,孜然都好入味,連我唔太好羊肉既人都覺得好食。紅油抄手,第一次食甜甜地既紅油抄手,幾特別,而且塊皮好滑,好易入口。最後拔絲蘋果令人驚豔,脆而不黏牙既糖漿,配上清香既暖蘋果,好夾!

最伏的片皮鴨,一心食片皮鴨。但非常失望。當日明明訂咗位但竟然安排我同人地搭枱,服務質素已經有問題。賣相勁差,返大陸食都好食過佢。啲皮一啲都唔脆,非常失望。乾身又路脆呢個反而唔錯,幾特別,啲醬汁都幾開胃。不過嚟呢度最主要食片皮鴨,似平時係燒味店食嘅燒鴨。小籠包啲皮太厚,而且湯汁唔夠,已經冇全部食物影晒相,費事逐樣講因為認真失望。價錢亦都偏貴,雖然裝修好靚。但係始終食物不合格👎🏻,希望餐廳好好改善食物質素,而且價格一啲都唔平,香港大把店好食過佢。
