To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食北京片皮鴨

除咗去北京仲有咩地方可以食到片皮鴨呢？朋友就介紹我去呢一間餐廳。一入到門口就見到兩大門神歡迎我門口仲放咗個金魚缸因為我坐大枱所以呢我哋個枱度呢就睇唔到金魚。但係如果初二人或者四人枱枱中間會係玻璃透落下便可以睇到金魚缸一路食飯睇住啲金魚游水，都幾過癮。嗰日食飯同朋友帶咗六至八人餐。所以確實唔係好知每一碟餸幾多錢但係都幾好食。酸菜魚好醒胃，食完開晒個胃呢個牛肉好好食！柔軟又香配埋佢哋嗰個豆瓣醬好夾！呢個豬肚小菜又麻油辣鍾意食辣嘅一定要試！粉皮正正常常青瓜海蜇啲海蜇好大塊。終於去到主題片皮鴨，份量都係幾多，啲片皮鴨油香十足入口，佢好似係你口裏面慢慢 滲出尼咁樣。配埋佢嗰個將蔥同埋青瓜真係不得了😻
