First to satrt with is the soup for sure and i think the soup is quite nice but not a really amazing one.the appetizer and salad are quite good i would say. the shrimp is quite nice qith the airy paste the oyster can actually divided into 2 types. And i like the truffle on more as the cheese is really matching with it and the aroma is stronger. Comparing to the other one which is fresher and the taste is less strong.I pick the pork for the main as we usually have steak. The pork is really smooth

the foie gras risotto is really strong in truffle aroma too. And the creamy suace is just matrching with the risotto. But for me, it is too fat and i cannot eat much of it.

BEL CIBO 「的式」小盒子BEL CIBO是一間位於尖沙咀厚福街的樓上餐廳第一次拜訪,看到水晶吊燈感覺很雅致我們點了周打魚湯餐湯來開場白色忌廉湯,配特長餅乾條味道香口感不算濃濃酥盒釀田螺有足夠的牛油香,裡面是香滑的薯蓉口感不錯,酥盒其實做得頗吸引的就是酥盒的外皮比一般的酥盒較硬身紐西蘭牛柳牛柳味道香口的說雖然已經是8成熟,入口仍充滿肉汁旁邊有店家準備的醬汁,有洋蔥味但其實牛肉夠香也不用點了乾炒墨魚蒜片墨汁意粉墨汁意粉吸收了墨魚香氣,薄片的墨魚也很彈牙而且入口充滿了番茜味,非常香辣

樓上餐廳經常會有意外驚喜,今次又試下尖沙咀其中一間好評餐廳,一打開電梯門就見到陳展鵬⋯⋯張相😎明星都來幫襯,信心大增呢!之後見到原隻龍蝦加意粉都係$198,焗蠔都係$18一隻,好優惠的價錢。但原來有個2人餐,又有龍蝦又有蠔,都係五百幾,計落條數叫餐著數少少啦。先來前菜沙律及大蝦鮮果酥盒,配上芒果汁,甜酸度適中,令人十分開胃。是日餐湯是周打魚湯,味道香濃,配新鮮香口的面包條,將面包點去湯裡同時享用,更為美味。令我期待的焗蠔,遠遠已經聞到那香氣撲鼻的黑松露香味,蠔身很肥美,咬落口感非常好,另有美式芝士口味,有兩種味道滿足貪心的我。 主菜豬扒配扇貝,豬扒肉質鮮嫩,配上燒汁更為美味。 另一主角是焗原隻龍蝦,芝士味香氣撲鼻,肉質豐富可口,龍蝦底部有兩球薯蓉,大食如我的男士,食完都覺得飽。 最後二人餐會有餐茶及甜品,甜品拼盤一次可品嚐五款甜食,但可能雪櫃太冷,蛋糕雪得太硬,是今次晚餐最美中不足之處,但其他食物都很有特色,值得一試。

酥皮同樣香口鬆化,入面同樣有蘑菇泥,難得的是,豬柳熟之餘仍然肉質軟腍入味,肉味鮮濃,而且仍然有肉汁,可見師傅掌握火候得宜,廚藝可見一斑。這菜式難度不低,在香港,供應此品的店子不多,而有水準的更少。竟然在小店遇上如此高水準出品,不得一讚師傅的廚藝。

澳洲穀飼羊扒($208) 同樣質素不錯,一切開,見到羊扒那嫩紅的色澤,就知道師傅處理火候很對家。羊肉肉質鮮嫩稔滑,簡單的調味已能帶出羊肉鮮味,不過我自己就偏好羊羶味,澳洲羊扒本身羶味較淡。

My friend took me to this restaurant for dinner tonight because she really enjoys the lunch set they provided here. We ordered two set dinner which includes salad, starter, soup and main. The salad came with the starter, the salad was fresh and tasted very good with their special sauce. I don't know what was in the sauce but it was refreshing and fruity. The salad came with the starter, the salad was fresh and tasted very good with their special sauce. I don't know what was in the sauce but it was refreshing and fruity. I really like the thickness of the sauce.

The Abalone with black truffle was alright even though it didn't look good on the plate, it tasted ok. The abalone was soft and easy to chew; the sauce was very mushroomy and had very strong black truffle flavour.

We quite enjoyed the crisp stuffed with escargot, the pastry was crispy and not too thick. The filling was very tasty. Amazingly, the escargot matched so well with the mushroom sauce. The texture of the escargot was soft and easy to chew.

We always love hamburger patty so when we saw the homemade patty with cheese, we were so happy. When it arrived, we thought we ordered the wrong thing because the patty looked like a mushroom. Hahahahahaha..... Anyway, we cut it in half and saw the cheese leaking out. The patty was delicious, it very cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully! It was also very juicy. We really liked it. There was also some Roman salad with mango sauce on the side, the leaves were very crunchy and fresh. The mango sauce was sweet and matched well with the salad.

We then saw this big pie in front of us, it was the crisp baked Spain pork cutlet with asparagus. The asparagus was very yummy and crunchy. The pastry of the pie was crispy and well cooked. The pork cutlet was cooked perfectly and tasted good. It will taste better if there was more sauce.
