每個月都要去TST做treatment,然後約朋友在附近吃個飯再回家我們最喜歡到H8大樓整幢樓都是"吃"的香芒鮮蝦塔,野菜沙律 HKD108很香的芒果味,吃到口中酸酸甜甜,野菜、生果,又fresh又脆又juicy,開胃。 黑松露菌湯 (HKD68)微香,味淡日本水飼豬鞍 (HKD228)有厚度,但夠腍,肉質鬆化肉與肉之間夾著小許肥肉,鮮嫩又有點爽口 煙三文魚牛油果薄餅 (HKD178)越來越喜歡這種薄薄的pizza每一片都很脆,舖上薄薄的三文魚,微咸又帶點魚香,夠滋味最後來一道甜點都是小小一粒朱古力,一件小cake令整個晚餐更完美

自從發現左呢幢大廈有好多野食之後,就成日過來搵食呢日我地又食西餐~首先點左個生蠔~雖然我唔食生野~但我d朋友個個食到lam lam脷,應該幾好食還點了香芒鮮蝦塔配野菜沙律~大家一定要叫來試試下~芒果鋪面,下面要切碎了的蛋白和蝦肉,好香,又滑~ 還有野菜沙律在旁,愈食愈開胃!仲叫了摩天輪小食併盤 幾特別~有5種小食~包括芝士丸,雞翼,炸餃子,小丸子,薯條哈哈,樣樣都好好食~好香,好脆,不算很油!還配有泰式辣醬,沙律醬,千島醬比你點~個人較喜歡千島醬以上的都是前菜~所以都叫左個乾炒墨魚蒜片墨汁意粉~墨汁又香又濃郁,意粉硬度適中~還有日本水飼豬鞍和紐西蘭肉眼扒都不錯的!好香好嫩滑最後甜品更是走唔甩啦

The dessert was a bit overpriced. Still, it was a soothing dessert - smooth and favourably sweet to mark a pleasant end for the meal.

因為牛扒的份量十分大,侍應會問左我們平時食開的牛扒系幾成熟,會因應個人喜好而烹調!而侍應建議我哋食五成熟嘅牛扒,因為太熟的牛扒會令到肉變得煙韌左! 牛扒嘅製作過程當然亦較耐,上場時就令我們好驚喜!成件牛骨仍在牛扒上,上檯亦誇張。 牛扒厚度約3cm多厚度吧!切開時會見到塊肉仲系好紅的,但不見血水,看似好生,但食落覺得肉質好滑、好嫩,軟軟的!邊位的肉質有少少韌,但不影響整體牛肉的口感。記得要夾埋餐上配上的食鹽一齊食用,令牛肉鮮味會更出! 旁邊有薯條及薯蓉作伴菜!薯蓉好滑、入口即溶🙌🏾

一向都對野菌或菇類情有獨鍾,自然對其下的食物抱有興趣。天使麵煮得剛好,挺身而充滿彈性。賣相像辣椒碎的蕃茄乾,不像平常的蕃茄汁早已混入意粉之中而帶出酸咪咪的勁度,反而每在咀嚼當中咬到粒粒乾茄,就滲出丁點兒清甜不酸的效果,味道清爽。至於主角的野菌卻令人稍為失望,比例不多未能起到固中幽香,但搭著露筍來吃,整體是清新素食元素的滋味。

好耐都冇寫食評了, 不過今日去左呢間餐廳一定要好好介紹一下氣氛好舒服真係好適合情侶進餐, 我自己覺得呢度既水準真係有返咁上下! 今日由朋友發牌, 先叫左個冷鮑魚冷鮑魚都唔算細, 咬落有d 煙un有口感, 加埋本身有果個汁帶出到鮮魚既香味! 小食摩天輪小食一盤盤咁放左係摩天輪度, 想食咩野就自己轉過黎, 都幾方便!雞翼有事先醃過, 食落有淡淡黑椒味味道唔錯芝心丸食落有d魚肉味, 而且入面有d芝士心, 都幾餃子蝦, 有隻原條蝦包左係餃子既入面, 口感幾得意, 個人覺得醮埋雞醬更好食! 燒豬仔骨好大條! 豬仔骨肉質都幾林身同埋唔係好干, 好味啊因為痴係骨既關係所以唔會有好多肥肉, 適合我呢d中意食肉但又怕肥既人!不過始終係出面餐廳, 食起上黎就比較呢HEA, 如果用手食好似好樣衰 藍芝士長通粉藍芝士既芝士味芳香噗鼻, 睇黎用左好多藍芝士!意粉本身個味都幾傑身同埋食味比較濃, 芝士有點蓋過左菇既味道, 長通粉唔會煮得太過林冇晒咬口,愛芝士既我覺得呢個意粉都幾好食! 呢度仲可以飲酒嫁! 幾適合星期5果D時間一班fd食下晚飯飲下酒放鬆下!

小食一盤盤咁放左係摩天輪度, 想食咩野就自己轉過黎, 都幾方便!

雞翼有事先醃過, 食落有淡淡黑椒味味道唔錯
芝心丸食落有d魚肉味, 而且入面有d芝士心, 都幾

餃子蝦, 有隻原條蝦包左係餃子既入面, 口感幾得意, 個人覺得醮埋雞醬更好食!

燒豬仔骨好大條! 豬仔骨肉質都幾林身同埋唔係好干, 好味啊

因為痴係骨既關係所以唔會有好多肥肉, 適合我呢d中意食肉但又怕肥既人!

不過始終係出面餐廳, 食起上黎就比較呢HEA, 如果用手食好似好樣衰

藍芝士既芝士味芳香噗鼻, 睇黎用左好多藍芝士!
意粉本身個味都幾傑身同埋食味比較濃, 芝士有點蓋過左菇既味道, 長通粉唔會煮得太過林冇晒咬口,

愛芝士既我覺得呢個意粉都幾好食!
