湯底嚟講非常好食,而且幾清淡貼近越南嘅味道,牛骨湯非常好飲,我同朋友都忍唔住一啖一啖,飲完都唔會話好口渴,證明餐廳嘅湯底係自家製絕對唔加味精,整體嚟講都幾好食,加埋佢本身嘅配料,配料有牛丸同埋肥牛!牛丸非常濃厚嘅味道一咬落去就有少少汁爆出嚟,咬落去亦都爽口彈牙,我同朋友都非常鍾意!牛肉嘅質素亦都唔差絕對唔會係好硬嗰啲劣質肥牛,所以呢一個價錢嚟講,我哋都覺得合格以上!河粉再加埋個湯同埋配料整體都唔錯,有機會會再返嚟!

發生什麼事,點解今次去我同我朋友各自回家都飲咗勁多杯水。真係極度口渴,肯定落咗好多味精。食物是好味的,但今次真係好口渴。我已經沒有飲湯河的湯了,抑或係雞絲沙律的魚露令到我地口渴。以為內地用味精多,原來香港都不相伯仲。簡直有啲失望。知道商店有時會用味精,但未至於用咁多口渴情況咁嚴重。第二日我朋友話俾我聽佢對腳有啲水腫,佢尋晚飲埋河粉啲湯,但都冇飲晒。希望商店正視下其實食物係好食,但係味精及鹽份真係好多,比起以往更多更多。我亦都決定唔再去食。各位如果你哋亦都有同樣情況在這裏反映希望食店可以正視一下。如果係咁,我寧願返大陸一樣都係食味精,唔使留香港消費。

這間BEP位於公司附近,所以久不久便會來此午餐。平時多數選lunch set,比較經濟實惠。Lunch set有多款選擇,朋友選了pho combo set, 可選兩款牛配料,有生牛肉、牛爽腩、牛丸等,湯粉夠大碗,湯底夠甜也夠熱,另有一碟香葉和油條,是正宗越式做法。我點了豬扒檬粉,喜歡它的檬跟很多蔬菜,平時就是要爭取機會,吃多些蔬菜。也喜歡上面舖上炸蒜片和花生碎,增加了脆口感和加添了層次。另點了牛油果smoothie, 非常濃稠,喜歡牛油果的朋友必試,不過超級飽肚,但偶一為之,要爲自己注滿足夠能量,再為下午打拼。

另點了牛油果smoothie, 非常濃稠,喜歡牛油果的朋友必試,不過超級飽肚,但偶一為之,要爲自己注滿足夠能量,再為下午打拼。

星期日在上環找地方吃飯,無意中發現BEP竟然逆市擴充業務,在較為缺乏晚市的地方開分店,而且區內已經有兩間越南餐廳,競爭着實不少,可見經營者的信心。上環分店和其他分店有所不同,這分店環境舒適且裝修新穎,有點高檔食肆的感覺,值得一讚的是服務殷勤有禮。星期六下午食客不多,外國人佔了一半。雖然餐廳提供的食物和其他分店相同,但這分店的環境比其他分店更新淨舒適。總的來說,食物水準好,個人喜歡食品有牙車塊、燒牛柳沙律、柚子沙律、沙嗲、生牛肉河粉和牛肉卷撈檬粉。沙律蔬菜新鮮,牛肉鮮嫩,雖然燒牛柳沙律放了太多指天椒而比較辣,但食物味道感覺天然美味,相信不會像其他越南餐廳般放味精。唯一可惜的是別將撈檬改爲青瓜麺條,原本以為是清爽香脆,實際是剛剛相反,口感太諗而味道帶點苦澀,比原本的檬粉差勁得多!

疫情開始好轉,香港人也開始放鬆多了,多了人出街食飯,上中環是寫字樓區一到午餐時間餐廳有一大堆人,好食的餐廳差不多座無虛席。今日與3位同事出外食午餐,周邊餐廳都滿座,只好來到這家BEP越南餐廳,香港有四間分店,上環是最近新開的鋪,還有位不需要等候,好快入內,裝潢好時代感感覺好高檔,地方滿大,空間很大,座位滿舒適。河內牛展粉HKD88碗麵份量不算多,湯頭比較淡沒有什麼味道,好彩牛展濃郁很軟嫩,還有豆芽菜、青檸、九層塔葉等鮮爽配料。
