除咗有一碟香葉配料之外,比較特別係有一碟油炸鬼,初時我會以為唔夾,但沾左啲湯之後,又覺得幾好食,醒起去星加坡食肉骨茶嗰陣時都有油炸鬼配埋,類似個中感覺啦😝 佢成個粉其實幾好食,牛丸咬落去又好多肉汁,so surprised ! 😘

在K11 Musea行街行到肚餓,所以搵地方食飯,朋友揀了BEP,看看menu的感覺似曾相識,才發現BEP原來是老牌越南餐廳芽莊的新 Line。越式生虾($98)生蝦份量多,勁辣,食一啖飲一啖水都止不住滿口辣味,所以我和朋友都立即想叫飲品。分別要了杯蘇丹王D24榴槤沙冰 ($52)和青檸薄荷葉梳打 ($48),味道不錯。炸軟殼蟹 ($128)有兩隻軟殼蟹加一份生菜伴碟,雖然說不上是外脆內軟,但勝在軟殼蟹本身有少少蟹膏搭救。反而蒜蓉包 ($36)有驚喜,我覺得是最出色的,厚切蒜蓉包,真正外脆內軟。

收工同朋友嚟K11 Musea行下順便食晚飯,見到呢間越南餐廳座無虛席就試下佢啦。菜式選擇都算多,有串爆,沙律,米紙卷,湯粉湯檬撈檬,啲湯檬主打都係牛肉做配料,有個河內蕃茄蟹檬,聽落好正就同朋友叫咗2碗。湯頭好出色,好好飲,配料有扎肉,蝦丸,蟹(腳)半份,炒蛋,但略嫌蟹肉有啲啲霉,但整體都好出色。椰青蒸蜆,開頭食唔出有椰青味,但攤凍少少就食到椰青嘅清甜,有少少辣。雞肉串燒肉質好嫩,味道同燒牛肉米紙卷一樣,正常水準。叫咗杯熱情果沙冰同特濃手搖咖啡,咖啡唔錯,唔太甜。

第一天放寬防疫政策,可以四人食飯,食到十點喇‼️但要嘟那個二維碼~~🤨坊間大部分都拒絕❌下載,寧願填資料📃~~餐廳都會給客人自由選擇又來吃生牛肉河粉,最初疫情嚴重的時候,生牛肉都煮成熟牛肉,怕你吃了有什麼問題就無謂啦⋯⋯今天終於是生牛肉吧湯底好喝,肉也是軟林林嘅柚子燒蝦沙律🥗是我必點的,沒有失望,蝦夠爽口,炸蒜片好惹味,柚子酸酸甜甜燒牛柳濱海是很久沒點的菜式,濱海就是米粉吧‼️沒有湯的,又不是炒喎⋯⋯hmm.... 總之夾著牛柳、生菜,醮酸汁吃,好滋味㗎,米粉會吸滿汁,減了牛柳的油膩,牛柳燒得不錯,軟林林的,一定咬得開~~

柚子燒蝦沙律🥗是我必點的,沒有失望,蝦夠爽口,炸蒜片好惹味,柚子酸酸甜甜

燒牛柳濱海是很久沒點的菜式,濱海就是米粉吧‼️沒有湯的,又不是炒喎⋯⋯hmm.... 總之夾著牛柳、生菜,醮酸汁吃,好滋味㗎

見人少少,平時打對面坐的我們,突然想和太太平排坐,密針要事,但黃姓女waitress竟然話係繁忙時間,不能安排🥺!!!我本來想離開,但趕時間和覺得廚房人員係無辜,忍住度氣就留底了。這幾張相是飯前飯後影的😂。可能我小氣,食完嘢都仲未下到度氣,留底寫埋我第一編食評,嘢食好味,裝修好靚,價錢都好合理,其他waiters都ok有禮貌,就係這條友給我一個好差的印象,正所謂一個豬隊友可能會累死成間嘢架!!!
