屋企附近有一間燒味店,環境唔錯一可以坐低慢慢食,而且燒味質素好高,一向都好鍾意去食燒鵝紅腸飯燒鵝個皮好香脆,而且燒鵝都唔算太肥,好香鵝味,加上餐廳嘅特製醬汁,能突顯燒鵝嘅香味,而紅腸都唔錯,有時啲紅腸會好鹹,但呢一個紅腸一啲都唔鹹,味道啱啱好,而且份量都算好多,個飯都算大份,而且有埋菜心,有肉有菜,好健康燒腩仔腩叉飯我特登試吓呢一個腩叉,如果怕肥嘅話可以揀返普通叉燒,呢一個腩叉好香好滑,雖然有少少肥,但係放肆一次都可以嘅,個燒腩仔簡直不得了,個皮超脆,而且好香好香燒肉味,肉質結實,鹹度適中,真係好鬼正,50幾蚊食到個燒腩仔,簡直抵到爛低糖黑芝麻豆漿/竹蔗茅根水黑芝麻豆漿係低糖嘅,非常之好,因為平時都唔鍾意飲咁甜,豆漿都算可以。竹蔗茅根水更加清甜解渴,不錯好少餐廳可以食到咁佢味既燒味,呢度啲燒味又好味,價錢又合理,絕對值得去食!

文人多大話我很多時寫東寫西我中學老死更是文學老師帶她吃飯看戲之後遵從心所欲,就是看餐廳改的名來了最掂燒味實在了不起番查開飯差唔多所有較新食評都給真正後知後覺,我。端來素材清湯2阿姐立刻試喝很久沒喝刻意標榜蔬菜的湯老人家當然喜歡迎接我雖為食但好湯還是識的有幾粒肥豬肉吊吊味我百無禁忌根本不是茹素是追逐口味之慾的俗人最終要色味女友告訴她的燒豬肉脆換取3件以我义燒取得最好1 义燒2 燒肉3 這一絲不甜柑桔酸梅凍湯真是肥人極飲十分推薦寫下心得後遲來一小食38元滷水什錦真是太完美結局腸林好好吃豆腐火熱,熱喇喇正中老人下懷真的一熱遮3醜醜也許不太要命食材夠熱可化腐朽為神奇,下午茶時刻最掂逐漸多人回看他們特別烹調的燒汁幸好我大食而且不浪費早已大大啖嚥了一間中小企食評絕大俾A了不起忠心為香港歡喜。

叉燒油雞燒腩仔份量平均,價錢唔算平,但唔會用紅腸雞翼呢啲低成平既食材填碟,揀呢個就可以試哂三款燒味,同樣地貫徹呢到健康燒味既原則,雞係雞脾肉且相當嫩滑,不過略嫌少左啲,而燒腩同樣較少,但肉脂相間分佈平均,皮無燒焦但亦尚算脆口,點埋芥末餸飯唔錯!比較幾款燒味,個人都係覺得叉燒係最好的(偏心既黑洞XD),因為四寶呢個量黎講唔夠黑洞食,但正常女仔應該夠食

食燒味食到好似食korean food 咁XD 比左好多醬料,不過普偏都較淡口,如果無咁稀會好啲,但反而薑蓉明顯減去左油份更能帶出薑既刺激感。整體黎講,呢到主打健康燒味都幾岩怕肥又想食燒味既絲打,難得健康同味道兩者都能平衡,不過對於我呢啲重口味人士可能等食肥啲就會再黎

首先十分欣賞店家除了白飯,仲可揀瀨粉,對於夜晚食飯會消化不良既我實在驚喜!

星期五的晚上放工後去了長沙灣街市那邊看中醫,其後便去多近喜韻地下的最掂燒味吃個燒味飯。裝潢非常光鮮企理,很有連鎖食肆「太x」那種輝煌感覺,但當然價錢是合理得多啦。自家製飲品只售$10元,樽裝還有營養標籤,非常有誠意,連鎖店最少賣貴一倍價錢吧。六花茶冰凍清甜,味道與夏枯草差不多,很有清熱解渴的感覺; 黑芝麻鮮豆漿香幼而有豆香,兩者也很不錯。最掂叉燒拼脆皮燒腩仔飯: 燒腩仔的皮非常非常香脆,脂肪與肉的比例剛好,很有肉香,加上黃芥末醬,相當匹配。所謂最掂叉燒,相信店方也蠻有信心,蜜汁味濃,蠻香甜,肉質算是鬆軟,但未見幼軟,可是已經比不少專賣燒味的店還要好。秘製梅子醬燒鵝全脾飯: 說到燒味,最邪惡的必然是燒鵝脾飯,可謂是挑戰膽固醇的一餐。燒鵝脾皮脆肉滑,看圖也垂涎三尺,鵝肉香而嫩滑,必然滿足。秘製梅子醬略微太濃,有點太甜,我還是喜歡傳統的酸酸甜甜味道。

最掂叉燒拼脆皮燒腩仔飯: 燒腩仔的皮非常非常香脆,脂肪與肉的比例剛好,很有肉香,加上黃芥末醬,相當匹配。所謂最掂叉燒,相信店方也蠻有信心,蜜汁味濃,蠻香甜,肉質算是鬆軟,但未見幼軟,可是已經比不少專賣燒味的店還要好。

秘製梅子醬燒鵝全脾飯: 說到燒味,最邪惡的必然是燒鵝脾飯,可謂是挑戰膽固醇的一餐。燒鵝脾皮脆肉滑,看圖也垂涎三尺,鵝肉香而嫩滑,必然滿足。秘製梅子醬略微太濃,有點太甜,我還是喜歡傳統的酸酸甜甜味道。

估唔到脆皮燒腩可以整得咁香脆,肉味道適中不會太咸;

仲有燒鵝都好滑呀,可以食埋皮!

另外配上一些韓國風味前菜,酸味十足非常開胃。

除了黃色的介辣醬汁之外,也有特製的燒鵝醬,

不是酸甜醬但味道有點特別,也是甜酸甜酸。

用了泰國香米,點了少米也分量十足,質素不錯。

也有百烚的菜心,已很夠豐富。
