午膳時間去簡單食個飯,個飯就正常既,但服務差。我叫左個牛腱雙併飯 $50,併左個燒腩;埋單睇番單先發現收左我 $57。問個店員點解收多 $7,佢話因為係併燒腩仔,要收多 $7。奈何我搵哂成張餐牌都無一個位係咁寫。就算先不論有無寫係餐牌度,單叫牛腱飯先 $44 定 $46,俾多十幾蚊先併多個餸已經唔合理啦。店員話下次會寫番係餐牌度,我問佢「咁你唔下次先收番 $7 ?」居然厚顏到無視我個問題,繼續話要收多 $7。$7 唔係問題,係間餐廳既處理手法好有問題,條氣唔順。識話下次先寫番,又唔見話錢都下次先收番。長沙灣咁多間餐廳選,唔會再去呢間野。

至於另一碟燒腩仔叉燒飯 ($50),燒腩亦做得不俗,豬味純,估計是用了新鮮豬,而且肉質鬆化夠腍,肥瘦相間,帶微微炭香,味道唔太鹹,有肉汁。叉燒方面,色澤看起來雖然有點暗啞,不過肉質很柔軟,咬下既鬆嫩又 Juicy,而且蜜味十足,美味出色!

一場來到,決定多揀兩個小吃作陪襯,選了佛山燻蹄 ($40) 同溏心豬手 ($38),佛山燻蹄口感爽脆、軟硬度適中,而且味道清清地,用作冷盤小食就最適合不過。至於豬手,肉質介乎白雲豬手與南乳豬手之間,口感腍得又帶點爽,配剛才的醃漬蘿蔔吃,更可平衡膩滯感。總括來說,這裡的燒味,水準唔錯,若下次再來探班,可以番兜。

Apparently, they do good Cantonese BBQ so tried this place.Started with a mix of intestines, tofu and soya egg.The marinade was quite strong and tasty so everything well flavoured.The star of the show was the BBQ pork, it was sweet and moist, while the pork was tender and soft.The pork knuckles were a bit too elastic for my liking.A good option for buying roast meat but it can be pricey for its location.
