今晚帶從外國回港探親嘅親戚到灣仔食飯,揀左一間主打傳統潮汕菜嘅中菜館【正潮樓】,之前係銅鑼灣分店食過很有水準,所以今晚一定要帶長輩去試試滷水鵝肉 $138鵝肉入口即化,肉質鮮嫩柔軟,滷汁既濃郁又唔會過咸,底下嘅豆腐則吸收左鵝香同滷水汁嘅精華腩肉炆涼瓜 $138呢道家常潮州菜係坊間比較少見,涼瓜炆得軟淋而不失涼瓜自身嘅甘香,墊底嘅腩肉入口即化,兩者味道平衡,既不油膩也不過於苦澀,碟中嘅湯汁味道清爽,好開胃潮州炒香飯 $128好有驚喜😍米飯粒粒分明,有鑊氣,味道唔會太濃味,與臘腸同蝦仁配合得相得益彰,加上蛋漿包裹住每粒飯,令人食唔停口汕頭煎蠔烙 $128每一塊蠔餅外皮金黃酥脆,大大粒蠔肉鮮美多汁,咬下去帶少少獨特嘅煙韌,加少少魚露令鮮甜味突出 continue reading
