今日帶咗朋友嚟呢間潮州菜館食晚飯,呢間之前自己都有食過一次味道唔錯。餐牌價錢同之前差唔多冇乜大變動。朋友鍾意食豬手,所以叫咗呢個梅子豬手比佢嘆吓,味道甜甜酸酸,不過就一啲都唔肥膩,骨膠原相當豐富。雞頸肉炒得夠鑊氣,肉質比豬頸肉更富嚼勁,加上用咗川椒炒,食落帶有少少麻香同微辣送飯一流。芋頭粒炸完之後再配上肥肉粒炒,未食都聞到好香,飯炒得夠乾身之餘份量亦多,每人都食到幾碗,飽肚感十足。最後食埋呢碗出面好少機會食到嘅福果甜芋泥,雖然個名同賣相睇落好似好甜,但其實只係微甜,老人家都可以食到。

這是一家專注於潮州菜的餐廳

滷水鵝片
鵝片嘅份量都幾多,加上滷得好入味,鵝肉帶有鵝油香味,沾埋滷水汁一齊食,令我忍唔住食咗好多舊。

今日朋友約好到灣仔食潮州菜式,就到左正潮樓食晚飯。今日點左鵝六寶(鵝肉,鵝蛋,鵝掌,鵝翼,鵝腸,肝),煎九肚魚烙,欖菜炒香飯,糖醋煎伊麵,反沙芋頭。鵝六寶(鵝肉,鵝蛋,鵝掌,鵝翼,鵝腸,肝):鵝肉夠晒入味,鵝肉香鵝味又夠滑。鵝蛋大大隻夠香口。鵝掌鵝翼有口感又入晒味道。鵝腸爽口彈牙又入味。鵝肝入口即融非常香口。煎九肚魚烙:煎得夠香口,九肚魚魚香十足。欖菜炒香飯:炒得唔會太油膩,欖菜夠晒野味可口。炒飯夠晒乾身炒得。糖醋煎伊麵:兩面都炒到金黃色非常香口好味道。韭菜在底令菜式更加香,自己加糖醋可以因應自己口味自行加減。反沙芋頭:外皮甜甜地,入面芋頭入口有口感熱辣辣。
