上次新開張時都黎過Bifteck食晚餐,今次就試下weekday set lunch。set lunch 每位$248元起,價錢唔算平,不過有齊哂 4-course,感覺好豐富。雖然Bifteck係主打食牛既steak house,但都有其他海鮮選擇,前菜我揀左 +$48 日本紅蟹肉可樂餅配辣甘筍汁,炸得脆卜卜熱辣辣,真係有絲絲蟹肉,真材實料,配埋辣辣地既甘筍汁好惹味。餐湯係蕃茄牛肉湯,煮得夠火候,牛肉燉得入口即融。main 就揀左波士頓龍蝦帶子手打意粉配櫻花紫菜汁,呢款不需要另外加錢,手打意粉是自家制,所以不是平時食開的滑口意粉,而是粗糙帶有咬口,手工製意粉的成本和心機比現成意粉多,龍蝦已經切件,新鮮啖啖肉。最後甜品有yoghurt雪糕,酸酸地好清新,不會太有罪惡感。

『善用食材配搭層次感豐富,牛肉海鮮各有千秋』

灣仔QRE臥虎藏龍,今次就嚟到BIFTECK試下佢地最新推出嘅Weekend Brunch,分牛肉同海鮮兩種選擇,另外仲可以加埋Free Flow Wine(+HKD208)或者Wine Paring(+HKD288)添🥂個人覺得海鮮的前菜更出色,牛肉就係主菜更有驚喜。如果想要輕盈清新d建議揀海鮮,如果鍾意濃味啖啖肉就建議揀牛肉🐮

餐廳好大坐得都算寬鬆,環境同服務都令人舒心🤵🏻‍♀️食物的表現亦對得住價錢,每道菜都係用心之作,可以話性價比超高🈵

去到扒房又點可以唔食牛呢? 本身打算簡簡單單叫個Prime Hanger Steak。本身無特別留意menu,上菜時候waiter話呢道菜原來仲配咗Dry aged咗15日嘅牛舌。佢仲話牛舌用去dry aged,最後wastage會好多,只會剩低好中間嘅一段仲可以用來serve客,所以十分珍貴,叫我地仔細品嚐!
果然!最後我地都俾呢個牛舌驚艷到!果種軟嫩同埋濃濃嘅牛味令我地內心小尖叫!
當然個hanger steak都好食,佢配搭以牛舌烹調嘅醬汁,濃郁之餘但又唔會搶走主角嘅鮮味,十分出色。

不過,講到全晚最令人難以忘懷嘅,一定係佢嘅甜品!(覺得佢地係被牛扒耽誤嘅甜品店LOL)

一上枱就見到佢仲·冒·緊·煙! 聞到微微嘅焦香味,頓時心諗好彩自己堅決留肚食甜品呀(因為見到佢地話每晚都有駐場甜品師,好似好勁咁lol)!
個丸子食落口,就爆發中焦香,但唔係平時烤焦麵包之類嘅苦,而係香!
本身好怕甜嘅嘢有太「創新」嘅鹹口味,覺得通常都會伏,但呢個雪糕完全顛覆我諗法。個雪糕其實就好似海鹽焦糖咁嘅味道,鹹甜唔會互相搶走,而且質地軟滑,係一個好高質嘅雪糕!

因為上一個甜品太過太過令我地驚喜,呢個作為第二個上嘅甜品,難免會失色少少咁多🤏
不過佢都係一個好好食嘅甜品!最上面嘅芒果雪糕feel到十分真材實料,中間白色嘅原來就係「Kasu」,問過waiter,原來就係成日喺SK II之類嘅護膚品聽到嘅「酒粕」。一食落去朋友就話「真係好sake」,酒味十分濃,好彩無醉xd。

同朋友唔算十分十分餓,所以叫咗一個appetiser,兩個main同埋兩個甜品。結果兩個女仔食剛剛好!

綜括而言,十分推薦大家慶祝紀念日、節日之類去!而且大推甜品

「Bifteck 」喺法文中係「Beefsteak」牛扒既意思,係最近新開既日法創意fusion扒房。早幾日終於試左佢地既lunch,好欣賞店員用心介紹每道菜式,而且擺盤賣相都十分精緻。連餐前麵包都比到人驚喜!佢地用左味噌牛油同炸紫菜天婦羅取代,真係好有心思!

Had a 3-course lunch at Bifteck with my colleagues. The environment is decent with good service. For appetizer we had house salad/beef tartare, main couse wagyu hanger steak, and daily special desserts. Bifteck house saladFirst time seeing yellow-coloured beetroot haha taste even fresher than the ordinary purple ones. The texture is more crunchier as well. Beef tartare js good with nice seasoning. The seaweed tempura is a nice pairing to the tartare. Wagyu steak is very yummy! Grilled perfectly

First time seeing yellow-coloured beetroot haha taste even fresher than the ordinary purple ones. The texture is more crunchier as well.

Wagyu steak is very yummy! Grilled perfectly and medium cooked, the mushrooms on the side are also delicious😛 they even have a few choices of sauces to pair with the steaks. I tried the peppercorn sauce which is very flavourful and goes really well with the steak.
