It is one of the Dining Concept's restaurants and the food was good just like other restaurants under that company.The only thing that let it down was the table allocation.I booked a table and when I got there it was only 10% full, even when I left the restaurant was pretty empty so I couldnt understand why i was not given a spacious table.Apart from that the food was delicious, I had the chicken pasta that day and it was so delicious, the pasta was al-dente and the basil flavouring was strong.I

這次是我第一次來,餐廳比想像中小,樓底也蠻矮.內部就是非常rustic的牛扒風乾櫃和冰櫃,牆上掛著一把把牛肉刀,不知道會不會真的拿來用的呢?冰櫃前的木桌就放著一盤盤頭盤和沙律,隔壁就是甜品和水果的小角.

先談談自選頭盤部份,選擇不少,種類也多樣化,大部份都是大眾化選擇,例如有西蘭花椰菜花沙律,粟米沙律,烤梨,紅菜頭,意式烤蔬菜,番茄水牛芝士等等,也有澱粉質代表:番薯沙律,和即刨的巴馬火腿配蜜瓜等等,顏色豐富得很.

貪心的我當然各種都拿了來嘗試,感覺是:沙律菜的調味大多偏酸,是因為餐廳對於醋的使用非常慷慨?也是因為用醋來拌沙律沒cream-based dressing那般易出水,可以放久一點吧.醋也會更突出菜本身的味道,幸好這裡用的都是新鮮貨,爽甜得很,不俗.

紅菜頭,粟米等不需技巧的沙律當然好吃,烤過的梨子和意大利青瓜等都帶濃濃的炭烤香,好吃.

小番茄頗juicy,不過怎樣也比Homegrown Foods的有機番茄甜美多汁.水牛芝士是顆狀的,實淨而不是煙韌,奶香味淡薄,吃了數粒已經沒再添的勁!還是新鮮製作的好,哈哈.

至於即刨的火腿當然不是甚麼昂貴貨色,脂肪比例低,肉質相對頗硬,不過咸香充足,附著的蜜瓜也甜味多汁,也欣然收貨了.

最有驚喜的,反而是那醜醜的番薯:不過是黃心番薯,薯身卻綿滑得很,味道更是甘甜,更沒有了想吃到的涸喉蜜糖甜味,感覺更天然健康.現在想來,真想再來一塊!

切開很容易,感覺肉質雖然熟了點點,還是我們可以接受到的軟稔程度:中心大概六成是粉紅色,看來纖維也不會是很幼滑那種.扒的表面的炭香濃郁,烤得香脆惹味,不過略嫌咸了點點,是因為被灑在表面的大顆開鹽?anyway,記得也是同集團的Manzo那塊完全無肉味的Tomahawk steak唯一可取的也是濃郁的炭香,看來這集團用的炭扒爐火候十足!

但這天的wagyu rump steak的肉味比那貴四五倍的斧頭扒濃得多,是因為用的部份的肥脂部份不多,肉也比較粗,但牛肉的酥香卻豐富得多,雖然如果可以再生一點,血水再多一點,應該會更香.但現在這片每人有五安士的牛冧扒,已經非常令人滿意,甚至一點芥末和肉汁也不用加已足夠.

吃完牛扒,就到了甜品的環節.今天因為遲了點開始,所以到開始吃甜品時已經和起初的一輪轉了幾次,有些新種類也有本來的消失見了.依然有供應的有芝士蛋糕,blueberry cobbler和sweet dates cobbler,也有水果.

薄薄一片的cheesecake質感頗軟綿(還是因為開始溶?oh no..),不過忌廉芝士的香味是意想不到的濃郁,質感也幼滑非常,餅底(digestive biscuit? graham cracker?)也是充滿牛油酥香,真的是美味至極.

別的兩款cobbler都有我愛吃的crumble的影子,是因為製法相似,都是將煮熟的餡料以用牛油和麵粉混合的mixture蓋著再烤.這裡的也好吃,不過因為放涼了,牛油的酥香味揮發不徹底,也變硬了點,感覺更漏了,還是那芝士蛋糕最令人驚喜.

雖然午餐沒包括飲品,不過既然這set lunch的取價已是如此合理,食物質素也不錯的話,即使不包飲品也沒任何投訴的理據吧?

We decided to try the 14oz rib eye in medium rare as a lot of people on Openrice recommend it. As for sauce, we chose black pepper.

They give a cup of veggies with celery, carrot, etc. If you are not a fan of fibres, better not touch it.


House bread: Not really my taste. I like butter with french bread most.

Appetizer: Caesar salad. Recommend this as a starter of the meal. It comes with a nice dressing.

Main: 14 oz rib eye with black pepper sauce, medium rare. Recommended!
After I had my first bite, the question comes to mind is "what did they do to the cows to make it so delicious". It is juicy and tender. The black pepper sauce and sea salt on top makes it tastes wonderful. At first we thought 14 oz would be so huge that we couldn't finish it, but end up we ate so fast that is was finished within 20 minutes I think.

Snacks: Zucchini fries. A lot of people said it's good. It is something like tempura coating on fries. I like it but didn't take too much as it is a bit oily.

Drinks: Also recommend people who like sweet wine to try their dessert wine (Moscato and Cheatau).

吃了數轉頭盤後,主菜亦送到。Lasagna Bolognese,意式千層麵,賣相吸引,表面鋪滿焗得呈金黃色的芝士,帶點微焦,芝士味香濃。千層麵不會因焗得太久而麵質變很稔,雖說不上彈牙,但都帶點韌性。而麵條間夾著的肉醬及蕃茄醬料豐富,三款主菜中最好食!

另一款主菜是Penne with Spinach,Sun Dried Tomato,Pine Nuts and Parmesan。這款意粉質感比千層麵好,麵質彈牙,伴蕃茄乾,松子吃,只是比較油膩。吃到底部時要隔一隔橄欖油吃,這點要改善。

兩個麵食後,選了一款三文治,Smoked Chicken,Tomato Sauce,Arugula,Provolone Panini。剛剛烘起,麵包仍很熱,夾著蕃茄醬的雞肉及芝麻菜,是好吃,但Provolone Chesse是屬硬身芝士,所以熱力下亦不算很溶。

甜品亦跟上次的大致一樣,芝士蛋糕,朱古力蛋糕,藍莓蛋糕及檸檬蛋糕取代了曲奇餅。芝士蛋糕跟朱古力蛋糕都好吃,最欣賞是芝士蛋糕的牛油餅底,造得非常鬆脆,每款都吃了兩件才夠!

First of all, none of the appetizers were appealing. Rarely do I walk into a restaurant where there was nothing that I wanted to choose. The spinach Caesar salad was small but charged a lot for it. First of all, none of the appetizers were appealing. Rarely do I walk into a restaurant where there was nothing that I wanted to choose. The spinach Caesar salad was small but charged a lot for it. That was one of the lamest excuse I have ever heard. If the standard is lower, surely there should be a discount?The one thing that we enjoyed would be the mushroom and the fries. The tiramisu was one of the weirdest dessert I have ever tasted as it tasted and looked nothing like a tiramisu! I didn't find the atmosphere relaxing at all as it was so loud and the noises kept echoing back towards you. The waiters also weren't the brightest. Overall, it doesn't worth for what it charges and I find it a total horrible experience! It really was a unique experience as it promoted; an unpreceded shocking experience!

厚切辣肉腸 - 本人比較喜歡食薄切的......厚切...自己好難切, 而且口感比較硬, 但味道不錯呀~~~
燒粟米 - 我覺得最好食的一樣..........甜甜的帶一點粟米香~~~
燒椒 - 有紅黃椒, 味道OK~~
雞肉沙律 - 預先伴好醬汁的雞肉, 味道可以, 但沒太大驚喜
大洋蔥 - 大大個的洋蔥切片做沙律, 未食都覺得吸引喲~~~食落口沒有生洋蔥的辣味, 只有它的清新味道~~而且配上預先伴好的汁, 食落感覺良好~~~

朋友仔點了雞肉PANINI - 麵包帶有鮮牛油香味, 估計應該係用牛油煎香麵包所致~~麵包外脆, 內軟, 口感分明~~內裏夾著雞肉,配料以及芝士~~口感豐富~~~不過食一半都已經飽左..........

食過PANINI之後, 點少得甜品呢~~~不過甜品選擇少得可憐.....................

結果都係夾哂番黎試~~~

芝士蛋糕 - 口感軟滑, 但沒特色
朱古力香蕉蛋糕 - 朱古力味濃, 香蕉味亦香, 算OK 的一個甜品
疑似藍苺批 - 少少脆的感覺, 但夾心味道怪怪的, 似藍苺, 但又不是藍苺味道.....
仲有一粒黃色的東東....完全唔知佢係咩黎...但味道極甜.......食完之後完全滯左..............食唔到其他食物了................

Followed the suggestion of their Indian captain and tried their pricy Wagyu $7xx, didn't taste much and was little chewy, nothing impressive. Still didn't change my belief that most of the bill goes to decorations and rent for restaurants in Central.

My friend called to confirm their address before she went and she had to repeat her question 5 times before she got an answer, made her mad. She's fluent in English, I'm sure it wasn't because she didn't make herself clear.

I don't mind going back again but not a place I 'want' to go back.

I am so disappointed ..... the service was really terrible, the Indian lady server was very rude and unkind. I ordered a rib eye steak and I asked for rare and it came out to be burnt. The server was telling me that this is the way it should be and many people like their steaks, she was mean and did not admit that the steak was over cooked, hence it was brunt. This is my second time to this steakhouse but the funny thing is I totally forgot which kind of meat we had last time. All I remembered was it was a nice steakhouse.


We sat right next to the meat display, so convenient! The chef recommended the Florentina 36oz, which is a porterhouse steak. Sirloin on one side and fillet on the other. Then my husband spotted the bone marrow in the fridge. We asked how the bone marrow can be cooked. The chef explained that it would be grilled and served with toast.

The bone marrow came first as our appetizer. I have not had bone marrow often and didn't know what to expect. The serving came with 3 bone marrow and with a spoon each. I scooped it all out from the bone and spread it on the toast. I also added some source onto the toast. Wow! Amazing taste! I didn't expect to be able to have bone marrow in a steakhouse!

Next came our main course, our huge Florentine steak. I tried the sirloin side first. It was cooked to medium rare with red in the middle. I normally prefer the fillet side as I do not like my steak chewy, but this time I truly enjoyed the sirloin a lot more. The sirloin side was so tender, juicy and full of flavor. On the other hand, I found the fillet side a bit too tender and it certainly smelted in my mouth. In terms of the meat, I found it less flavorsome then the sirloin side.

Overall, a great restaurant that I would visit again very soon. The service was very good and the waiters and waitresses were very attentive.

對方想食漢堡,點了一個牛肉要Rare的,外籍經理也禁不住問一句:「Are you sure?」好了,Burger送上,餡料有蕃茄、甜生菜、煙肉、牛肉的漢堡,十分誘人。包是外面微脆,蕃茄生菜均甜美,煙肉肥瘦有致,又香口,Rare的牛肉嫩口好吃,是一個稱職的漢堡;配角的薯條,至少香脆薯味重,收貨有餘。

兩份主菜也有番一定份量,加上對方沒吃太多,好不容易才完成。之但係,我又怎會放過甜品呢!出去自助甜區搏殺。甜品選擇實在太有限,那每樣試一件,當中芝士蛋糕和曲奇比較合心水,如前者軟滑,芝士味濃郁,甚至帶有點點檸檬漓香;曲奇則是口感煙韌,也屬不錯。

多謝Oli抽空陪我食飯,不過我當日掛著想公事,希望沒有悶親佢。
