平時食野睇戲,一定睇下食評才選擇,因為難得飯聚, 很怕中伏。今次爸爸生日,五個人去食晚餐,有燒鵝、鮑魚、龍蝦、蒸魚、文昌雞和七味粉豆腐。其實是叫了兩個餐,結果包羅萬有,每道菜都好食。但是每個餐都不貴,大概五百元一個餐(三道菜),因此期望較低,料不到龍蝦和魚都十分鮮甜、而且厚肉;鮑魚和豆腐用椒盬,意外是其外皮炸得酥脆;燒鵝就真不愧招牌菜, 啖啖肉, 味濃皮香。平時都不寫食評,今次覺得真心抵讚,所以要同大家分享!

係荷里活廣場睇完戲,想食個下午茶,見到新開咗呢間餐廳,裝潢都幾靚,就選了這間,餐廳原來自己有魚池,成個廣場都未見過有另一間有魚池,呢間嘅海鮮一定好新鮮,入到裡面坐低,呢間新餐廳裝修得幾靚,座位寛敝舒適,餐枱和餐具均乾淨衛生,看畢餐牌,有很多很多選擇,實在令人花多眼亂,但既然這家店出名燒鵝,就選了燒鵝皇瀨粉,燒鵝皮脆肉嫰,鵝肉彈牙又有肉汁,每一口也有鵝油的香味,肉質嫰滑,即使與香港那些著名的燒鵝專門店比較,也不遜色,七味鹽燒豆腐,豆腐炸得金黃色,好像小金磚,外面酥脆,內裡滑溜,配上七味粉,令這道菜很惹味,紅薯粉,選了清湯,這家的紅薯粉有驚喜,入口既滑溜,又彈牙,即使是清湯,也很夠味,與連鎖米線店比較,這家更有特色,更好食,餐飲的熱檸檬水和熱西洋菜蜜,質素正常,大杯,杯子亦乾淨無污漬,很好,總結:新餐廳裝修漂亮有格調,座位亦寛敞舒適,餐桌和餐具均乾淨衛生,食物質素高,特別是燒鵝和紅薯粉,有驚喜,侍應招呼亦殷勤有禮,下次必定會再來光顧晚餐,而且有自設魚池,想必它們的海鮮也必定很新鮮。
