今夜外出晚飯,與家人相約在新張不久的「鵞鱻館」,除了我想吃中菜,另一個原因是地點方便,餐館在鑽石山荷里活廣場。在門口的玻璃缸魚池,展示為食客提供的新鮮海鮮食材,當中龍蝦非常吸引眼球,我欣賞了一會兒才進入餐館,餐館以淺灰藍及淡黃色為主色調,很舒適軟綿的梳化椅和餐椅,整體裝置雅淡舒適,此外還設有貴賓房間。餐牌顯示的照片,拍攝很有水凖,誘發我們的食欲!燒鵝例牌,皮脆有光澤,皮下沒有多餘油脂,肉質鮮美且濕潤汁多,配以酸梅醬十分開胃。 肉鬆黃金魷魚鬚,蠻特別的組合,肉鬆令脆皮魷魚鬚味道層次升級!砵酒汁脆蝦球窩巴,我頗為喜歡脆蝦球和窩巴這個配搭,酥香鬆脆,如果砵酒汁另上,吃的時候自己蘸更理想!椒鹽南非鮑魚,鮑魚肉質細緻軟滑,椒鹽香而不鹹,非常冶味。金不換豚肉炒烏冬,很有泰式風味,味道又像豉油王炒烏冬,份量不少、味道也好。羅漢齋煎麵,超級的份量把我嚇得輕哇一聲,金黃酥脆的煎麵蘸少許浙醋,去膩醒胃,羅漢齋味道清爽,沒有濃濃的調味,也令煎麵吃來可以平衡一些。我喜愛的川式甜品~冰粉,每次吃四川菜,都會點選,今餐是免費奉客,開心啊!

今夜外出晚飯,與家人相約在新張不久的「鵞鱻館」,除了我想吃中菜,另一個原因是地點方便,餐館在鑽石山荷里活廣場。
在門口的玻璃缸魚池,展示為食客提供的新鮮海鮮食材,當中龍蝦非常吸引眼球,我欣賞了一會兒才進入餐館,餐館以淺灰藍及淡黃色為主色調,很舒適軟綿的梳化椅和餐椅,整體裝置雅淡舒適,此外還設有貴賓房間。

羅漢齋煎麵,超級的份量把我嚇得輕哇一聲,金黃酥脆的煎麵蘸少許浙醋,去膩醒胃,羅漢齋味道清爽,沒有濃濃的調味,也令煎麵吃來可以平衡一些。
