朋友約我去咗天后食飯,問佢點去,佢叫我喺天后站出,話行一陣就到架啦。好彩我睇咗地圖先,其實應該喺炮台山站出會行得小D,不過都唔係差太遠嘅。如果我真係要行多好多冤枉路我實要佢請我食呢餐呀。點咗西班牙燒乳豬、黑松露意大利飯配北海道帶子、 香草牛油焗磨菇田螺、沙律。乳豬完全唔覺得有肥嘅感覺,燒到皮下完全無脂肪咁,皮脆到好似食薯片,D肉仲要係好嫩滑。意大利飯好濃黑松露味,D飯煮到啱啱好,唔會太正宗,始終食唔慣太硬嘅飯。

Since we had the roasted suckling pig and rib eye steak last time, we decided to have something different for lunch. I had the grilled pork loin with tiger shrimp and my boyfriend chose the stuffed chicken roll with pan-fried seabass.

I am not a big fan of fish so I didn’t try his dish but my pork loin was fabulous. Very tender and juicy. The meat was not dry or too tough. It was grilled nicely and I enjoyed the slight crispy part on the outside of the pork chop.

They serve a set lunch menu daily and the price is very decent for the set. The main course comes with a salad and soup, tea or coffee. I will be back again.

之前上網睇好多人讚呢間餐廳啲嘢食好好味,仲好新鮮tim…..所以今次趁假日去試試佢,平日工作咁忙假日當然要好好享受一下啦!63°C溫泉蛋 · 黑松露牛肝菌意大利麵 $108溫泉蛋好滑溜☺️意粉嘅彈牙度啱啱好唔會太淋,牛肝菌嘅菌味好出好濃郁,但可惜嘅係食唔出黑松露味。但整體而言碟意粉🍝都幾好食,但未有驚喜。香草🌿燒春雞(900g) $158估都估唔到!反而呢個燒春雞個名平平無奇,本身對呢個菜都冇咩好大期望,但估唔到一上碟超香,個雞仲要勁 juicy 個皮又燒得好香脆又金黃!

估都估唔到!反而呢個燒春雞個名平平無奇,本身對呢個菜都冇咩好大期望,但估唔到一上碟超香,個雞仲要勁 juicy 個皮又燒得好香脆又金黃!

家姐生日,屋企人全部出動去食西餐。我地就book咗呢間西餐小店。因為我睇佢MENU都幾多選擇,我打電話去Book果時,佢地都會建議我地揀邊啲菜式,認真親切。我覺得呢個就係小店嘅好處。我地嚟到就好似包場咁,因為店鋪不大,我地一行人已經佔據咗餐廳一大部分。感覺好正。一道道菜上嘅時候感受到食物嘅精緻,雖說係小店,但擺盤和味道一點都不馬虎。從沙律,小食到主食都令我地覺得滿意,家姐都好開心。我尤其鐘意佢個燒豬,我一向唔鐘意食肥膩嘢,但食呢個燒豬食得幾享受,唔會覺得肥膩感。搭配酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁認真惹味。

今日難得中午跟舊朋友聚會,知道在天后區,食店的數量比例可能比非食品店鋪的數量還要多,要在眾多餐廳中突圍而出,卻一點都不容易,天后比較多小店,非常支持小店的我也經常到此區覓食,今天選了這間位於天后木星街初味BISTRO吃個休閒午餐,和朋友下午1點來到,店內不算太多人,非常喜歡店內的裝修,還有聖誕節裝飾,氣氛不錯,又坐得舒服,餐牌有八款午餐可供選擇......我們點了燒西班牙乳豬配黃薑飯,醬油蝦$98、炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒配蟹肉釀蘑菇$168。剛叫餐侍應已很快上了沙律和餐湯,沙律菜非常新鮮,有火箭菜、青提、車厘茄,配了沙律汁十分開胃。忌廉濃湯味很重,很張口。燒西班牙乳豬配黃薑飯 - 乳豬件肉嫩,皮薄外皮超級脆,有如薯片般,黃薑飯也味道新鮮無膩味,不錯!炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒配蟹肉釀蘑菇 - 肉質柔嫩,多汁無草腥味又香醇,點了五成熟,生熟程度剛剛好,加上炒雜菌份量都不少,夠晒飽肚。咖啡即叫即用咖啡機磨。凍檸茶茶味足,不錯 總評:整體非常滿意,服務也很好

星期六來到天后區遠離核心地帶, 感覺比銅鑼灣安全一點。 地點更隱蔽, 我們足足花了十分鐘尋找,終於來到。我們是當晚的第一枱客, 店子面積很小, 有點擠迫, 裝潢上也和一般西餐廳無異, 不花巧。 十多分鐘後開始有客人到來, 看來大部份也是熟客,街坊的樣子,店員對他們的態度明顯比我這種生客來得熱情。 厚厚的餐牌, 食物種類不小, 但此刻我只想喝一口湯暖暖肚。湯的選擇只有三款, 我選了感覺最輕盈的一款。 $62 大廚以極多的牛乾箘煮成濃湯,條留了粒粒牛乾箘,每一口也口吃到爽口的菇箘,口感相當豐富。 雖然忌廉的比例不算太多,輕度的棉密的口感,也不俗, 感覺輕盈¸但味道絕對是濃麵無比的,而美中不足的是沒有配上餐包。 頭盤/小食選擇不小,大路如沙律、黑松露薯條, 多士、炸雞粗亦、炸洋蔥圈等數之不盡。 但令我們鎖定目標的只有 $98  上枱時已感覺到那熱騰騰的溫度, 田螺已起殼,有嚼勁,但不靭; 田螺底下墊著香菇,其爽口質感和薯蓉的棉密口感, 形成了很大反差,薯蓉牛油味突出細滑,薯蓉反而是我最欣賞的部份。 $148                 一拆蝦殼就知殼超新鮮,無痴殼,蝦殼可以一拆到尾。蝦

蝦肉爽脆無比, 超彈牙!  雖然意粉略淋,但仍然掛汁。

而最迷人的肯定是超美味的醬汁,醬汁除了有蕃茄的甜酸和濃麵的胡麻醬, 惹味卻不會太過重口味,我們以秒速清碟 !
