Came here for lunch and the lunch set we ordered was $78 that includes a main and a drink. I had the hot soy milk which was tasty and not overly sweet. My main was a beef shank noodles Shanghainese style. While the taste was not bad, the portion of the beef shank was awfully little (5 super thin slices). One would expect a bit more for that price. My colleagues ordered stir-fried Shanghainese rice cake which was delicious and the portion was reasonable as well (guess I would try that next time!)

兩個人用晚餐,原本點左小籠包,京醬肉絲,雞湯同炒年糕。炒年糕被漏單。客觀地講個味道同環境都是可以的。但以後都唔會光顧了,因為服務態度勁差。埋單時發覺茶位同碟花生小食分開計費,因為我先生是外國人,我們亦都係最近先從外國定居返港,並不理解哩個計費方式於是提出疑問,服務生姐姐即刻講要搵阿頭來解釋。阿頭來左之後,冇打任何招呼就十分粗魯地將menu拍到我地檯面,並開始不停講“我地條款都清清楚楚寫在上邊,冇可能個,食嘢一定要俾錢”,並且多次強調“ 食嘢一定要俾錢 ”。我先生就講,如果一開始你同事就講清楚收費,梗我就唔會要碟花生,況且我們並沒有唔肯俾錢 。我同先生講算啦,每個地方的餐飲行規都不同。乖乖俾錢之後,佢仍然不停講“係梗樣個啦, 食嘢一定要俾錢 ” 並且全程黑面, 問佢做咩哩種態度,佢反問我“妳要咩態度”。本人當時已經6個月身孕,不想繼續動氣,於是不做爭辯當即離開。

今晚出左去黃埔呢間餐廳食上海菜, 平日夜晚人流唔算好多, 所以唔洗等位就入得食物款式超多, 想食咩就喺個 Order 紙上自己剔, 店員服務都幾好, 主動上前推介菜色同優惠蒜泥白肉粉皮份量超多, 薄片嘅白肉有咬口得黎帶點 Q 彈, 底下嘅粉皮非常冰涼爽軟, 表面淋上大量香辣嘅蒜蓉, 夠晒惹味蘇式鮮肉小籠包即叫即蒸, 一籠有 5 粒, 外皮唔係特別薄, 小籠包入面裝住大量肉汁, 咬開即爆, 雖然趁熱食好味 D, 但一定要小心燙嘴肉絲兩面黃有別於一般食到嘅兩面黃, 佢用嘅麵底係比較粗身, 炸出黎又香脆又有咬口, 而配料份量都唔少, 有肉絲、冬菇、芽菜、蘿蔔、青椒 … 所以煮出黎嘅湯汁非常好味, 炸麵被湯汁浸泡過, 變得更加鮮香脆軟酒釀丸子丸子口感軟糯, 有陣陣桂花香味, 配上微甜嘅酒釀, 大滿足

對上一次去王家沙,都應該有一年半載前,今晚探完朋友後,齊齊食個晚飯。餐廳幾骨致,服務都不錯。無錫脆鱔好正的涼菜!脆鱔食落似平時打邊爐的魚皮,但表面卻有少少糖漿,好香脆,食唔停口。蘇式鮮肉小籠包食上海菜,梗係要點小籠包啦!小籠包皮夠薄,肉汁滿瀉,肉餡夠鮮美,好味道!咸肉津白清清地叫返個菜,津白煮得好稔,配埋煙韌的咸肉,味道好夾。王家沙擔擔麵厚厚嘅花生醬鋪面,飄來陣陣香氣。先呷一口湯,好濃稠,麵條帶少少韌性,伴隨每啖都食到粒粒花生,值得一試。高力豆沙球煙煙韌韌的表皮,入面有微甜的紅豆蓉,以這款甜品作結,飽肚又幸福。

大大條牛骨,好有氣勢。牛肋骨肉每塊都切得厚身,一口咬落去,意想不到的爽口!而且牛味超濃不羶,淋面的醬汁加入不少青紅椒粒,更添清新。
