在我最近的夢內,頻頻浮現印度菜的身影。也許是那重口味,又或者是豐富的香辛料牽動了我在平日也Full house的Bombay dreams內,充滿著來自各國的人潮,當中也有些香港人印度籍經理的服務相當好,令人讚嘆印度菜也可以做到這種高水平食物Tandoori non veg platter $268印度傳統料理的串燒有兩塊雞,兩件羊,一魚一蝦雞肉經紅椒粉跟辣椒粉醃製呈鮮紅色,肉質適中,微辣提胃羊肉眼濃而不羶,羊肉碎串燒醃料豐富,味道相當濃郁魚跟蝦則以薑黃的黃色呈現,兩種海鮮肉質紥實而不霉,薑黃味濃略帶油膩的串燒配以乳酪醬把油感略減,加上檸檬汁更加開胃Goan fish curry $188傳統印度Goa咖哩,以洋蔥,蒜蓉,綠椒,椰子碎,菜油跟其他香草製作而成,配上像halibuts 這種滑嫩白身魚,甜而不辣,加配印度食薄餅實在是好吃得令人陶醉Mutton Beliram $238已紅椒粉,蒜蓉,薑, 洋蔥作基底,入口甜辣交雜,湯底比咖哩稀身一點,羊肉口感煙韌肥瘦有致。配一碟生洋蔥🧅很全面Spinach cheese naan 🫓 $58意外地好吃!菠菜芝士薄餅除了鬆軟的餅皮之外, 裏面

雞肉經紅椒粉跟辣椒粉醃製呈鮮紅色,肉質適中,微辣提胃
羊肉眼濃而不羶,羊肉碎串燒醃料豐富,味道相當濃郁

佢係幾獨特嘅面餅🫓,用黃豆粉同香料整成。外觀係金黃色,少少配菜,望落好似蔥油餅咁。食落口感酥脆,有香辣味道,一塊接一塊咁食🤤~


Tandoori Roti
呢款我就食過好多次,佢嘅餅皮輕薄得嚟好有彈性,香料同微微焦香味好吸引,烤得不錯,味道香辣,口感鬆脆🤭。


總括嚟講,佢哋嘅菜式好惹味,口味濃郁,嘢食都鮮美🥰。店員主動有禮,服務一流。鍾意印度菜嘅你不妨一試😝!

As one of the most signature Indian dishes, the texture of this boneless chicken marinated in yogurt, nutmeg, mace, gram flour and yellow chilli powder is chewy and not so heavy with ingredients. Not too dry and we added some lemon juice to uplift the taste and spiciness.

雖然平時少吃菜蔬,每樣都拿了一點,再淋上,感覺還算不錯,加上之前吃了不少香料,所以不妨來上一至兩。接著再來一些煮燴的主食,首先就有,除了不知名的咖喱配方外,看來應加入了或之類…….此外亦有蕃,除了及外,同時亦加入了及,配上,是一個經典的配搭。
如果不喜歡烤餅的話,還有印度,由於加入了關係,所以另有別名,如果想吃點素食的話,亦有一盤來自北印度的,是用印度的及和,放入辛辣的烹製而成。來到,也有七至八款,主要分為兩部份,既有當地的,同時亦有一些西式的大路餅食………
首先分別印度的甜蕃薯,切成絲條後,再煮至焦糖狀態,記憶中仍然加入了及在內……….還有經典的,記得以前吃過的記憶,實在甜得有點吃不消,今次來說,還是可以接受,可能是那些的緣故,不違言有點幽香。

向來對印度菜都稍有卻步的我,在友人力薦下,一嚐這所店有名的印度咖喱菜式。餐廳是高級西餐廳的格調,店面寬敞、環境雅緻,與伴侶靜靜地享受一頓晚餐也是不錯的選擇。另外也設有一些沙發桌,三五知己飯局也合適。是晚二人點了Alleppey Fish Curry和Mutton Beliram兩款signature dishes。Alleppey Fish Curry 用上了red snapper,魚肉嫩滑,咖喱混合了多種香料,層次豐富,略帶微辛,但魚肉份量略嫌不足。Mutton Beliram 與上面的咖喱截然不同,味道更濃厚一點,帶多點蔥蒜味道的紅咖喱,但卻沒有過份辛辣。羊肉沒有羶味,細嫩腍甜,與咖喱是最佳搭檔。另外點了garlic naan 與missi roti,我們都比較喜歡naan 較軟糯帶點嚼勁的口感,這裏的roti口感較像餅乾,一咬即碎,不過兩者蘸咖喱都是一絕呢。這所店一改我對印度咖喱重口味的觀感,有機會會再試試其他菜式呢!

Chicken and fish was very tender, lamb was slightly tough😳but i esp enjoy ALL their veg dishes - eggplant curry (strongly coconut flavoured with soft and sweet eggplant) and fried mushrooms is simply UNBEATABLE💯💯💯

I usu prefer naan to rice for indian food, but tbh there is room for improvement for their naan, cuz it wasnt tensile and wheaty enough for my liking🙈basmati rice was alright and boosted with spices

typically indian - SWEET😣 esp so for gulab jamun and rasmalai (tho I can tell they are of better quality than most other indian eateries alrdy🙈) barfi that day was a coconut one. The cheesecake and it were appealing tho👍 i read from other reviews that there are sometimes nut tarts, but werent available that day sadly😢

Their lunch buffet lasts from 12-3, but food wont be refilled from ard 2pm
Service was good (except one waiter who was quite unhappy looking😳)
Def worth rec-ing for whoever not in a big grp but wants to enjoy more indian food in one go👍👍i would actually hope to return for their a la carte menu🥰🥰
