友人中有人茹素,所以選定飯局是自助餐,讓各人可以各自選擇食物,但酒店自助餐太貴,女士們吃的不多,結果找著這家印度餐廳。我們訂座的是四人buffet brunch, 平日每位$188, 星期六日每位$238, 已包加一, 供餐時間是中午十二點至下午三點, 時間好長, 可以一邊慢食一邊輕鬆聊天。入座後, 女侍應先上三碟頭盤, 包括一碟塗上小辣肉餡的面包, 一碗近似乾果雜錦, 以及一碟香口的圓波波。 這碟小圓波非常有趣, 炸得脆脆的, 小圓波上方開口, 要舀湯汁進內, 然後一口放進嘴裡去。  女侍應介紹完食法, 幫我們點好飲料後, 指示我們到長枱取自助食物。見長枱上有大約十來款食物, 部分寫有英文名稱, 部分寫的英文看不懂, 可能是印度名稱翻譯過來。枱上食物有葷有素, 大部分都浸在醬汁裡, 原來咖喱都有不辣的。值得推介的是地道拉茶(自助餐價錢未包, 要加$30), 師傅會來到你的座位面前為你拉一杯香濃拉茶, 估計用的是羊奶, 奶味好重, 但我鍾意! 甜品枱上的甜點, 實在太甜, 我吃不消!

聽朋友講,中環有間連印度人都會成日幫襯的印度菜,環境同食物質素都好高性價比,問我邊個weekend得閒去食😀見疫情舒緩,決定搵個星期日去,原來間野係蘭桂坊頂,不過我地係中環街市搭行人扶手電梯上到大館再行10分鐘過去,咁就更加舒服了😜TAWA 平底鍋小食 X3Beet root kebab新鮮紅菜頭混合印度芝士的印度版可樂餅,健康得黎又容易入口的印度傳統美食。Tawa salmon 睇色水就知佢煎到岩岩好,日式三文魚食得多,印式三文魚食落又okay wor! 雖然佢有提供到masala醬,但係其實本身的調味已經十分夠味,仲要勁大件👍👍Chowk ki tikki就咁望住個名真係唔知咩黎XD 唔識印度話,不過佢每款菜式都配咗行用英文細字解釋的說明,原來佢係慢煮薯仔並以乳酪入饡,食落口絕對有飽腹的感覺,薯仔真係一種好百搭的食材🙈Main X2Jalandhari Murgh去骨咖哩肉桂雞肉,啖啖肉,醬汁偏向印度風味,用黎點薄餅好正🤤Goan fish curry椰香咖哩魚,魚肉肉身腍滑,絕無雪藏味,咖哩汁偏香港人口味,甜甜地,都係可以用黎點薄餅😜Butter naan牛油薄餅,有成4-5塊,

睇色水就知佢煎到岩岩好,日式三文魚食得多,印式三文魚食落又okay wor! 雖然佢有提供到masala醬,但係其實本身的調味已經十分夠味,仲要勁大件👍👍

Bombay Dreams絕對係人氣米芝蓮印度菜,位於中環雲咸街尾近蘭桂坊位置,閒日夜晚人流唔多,但𨋢門一打開,居然全場滿座,Really?Same as other Indian restaurants (and even better) 店員嘅High Service Quality及親切笑容令人印象深刻。餐廳除了印度食客,仲有唔少外國客人,感覺相當International!環境舒適,係西餐廳嘅氣氛中佈置左唔少印度特色擺設。Mango Lassi ($58): 印度名物芒果乳酪Yogurt Drink,醇香奶滑,芒果味突出,甜度適中。Bombay Chilgoza Prawns ($168): 即酥炸大蝦,共有四件,大蝦新鮮,肉質爽彈,麵包糠薄脆唔油膩,所搭配嘅辣醬亦夠辛辣香口。Chicken Makhni, known as "Butter Chicken" ($188): 印度牛油咖喱雞 (Butter Chicken) 我都幾鍾意食,黃咖喱加入左牛油及奶油煮製,整體非常香滑,奶香突出。由於雞肉用左姜黃粉及辣椒醃製,因此會帶非常輕微嘅香辣,基本上怕辣嘅朋友都食到。Garlic

Tandoori Sea Bass ($198): 印度香烤鱸魚,所謂Tandoori香料未必間間一樣,但總體而言包括咖哩粉、辣椒粉、姜黃粉、胡椒及丁香等香料,烤出黎的確幾香口惹味,但味道又唔會太濃烈。鱸魚新鮮,魚肉肉質滑嫩唔會輕易散開。

Jamun 及 Homemade Ice-cream/ Sorbet: 前者 (即右圖) 為印度傳統玫瑰奶球,以牛奶、芝士及低筋麵粉製成,再浸糖水,的確係超級甜,都幾膩,食一粒就夠。未食過嘅可以玩下嘅。

備註: 本來各點一份試下味,但餐廳經理卻多送一份比我地,He said like: Happiness is more important. We treat everyone as family. We want to make you happy.

可能有人認為印度餐廳好有距離,唔知食乜,又或者好多時要講英文,但其實我Experience係印度餐廳職員嘅 Service Quality係最高,普遍嘅職員又夠Smiley,非常熱情地介紹菜式,真正嘅服務水平係more sensational,Language barrier doesn't really matter
