呢碟意粉份量遠遠比我想像嘅多,捲成一個小山丘送上枱。由於闊條麵自家製作,所以口感比較硬,且比較粗。味道未去到嘩然,但醬汁用料好足,而且用到風乾牛肉碎,所以連肉碎都能夠品嚐牛肉嘅香盛。記住要借助匙羹去不啲肉碎。

一上枱碗湯起晒泡,好大浸菇菌已經漂向個鼻,好creamy 好足料既湯,湯底有不少菇菌片,加添湯品的口感。另外飲到餐廳加咗松露油,令口感更為順滑。如果雖然價值不菲,但係可以一試!

我上網參考咗唔少資料📃,大概歸納以下兩點解釋熟成點樣令牛扒昇華。喺熟成嘅過程中,能逼走牛肉多餘嘅水份,令到肉汁更為濃縮鎖住喺肉入面。同時,發酵亦能分解肌肉纖維,令肉質變得軟嫩。呢兩點正好反映咗喺呢兩件牛扒身上!

Today’s Dessert是日甜品Tiramisu☕️,實在太好喇,因為佢係我最鍾意食嘅甜品,沒有之一。可能由於呢度係意大利餐廳,所以佢嘅提拉米蘇真係整得好出色🤤。Tiramisu濕潤度高、芝士軟滑、咖啡同酒嘅比例得宜,上面再搭多條手指餅,兩個字講哂:好食。份量而言,佢比較的骰,但作為飯後甜品都夠嘅。
