今日星期天和家人飲完早茶,想起多輛美食車已經開業。一時興起,貪得意想試一試。可以去灣仔金紫荊或中環碼頭試,最後不想去大興土木中的灣仔碼頭食塵,就選了中環碼頭。到了中環碼頭,找到了大師兄美食車,嚇了一跳,一個顧客都冇,店員都是戇居居地等!唔通有伏,好難食,買不買來試呢!最後覺得唔來都來了,價錢又唔太貴,把心一横,就買了烤鴨包來試。一口咬落去,味道不錯,好似吃北京填鴨的味道。醬汁鮮味,雖然只有一片不厚的烤鴨,烤鴨有鴨味,肉質滑滑的,值得比like! continue reading

於「香港龍舟嘉年華」的活動14輛美食車聚首一堂當中以大師兄叉包較為出名早已決定一試!!刈包的傳統餡料本身有五花滷肉, 酸菜, 花生粉及香菜仿傳統刈包的形式, 卻夾著蕃茄, 生菜等美式漢堡的餡料 故大師兄售賣的叉包列為「美式叉包」新式叉包結合美式及香港風味我們選了較具特色的京式烤鴨叉包及燒烤汁雞扒叉包京式烤鴨叉包, 夾著烤鴨, 京蔥及黃蘿蔔傳統地用上京蔥配烤鴨, 加上用烤鴨醬醬汁不會太鹹, 亦因此, 味道很配叉包質感暖暖的又軟熟, 吸收了烤鴨和醬汁的味道!但烤鴨的皮不夠香脆, 缺乏了吃烤鴨的感覺燒烤汁雞扒叉包, 夾著雞扒, 黃蘿蔔, 蕃茄及生菜燒烤汁味道濃郁惹味而不鹹雞扒烤得夠香而肉質不會粗糙配上口感清爽的蕃茄和生菜, 如果雞扒夠嫩滑多汁會更出色!!雖然這款看似不夠特色, 但味道及質感配合得宜!這款比京式烤鴨叉包好吃一點!!fusion叉包做得不錯質素略有進步空間但價錢是略貴一點啊!$38只得一細份的叉包~ continue reading

美食車試行了好幾個月,小弟每次經過都未有機會嘗試,不過今日於尖沙咀太空館附迎逛街的時候看到,既然有此機會就當然即刻嘗試一番吧。大師兄美食車於身邊的朋友間都有提及過,今次就聽他們的介紹就試了招牌的京式烤鴨叉包。其實從廚師手上拿到叉包的一刻覺得好吸引,因為這並非我想像中的吃北京填鴨時的那種感覺。而是用心的將滿滿的烤鴨絲放入一塊軟棉棉的包內,再加上京蔥及烤鴨醬等。吃起來的感覺很配合,又不會因為配料溢出來的時候影響質感,醬料亦不算太咸。當然,價錢上要考慮到美食車艱辛的營運模式及配套,其實作為小食計已經算超值吧。 continue reading

由美食車開波到已家,新聞播嘅都係佢地點蝕錢,營業額有幾低嘅負面新聞!雖然部分係大財團經營,蝕極都唔心痛,但難為一啲小商戶,每一日都蝕緊錢,仲要挨足兩年,其實真係好心痛佢地!今日行過尖沙咀,見到佢地係文化中心隔離擺檔,所以一於略盡綿力,買個試吓,幫吓佢地啦!大大個區旗插係個叉包上面,如果我係遊客應該覺得幾得意、幾有特色!可惜我係香港人,無乜太大感覺!包身好軟熟,鴨肉食落都好嫩滑,不過略嫌佢層皮唔夠鬆脆。中間夾咗好多大葱,雖然同烤鴨幾夾,但食完個口會好臭!而塊黃瓜...嗯...影相嚟講係好睇嘅,多啲顏色嘛!但我又唔覺得同個包好夾,可能由細到大食開嘅片皮鴨都無落呢樣嘢,加咗反而覺得怪怪地 !不過整體黎講OK的,係價錢盡咗啲囉! continue reading
