Weekend下午嚟到尖東，揀咗呢間係海旁嘅Bar，適逢係一年一度嘅單車節，對出嘅路段封咗路成為比賽路段，係一個極佳嘅觀賞位置。在場都有好多觀眾睇單車比賽，氣氛好好。不過相信平日嚟都望住個風景都會覺得好舒服。揀咗假日嘅Classic brunch，包括咗前菜主菜及甜品。上菜嘅速度好符合週末嘅vibe，絕對可以慢慢嘆前菜總共有三款俾我哋share，芝麻烤吞拿魚配咗甜洋蔥醬，酸酸甜甜咁好開胃。第一次試魔鬼蛋，感覺好新鮮，配蟹蛋黃醬同埋辣椒，提升香氣。唔食得辣嘅我都接受到。仲有一份烤雞牛油果沙律，份量好足，牛油果同菜食落都好新鮮感覺好清新。接下來嘅重頭戲就係食肉獸嘅最愛，是日烤肉同埋阿根廷Ribeye烤肉整體好鮮嫩，仲有好多肉汁，生熟程度啱啱好，食落牛肉香味都好濃。仲有份量十足嘅烤蔬菜。我係好鍾意食烤蔬菜，尤其是啲蘿蔔外面好脆，味道好甜。另一份草飼肉眼牛扒，我哋叫咗Medium，燒得好香，而且薯條嘅份量就嚟滿瀉，好正薯條係好新鮮炸出嚟，熱辣辣，脆卜卜。而牛扒夠晒厚，一啖咬落去真係好滿足。最後配上兩款是日甜品，分別係Tiramisu同埋朱古力Brownie，為今日嘅brunch完美作結。呢間Bar嘅食物水準都相當唔錯，同埋侍應嘅服務都好好，相當友善親切，下次有機會都想試吓夜晚嚟食個晚餐感受吓另一種情調。 continue reading
