經朋友介紹,去咗觀塘工厦一間隱秘私房菜,每晚只做一枱,可以同自己朋友傾偈食飯好地方,預約時問帶酒要開瓶費嗎?但原來不收開瓶費,實在有驚喜,因出面大部份食肆都會收開瓶費,而食物都非常好食,窩貼小棠菜出面我都沒有食過,富貴烤雙方,一道好食的手工菜,讚👍🏼!而甜品花膠桂花蜂蜜糕,出面從未食過,而花膠也沒有腥味,值得推介,因為食物一出來,賣相太吸引,忘記影相,下次再去,一定要影相環境方面,裝潢設計俾人有種舒服感覺,也很時尚,整體不錯👍🏼

朋友介紹之下去咗觀塘工業大廈入面一間新開嘅私房菜,本身就冇乜特別期待,點知食完有驚喜😍~~~入到去已經俾佢個裝修吸引,睇得出係有花心私搞過,唔會好似有啲私房菜搞到成間公屋咁🤭食物方面亦都好多特別菜式,例如𧄌家蒸蟹砵、海鮮卜卜魚、煎焗魚三寶呢啲菜式出邊好少見,最驚喜係個甜品~花膠桂花蜂蜜果凍,好清新,就算食到好飽都唔會覺得食唔落👍🏽特別一提係個廚師,估唔到係一位中年女士,佢會成日走出嚟同大家傾吓偈,煮嘅餸菜好有家庭feel得嚟又上到大枱🥰,綜合食物環境同埋服務,$468一位真係唔貴,必定翻啅

d 野食,好多都係手工菜。出面做法無咁細緻及好味。我個人會推介以下菜式:富貴烤雙方,出面一般只有金華火腿加饅頭,依度正宗地用返炸多塊腐皮,一塊一塊炸,工夫十足。同埋幾種花膠菜式,好好。(平時我唔食花膠,都覺得正)性價比好高。另外,我平時比較鍾意食魚,蒸魚要蒸得好,再加上蒸魚豉油,簡直無敵,而佢既欖豉醬蒸魚,竟然更勝一籌,我覺得係必食,必食,必食。(重點既野,要講3次)同埋,帶了紅酒及清酒上去飲,免開瓶費比起出面食飯,真係抵好多。

我個人會推介以下菜式:
富貴烤雙方,出面一般只有金華火腿加饅頭,依度正宗地用返炸多塊腐皮,一塊一塊炸,工夫十足。
同埋幾種花膠菜式,好好。(平時我唔食花膠,都覺得正)
性價比好高。
另外,我平時比較鍾意食魚,蒸魚要蒸得好,再加上蒸魚豉油,簡直無敵,而佢既欖豉醬蒸魚,竟然更勝一籌,我覺得係必食,必食,必食。(重點既野,要講3次

同埋,帶了紅酒及清酒上去飲,免開瓶費比起出面食飯,真係抵好多。

難得同朋友約到星期五晚飯聚,想試吓搵間靜啲食得開心啲嘅餐廳。朋友介紹官塘區呢間樓上中餐八分廚,每晚只開一枱,而且有花膠有海鮮每人都唔使五百蚊,WhatsApp 去訂枱,結果 book 到星期五晚,一行十人去開飯。雖然地址喺廠廈,但係入到去裝修格局好似入咗另一個世界咁。餐廳一張大枱,仲有張小梳化,十個人入去好闊落,坐得舒服。一坐低老闆問我哋睇電視定聽歌,點埋飲品後閂埋咗度間門,畀我哋傾下計,人齊坐咗十至十五分鐘就開飯。今晚因為第一次嚟,菜單點嘅係佢哋嘅花膠宴,成餐飯有三個花膠菜式,最有印象係一開始位上嘅花膠鮑魚,同埋最後個甜品。花膠鮑魚裏面有好大嚿花膠,朋友話好味之餘,仲要留返剩返啲汁撈飯;最後個甜品花膠啫喱,餐廳話係原創食品,街外冇得食,個甜品好清爽,裏面嘅花膠少少彈牙,再加少少蜂蜜,啲幾個女性朋友可以話係秒殺咗個甜品(甜品一嚟朋友剩係掛住食,相都冇影到...)。其他菜式大部份係手工菜,煮法同味道係似細個食嘅中菜嘅,大廚話佢哋唔落味精(朋友有味精敏感,第二朝早喺 wts grp 話完全冇問題),開舖都係想將順德菜同舊有傳統味道煮返出嚟,例如佢有個鍋貼小棠菜,喺出面一啲老字號或者高級啲嘅

其他菜式大部份係手工菜,煮法同味道係似細個食嘅中菜嘅,大廚話佢哋唔落味精(朋友有味精敏感,第二朝早喺 wts grp 話完全冇問題),開舖都係想將順德菜同舊有傳統味道煮返出嚟,例如佢有個鍋貼小棠菜,喺出面一啲老字號或者高級啲嘅中菜館先有得食;另外烤雙方,係從前宮庭菜嘅菜式之一,鹹鹹地甜甜地有蜜汁火腿有包有炸腐皮,出面好少食到,值得試吓。
大廚間中會出嚟問我哋夠唔夠食,又會解釋吓啲餸菜有乜特別,但大部份時間都只係我哋一圍枱人傾計食嘢,私隱度可以話好高(講嘢唔怕嘈到人),而且最後埋單計埋汽水飲品真係每人五百唔使落到樓,佢哋冇加一冇開瓶費,成個環境,食物水準,服務都只係呢個價錢,喺出面酒樓叫豪啲都唔只,而且大廚話呢個「基本版」花膠宴見唔到佢功夫,叫我哋下次嚟可以試吓廚師發辦。
今次係一個開心嘅飯局,所以想介紹一下呢間官塘嘅小店。

Other Info. : 餐廳好注重開飯時間(例如 book 咗六點半,如果最後七點先齊人可通知改時間),我哋去到佢就問係唔係準時,唔得嘅可以立刻通知,因為佢哋好注重啲菜式出嚟嘅時間,驚一上碟要等就會打折扣...睇佢哋對食物有一定堅持。:)

首先不得不讚個大廚,可以諗出甘多精緻既菜式,讓我地每位朋友都食到讚嘆不絕,絕對感受到你對食物既執著,確保到每度菜既優質出品。
