己有一段時間沒來過,依舊清靜舒服。窗外的陽光射入顯得室內更加優雅,坐得輕鬆自在。主菜加20元可包餐湯和飲品。羅宋湯看似清淡但清甜可口,有好多蔬菜餸料。蒜茸飽外鬆脆內軟。焗肉醬意粉賣相ok。肉醬調味方面可再濃一點,芝士也可多一點,那就更加完美。咖啡比起以前質量差了,少了濃郁芳香的味道。

今日午膳同朋友特然想食紅茶館,所以去左鴨脷洲間紅茶館,館下一聚,好不自在。午餐有八款選擇,我們一行 N人一齊叫左 F餐 美國自然豬。其實這正正是我地黎紅茶館的主要目的。紅茶館裝橫令人舒服,而且有電視睇。蒜蓉包跟餐送上,夠香味濃,餸湯一流。忌廉磨菇湯,清清地,都算 Creamy 。菜湯,似羅宋湯,可入口。主角自然豬,豬肉厚身而軟熟,不鞋不硬,好食。因為飼養豬隻的飼料是天然食材,沒有化學成份,相對健康啲。奶茶色澤合格,味度可接受。

年初一冇咩食肆開,附近淨係見到呢間餐廳,就入咗去喇。不過佢淨係得兩個menu,就係嗰個特選2人餐同埋廚師推介,我地4個人就叫咗一個2人餐同埋2個在廚師推介入面嘅餐首先講2人餐:就包一個前菜就係煙三文魚沙律,之後兩個湯,可以揀忌廉湯或者羅宋湯,仲有配兩塊蒜蓉包,咁主食就可以揀兩個,我地就揀咗一個忌廉湯一個羅宋湯,紐西蘭肉眼扒(8安士)拼炭燒豬仔勒骨三支骨,同埋澳洲m5和牛臀腰扒(8安士)拼法式燒蒙古小羊架一件肉眼扒同和牛叫咗6成熟,羊架就7成熟首先個忌廉湯偏傑,但係都幾濃味好飲嘅,跟著個紐西蘭肉眼扒就燒d唔錯但冇乜調味,我覺得可以落少少鹽做調味,而豬勒骨就個汁做得唔錯,甜甜地幾好味,幾配合嗰個豬勒骨,而m5和牛就超級有牛味,牛味簡直濃到有dd騷,但係就偏生,下次應該要熟少少,不過宜家都夠淋嘅,都係落dd鹽好d,雖然去有個牛扒汁嘅,但佢個汁唔太配合個牛扒,總括黎講呢兩個餐都係好食嘅,包埋野飲凍飲唔洗加錢,而另外我地都叫咗個黑松露忌廉汁鴛鴦魚柳,佢係比目魚同埋三文魚嘅,可以配飯/薯菜/意粉,我地就揀薯菜,跟著最後一個餐都係紐西蘭肉眼扒嘅,配薯菜嘅,嗰個就唔多講了黑松露忌廉汁鴛鴦魚柳,佢個汁超

自南港島綫既開通後,各同事都係公司附近既站尋覓新野食!經同事既推介下,黎左試下紅茶館。望完餐牌後,被上面嘅美國自然豬所吸引!晏晝時間Set Lunch包餐湯(紅/白)、蒜蓉包、餐飲及甜品都只係$128,性價比高!跟餐仲可以揀配意粉、白飯或薯菜,雖然意粉份量唔多,但配咁大塊豬,以女士黎講已經好夠食!有同事揀咗配薯菜,薯條都好香脆,值得一試!而塊自然豬都算大塊同夠厚,燒得亦算靚。雖然佢厚,但都唔會韌,而仲有幾多肉汁!而隨碟亦會有黑椒汁/燒汁可以選擇,但個人認為,唔好將汁倒晒落塊豬到食會較好,因為就咁食已經好有佢本身既「豬」味!

而塊自然豬都算大塊同夠厚,燒得亦算靚。雖然佢厚,但都唔會韌,而仲有幾多肉汁!而隨碟亦會有黑椒汁/燒汁可以選擇,但個人認為,唔好將汁倒晒落塊豬到食會較好,因為就咁食已經好有佢本身既「豬」味!

筆者本身嗜肉,時不時會吃扒餐,依次是牛扒、雞扒才到豬扒,因緣際會下碰上一道名叫「自然豬」的菜,挺有發現新大陸之感。故名思義,看到以「自然」作菜名,不禁在腦海中浮現甚麼穀飼牛、走地雞等一類泛濫的名詞。當然,筆者的好奇心不致大到主動去問餐廳「自然」一名的由來。說回食物本身,總的來說,自然豬是一塊在烤架上烤得外香內嫩的厚切豬扒,將肉切開後放入口,熱乎乎的肉滲著肉汁,沒有過多的調味,配上隨碟的黑椒汁作點綴,味道不會太複雜卻感到很滿足,回想起自然一名,也許我明白了。順帶一提,跟餐都是可選配白飯、意粉及薯菜,個人傾向選擇配炸得香脆可口的薯條;餐飲選的是熱奶茶,無他的,茶濃而奶的比例恰到好處,值得一讚。

紅茶館响鴨脷洲大街都好多年,啲食物同價錢都好大眾化,見佢剛剛裝修完,就試下有冇特別咗。首先舖面改大左,加左梳化位,望落寬闊左同高級左。晚餐價錢由$68到$138,同以前無乜分別。頭盤:蟹棒什菜沙律預先溝了酒醋,無乜特別餐湯:南瓜忌廉湯南瓜味幾鮮甜,整個湯稀稠適中,改左用大的湯碟,比以前靚左主菜:法式小切羊架香味十足,未上枱已經嗅到羊的香味,三枝骨,羊肉唔算多,有蕃茄、瓜豆伴碟,由圓碟改左方碟。我自己比較大食,所以問待應攞個飯,但佢話送俾我食唔收錢甜品:細杯芒果布丁細細抔一啖食晒飲品:咖啡佢地杯熱咖啡一路都係即磨咖啡,唔駛加錢總括:佢地裝修完,地方靚左,用具都高級左,食物質數都好左啲,但價錢又無乜加。一個晚餐又送頭盤又送甜品,百幾元食羊架都算抵。

佢地裝修完,地方靚左,用具都高級左,食物質數都好左啲,但價錢又無乜加。一個晚餐又送頭盤又送甜品,百幾元食羊架都算抵。

12 月 23 號, 星期五晚, 阿媽去左飲, 冇人煮飯, 就去左就近的紅茶館吃個西式晚餐~本來都只是好像平時吃個扒, 來個焗飯意粉等, 但因為都已經 23 號, 聖誕餐牌已經就緒, 那就看看有什麼新意.今次的聖誕餐似乎是新嘗試, 而且也不是普通西餐廳也會供應的, 就連 Outback, Ruby Tuesday 都沒有, 是8安士的 21天熟成的澳洲安格斯西冷,肉質非常淋,好似牛柳咁淋,而且肉味好濃,但我諗14天熟成可能會更好,會有多點西冷的口感價錢是比平時貴上不少, 或許是聖誕節期間吧, 要三百多, 但始終是 dry-aged, 就試試吧.另外叫左虎蝦拼澳洲帶子,來個 pre-christmas dining今次來,發覺到餐廳內環境改善了不少,以前用上透明膠板放在餐檯上,現在轉用了淺灰色的軟身膠檯布,加上電子蠟燭....格調感覺好左好多呢~

週日到鴨脷洲紅茶館午膳,發現食物水準有進步喎!餐湯餐包水準都係差不多,無乜特別,但至少羅宋湯不會過鹹。主菜試了夏威夷菠蘿燒雞扒及西班牙厚切豬扒。前者灑上酸酸甜甜的菠蘿汁,挺醒胃,配上的燒雞扒肉質亦幾白滑。後者豬扒確是厚厚的,但肉質比預期鬆軟,幾好食噃。餐後一杯凍奶茶,份量依舊,茶奶調配恰宜,OK喇!

週日到鴨脷洲紅茶館午膳,發現食物水準有進步喎!

紅茶館一向給我印象怪怪。沒裝潢、只有一片白底紅字,想想吓,銀杏館都似是這image。親戚生日,包場。我第一次品嚐紅茶館之食物,確是給我驚喜!雖然全部都是一般大食會食物,例如有單式三文治、醋汁生菜沙律、春卷、煎雞翼、煎雞扒、咖哩牛腩、茄汁豬扒、吞拿魚長通粉、炒飯、茄汁米粉、芝士西蘭花、炒椰菜、等等。味道好good!拍得住快餐店/茶餐廳水準。加上在寬敞,開心的氣氛下,絕對很滿意!甜品有麵包布甸、燉蛋,兩個都普普通通。紅豆沙,很足料,而且有椰奶香。經過今次,對紅茶館加分了。睇埋大家的食評,真是打破偏見了吧!

鴨脷洲返工咁耐, 一路都無試過呢間紅茶館咁啱同事生日話叫倒會返公司食, 所以就試下因為唔係我點菜, 所以我都唔知total有乜嘢食, 但我食左幾樣嘢都好好味包括:雞翼 (唔知係瑞士定老水呢?),d雞翼係入哂味架!!好正, 唔會得個皮有色, 入面就無黎味道咖喱角 / 春卷:其實呢d咁簡單的嘢都好難唔好味煙三文魚:好味呀, 感覺好新鮮 (雖然都估計係冰鮮嘢)仲有個炒意粉,我估係豬扒炒意粉啦,又係好好味....其他d菜等等就無乜特別, 不過不失咁啦仲有個炒飯,係鰻魚炒飯,我個人其實好怕腥,少少都受唔到,食左入口先知係鰻魚....我覺得都幾腥下 (不過唔太可以用我做準,因為我真係好唔受得腥同穌味)其實我都唔知幾錢,聽同事講就唔貴,最緊要仲送到門口吖嗎!!下次有機會會試下堂食,睇下係咪真係咁正再報道過啦

鴨脷洲返工咁耐, 一路都無試過呢間紅茶館
咁啱同事生日話叫倒會返公司食, 所以就試下

因為唔係我點菜, 所以我都唔知total有乜嘢食, 但我食左幾樣嘢都好好味
包括:
雞翼 (唔知係瑞士定老水呢?),d雞翼係入哂味架!!好正, 唔會得個皮有色, 入面就無黎味道
咖喱角 / 春卷:其實呢d咁簡單的嘢都好難唔好味
煙三文魚:好味呀, 感覺好新鮮 (雖然都估計係冰鮮嘢)
仲有個炒意粉,我估係豬扒炒意粉啦,又係好好味....

其他d菜等等就無乜特別, 不過不失咁啦

仲有個炒飯,係鰻魚炒飯,我個人其實好怕腥,少少都受唔到,食左入口先知係鰻魚....
我覺得都幾腥下 (不過唔太可以用我做準,因為我真係好唔受得腥同穌味)

其實我都唔知幾錢,聽同事講就唔貴,最緊要仲送到門口吖嗎!!
