最近在希慎廣場的地庫發現了一家超讚的快餐店——「Burger Friend Forever」。這裡環境寬敞又乾淨，適合和朋友一起來放鬆一下。今天我嘗試了他們的藍芝士安格斯漢堡和白酒蜆肉意粉，真的不錯！藍芝士安格斯漢堡（$93）這個漢堡用上美國穀飼的安格斯牛肉，搭配濃郁的丹麥藍芝士、炒紫洋蔥、番茄和羅文菜。牛肉煎得剛剛好，外脆內嫩，咬下去的瞬間，肉汁四溢，讓我忍不住想要多吃幾口！藍芝士的鹹香和牛肉的鮮美完美融合，簡直是一場味蕾的盛宴！再加上外脆內軟的原切大薯條和冰涼的可樂（+$20），這套餐簡直就是完美的速食組合！白酒蜆肉意粉（$88）意粉的口感十分滑順，剛好吸收了白酒的香氣，微微的辣味讓整體口感更添層次。蜆肉新鮮，鮮甜的味道在口中綻放，讓人忍不住一口接一口。每一口都能品嚐到蜆肉的鮮美，伴隨著香濃的白酒醬汁，讓人感覺像是在海邊用餐，清新又開心！套餐配有清新的田園沙律（+$20），沙律的特製醬汁酸酸甜甜，讓人食指大動，搭配意粉真是絕配！最後，黑松露雞菌湯（+$15）更是點睛之筆，濃郁的黑松露香氣融合了各種雜菇，喝下去讓整個人都暖和起來，特別適合這個季節。

Visited this resto at Hysan's B2/F Food Court (URBANHOOD) for lunch with colleagues to celebrate. .We all ordered the Lunch Set, which included Fried Sweet Potatoes, a main dish and a cup of Genmaicha tea. The Fried Sweet Potatoes were crunchy, hotly-served and pleasantly sweet. I selected Spicy Garlic Prawn Spaghetti as my main dish. The spaghetti had an al dente texture, and the prawns were meaty. The garlic elevated its aroma, and the spice added a little kick to the dish. It was a bit oily though. My colleagues ordered Fishman Burger and Buffalo Chicken Burger as their main dishes respectively. For the Fishman Burger, the fried fish was thick with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. The tartar sauce paired nicely with the burger. For the Buffalo Chicken Burger, the burger was cheesy and tasted a bit spicy due to the buffalo sauce. They paid an additional HKD10 for the Black Truffle Mushroom Soup. The soup was creamy and filled with mushrooms pieces, creating a rich, textured soup. .As the shop was short-staffed, we waited quite a long time for our food to arrive. The food court is new and has comfortable seatings.

希慎地庫開咗好多新式小店，今次嚟食呢間簡稱BFF嘅Burger’s Friend Forever ，有比較特色嘅burger，鍾意食burger嘅你，千祈唔好錯過😀鐵板漢堡｜薯條｜Coke Zero鐵板感覺似成個芝士溶岩咁，好浮誇。包皮外脆內鬆軟，漢堡扒肉質juicy，脆脆薯格新鮮即炸，整體配搭唔錯。店家非常貼心，將漢堡一開為二，可以兩個人分享。白酒蜆肉意粉｜田園沙律｜黑松露雜菌湯如果兩個人嚟食，仲可以一份burger一份pasta。白汁蜆肉意粉入邊嘅蜆肉多到數唔晒，一啖意粉成幾粒蜆肉，仲有蘑菇添，好豐富。套餐配上雜菌湯同埋田園沙律，沙律菜爽脆，湯內有磨碎晒嘅材料，好有咬口。

今日同朋友係希慎廣場食飯， 好想食Buger , 佢鐵板裝坐Burger 勁香， 完全吸引到我哋😋卡邦尼意粉意粉的口感滑嫩，配上濃郁的奶油醬，簡直是天作之合。 🥰 培根的咸香與黑胡椒的微辣相得益彰，味道豐富，卻不會過於油膩黑松露雜菌忌廉湯 香氣四溢的黑松露與新鮮的雜菌完美融合，湯底濃郁卻不失清新。每一口都能感受到松露的獨特風味，搭配奶油的絲滑！至尊牛肉漢堡至尊牛肉漢堡，好岩肉食者🍔🍖 多汁的牛肉餅搭配鬆軟的漢堡包，口感豐富，一口接一口，還有好多芝士。新鮮的生菜、番茄和特製醬料讓整個漢堡更加美味，咬下去的瞬間，肉香四溢！
