To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我到百份百餐廳享用午餐，這裡真的是駕車人士的好選擇，因為門口有充足的停車位。餐廳環境寬敞，座位多，讓人感到輕鬆自在。我點了四寶飯，份量相當足夠，裡面有美味的雞翼和香脆的餐肉，每一口都讓人回味無窮。米飯的口感也很棒，搭配的醬汁更是提升了整體的風味。服務生的態度友善，讓這次用餐體驗更加愉快，期待下次再來嘗試其他菜式！

非常混亂，預訂外賣午餐送餐，竟然被取消，即刻趕去現場訂外賣，等了超過30分鐘，送唔到俾兒子午餐，要佢餓住上堂，無奈地午餐變左下午茶，凍晒，非常無奈，非常不滿。服務奇！差

星期六通常都同老婆出去食早餐，有時天氣好嘅話都順便行埋山，今朝早見天氣一般般，唔太好亦唔太差，穩穩陣陣起見，就唔入馬騮山，由美孚行上「華景」，食個早餐再行另一邊山路落返美孚，而上到「華景」餐廳就喺得呢間「百分百」。 呢度都嚟過好幾次食晏或下午茶，環境就唔多講啦，總之地方算幾大，座位闊落，同埋客人真喺唔多，有嘅都喺「華景」啲街坊客，相信區外客都冇乜幾個。 早餐餐牌，兩大版，都有幾多唔同類別嘅選擇，其實都喺大同小異，定價跟同一般茶記相約。 老規矩，枱側抽櫃放晒所有餐具、基本調味料，放得整齊，想要熱水就要出去自己斟。 蕃茄濃湯通粉麵餐 $37老婆一睇早餐選項二話不說就喺揀蕃茄濃湯系列，可以揀兩款餸料，佢就要餐肉、熟蛋，揀食通粉，都幾大碗吓，而且，唔好睇以為得幾嚿餐肉，原來沉咗底，都有幾多。個湯都唔錯，幾夠蕃茄香味，酸酸香香，飲落醒神，啲通粉亦煮得啱啱好。 沙嗲牛肉即食麵餐 $39小弟嘅即食麵餐就可以揀多一款餸，已有沙嗲牛肉，所以，揀半焗流心蛋，隻蛋確喺煎得好靚仔，篤穿個蛋黃用嚟撈麵食就最正。個湯底喺一般嘅清雞湯，但溝埋啲沙嗲汁又幾唔錯，而牛肉又幾腍滑，啲麵都OK，所以，整體嚟講都收貨架喇。 熱咖啡、熱檸水佢哋呢度啲即磨咖啡確喺幾香，所以，都喺揀番飲熱咖啡就最穩陣，另外，佢哋沖熱檸水喺用上冷壓嘅檸檬汁，可以講有好有唔好啦，我就較鍾意一片片嘅檸檬自己篤，因為可以控制個酸度囉。 今餐食到飽飽再落山，而天氣保持住陰陰涼涼，又仲未落雨，感覺非常舒服。

晚餐外賣乾炒牛河，接單速度不錯很快，但是接單後15分鐘才打電話來說沒有牛河要改烏冬，到收到之後只得半個外賣盒份量，烏冬數得出只有10多條，明顯只有半個烏冬，連兩個小朋友都不夠吃。

咁啱係附近做野，都唔係好熟附近有咩好食，又係見到呢間百分百，真係所有屋村商場都有一間，唔緊要啦，都係諗住食個快飯啫，其實茶餐廳質素黎講，佢都唔算差，起碼都坐得幾舒服。先講食物質素先，今日叫左葱香雞扒飯，其實本身想食豬扒，不過豬扒無晒，所以唯有食雞扒，真心雞扒煎得幾香口，仲有肉汁喺裡面，D葱油好香，配合一齊真係好好味。餐飲叫左杯凍奶茶，茶味唔夠濃，奶味偏重，我自己唔太鍾意。其實一間連鎖餐廳，食物正常唔會太差，價錢亦都合理，但真係唔明點解大部分分店D員工都係咁差，成日企晒喺後面，前面枱客人叫極都唔理，可能呢D係店舖風格，但我真係唔識欣賞。
