To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 但日子耐了之後,質素就每況愈下。
侍應轉了N次,有如一個新人訓練基地。
最緊要都係食物,剛開業可能是為了打個好名聲,食物份量大,美味。
就連份蒜香多士都非常美味。
但日子耐了之後,食物份量減半(以扒類為例),蒜香多士變成咸味多士。
天平邨的食肆餐廳競爭對手少,本來是最佳選擇。
現在成為逼不得已的選擇。
嚟到的時候差不多四點半了,下午茶時段人流較少,所以不用等位,我們坐定定張靚卡位之後,開始睇餐牌喇,因為得一張下午茶的餐牌,因下午茶的種類都好多下,我地都選擇咗好耐(另外提一提,如果要水的話,就要問餐廳職員喇,餐廳不會自動供應水給顧客的,環保掛?)仲有,下午茶時段叫嘢食就要快手喇,唔係食物慢,而係搵人落單難,下午人手不足掛,晚上就好少少。
食物終於嚟喇...登登登...登
第一樣係一口西多士(忘記影相喎)失察,雖然餐牌寫一口西多士,只係張一件西多切咗四份,如果口大的都可以一口的,西多ok,不過無糖漿就差少少嘢喇。

上海粗炒 第三樣嚟喇...開估...芝士焗雞皇飯 依個食物就等耐咗少少,一放低焗飯顏色好靚好吸引,香味引到我流哂口水,急不及代食喇...芝士味比較淡(筆)起的時候都有芝士絲喎,真係估唔倒,我最欣賞係d汁唔會太少,剛剛好,我就食到椰香的味道,good,至於雞肉就無乜特別,係夠味的,不錯。雖然份量不多,但最緊要就係好吃你話係唔係。
另外套餐加$8叫咗小食...脆...薯...角... 脆薯角唔係唔好食,如果可以切粗少少就好喇唔點茄汁都ok夠味
我地由下午茶時段坐到六點晚飯時段,睇下晚飯餐牌再叫多2樣嘢食,都好多選擇。
叫咗餐牌的其中一個手指公推介(海南雞飯)和(黑椒雞扒及豬扒鐵板餐)又唔記得影相
海南雞飯我就無食到,是我的朋友話返比我知的,雞肉還可以,(不過我見到有d肉紅色)雞皮就唔夠滑,佢話如果係靚ga海南雞皮會好滑,好似啫喱咁滑,飯我見應該係雞油飯,立立拎,個例湯ok,佢話個配菜就好味酸酸地,幾開胃,但我見得5,6條好幼的紅蘿蔔絲和白蘿蔔絲。
依個雞扒及豬扒鐵板餐呢,可以食可以不食,此款無乜特別,有一塊不大的豬扒,大約4.5吋到,厚度大約一吋到,而雞扒有2塊,細豬扒少少,有幾件配菜及薯角,有飯及意粉選擇,我選咗飯,d飯就幾多喇,黑椒汁唔夠辣,但都幾香的。
