宮廷下午茶分別有鹹點同埋甜點
鹹點有牛角包、窩夫、鬆餅、燕窩鮑魚蛋撻、三文治等等
鵝肝窩夫特別出色🥰 其他水準都唔錯 喺酒店級數👸🏻
另外甜點方面有焦糖燉蛋、朱古力蛋糕、芒果蛋糕、紫薯慕絲
雖然冇咩太大驚喜 但係水準都可以維持到酒店嘅級數 感覺唔會太甜太膩 的確唔錯😽😽

下午茶仲可以配紅酒白酒或者香檳各一杯!🥂

相信好多人都知歷山餐廳喺12月開張嘅時候風頭一時無兩,不過最後比各大平台彈到冇眼睇🙈。草根喺餐廳開咗張3個月後去試一試,睇吓究竟食物質素有冇改善到🤫。當日星期日12點去到餐廳仲有部份位置係空嘅。所有人都坐喺餐廳,應該冇坐喺宴會廳嘅安排。.整體嚟講,當日嘅體驗冇12月大家講到嘅情況咁差,可以話質素係比$3-400嘅buffet高,但整體食物選擇較少👉🏻👈🏻,尤其係海鮮類缺乏。計返收$428一個佢又唔算貴🤔。服務方面值得讚👍🏻,態度好好,主動收碟,又會問客人食物有冇問題,另外refill速度都好快,亦都冇出現要排隊嘅情況。睇嚟餐廳面對大家嘅批評都有落過功夫去改善過😌。.海鮮部份真係好少,只有海蝦🦐、青口同海螺,睇落唔吸引我哋都冇食到。不過即開生蠔就幾好🦪,味道鮮甜只係比較細隻。.日式刺身選擇同樣唔多,有三文魚、鯛魚、魷魚、螺片同蟹柳,草根冇全部試晒。三文魚肥美但比較淡味,螺片就有少腥,刺身呢一part完全Miss咗都唔會可惜😭。.冷盤煙三文魚、parmaham都叫有齊,🧀芝士有三款但都係唔但都唔算好出色。西式款式唔多突出,有驚喜係竟然提供Egg Benedict,流心嘅水波蛋配上充滿牛油香

冷盤煙三文魚、parmaham都叫有齊,🧀芝士有三款但都係唔但都唔算好出色。西式款式唔多突出,有驚喜係竟然提供Egg Benedict,流心嘅水波蛋配上充滿牛油香脆身嘅麵包🧈,好食😋。另外Pizza脆身唔死實🍕,即切肉類有美國頂級牛扒🥩同紐西蘭羊架🐏,前者不過不失,羊架軟嫰得嚟夠肥美,可以encore。

甜品方面選擇唔算好多,但我哋揀咗幾款嚟食味道都幾唔錯,Tiramisu好食😋咖啡味好重☕️;朱古力蛋糕都唔錯🍫。不過馬卡龍真係唔使試,感覺似餅乾,冇咗中間煙靭嘅部份食落只有糖味。另外Haggendazz有4款口味都喺任食😍,可以食返夠本🍨。

之前寫親食評都冇登,呢次試下用心啲寫食評可以登。結婚週年紀念同老公去食半自助午餐在網上見到餐廳裝飾好靚,真係好似皇宮咁,靚過法國凡爾賽宮呀。因為法國個皇宮好鬼舊。連洗手間好靚,288蚊仲做八折只係259蚊。每個服務員都五星級,好有禮貌。有個好具經驗嘅女服務員,見我的眼神,就好似知道我想搵人幫,我真係想搵服務員只是他們太忙都不知找誰。她主動行埋嚟問我使唔使上餐茶,其實我真係食到甜品開始想飲嘢,同埋個焗蠔未上順便叫埋。跟住個侍應話唔好意思仲未上,立即上左。食物都加得好快碟又收得好快,人唔多所以坐得好舒服,好難搵到性價比咁高嘅半自助午餐

餐廳環境走維多利亞時期嘅宮廷風格,確係幾啱打卡📸Brunch Buffet供應時間由11:00至14:30,食物選擇幾多且充裕,沙律前菜、冷盤、熱食及甜品等都各有十幾款,另有幾款壽司刺身及海鮮,廚師們又不停refill食物👍🏻所以即使我哋遲咗1.5小時先到,都可以試盡各款食物,而且仲有時間encore自己嘅心水😆

整體食物質素及味道唔錯,必食嘅有即開美國生蠔,肉質爽脆鮮甜,海水味較淡,雖然每次只限取3隻,但每次都唔洗排隊,所以粗略估計我哋起碼食咗兩打😆另藍青口食落都幾鮮甜飽滿😋金沙蝦炸得超香脆,仲有濃濃鹹蛋黃香,鹹蛋黃控必愛😍不得不提慢燒澳洲西冷及烤羊架,兩者肉味濃郁之餘又夠軟嫩juicy,確係唔錯😋甜品就覺得芒果拿破崙最好食😋呢幾款食物我哋都最少encore咗一次或以上😆

期間經理主動向食客收集意見,又提及餐廳更換咗全新廚師班底及一直改善各方面不足👍🏻當朋友評價完其中一道菜式不久,大廚就將一碟重新烹調嘅菜式送到我哋面前😳當刻無諗過餐廳會咁正視食客意見並即刻作出改善,令我哋有啲驚訝及俾唔切反應😂另我哋無為意buffet時間已過,但餐廳無催促我哋離開,仲送上兩壺Tea WG茶俾我哋飲住慢慢傾🥰值得一讚係餐廳並無提供power bank服務,但服務員Terry竟將佢私人嘅power bank借出,佢哋嘅服務態度真係好甜心,不但無可挑剔,仲好值得嘉許👍🏻

經過親身體驗後,餐廳與之前伏味濃嘅描述有好大差別,好明顯各方面都有顯著改善,質素真係有好大躍進👍🏻絕對可以encore🥰另現於togetda預訂歷山酒店嘅Weekend Brunch Buffet可享限時優惠,價錢確係幾吸引,唔怪得朋友請我嚟呢度食buffet啦😆
