一度以為果醬係茄汁😂呢個我唔評論因為我已經唔想食了

👉🏻其實一般酒店食下午茶,有一兩樣唔啱自己口味都實屬正常,但係今次只係有一兩樣係合格😩

👉🏻食緊嗰陣,我同朋友你眼望我眼,好似洞悉左大家對呢個下午茶嘅評價......真係未試過食淨咁多......😿

✔️服務方面,真係唔錯,侍應們態度良好。主動提供Wi-fi密碼,上茶時都會提醒客人小心熱燙👍🏻

希望佢真係可以努力改善,如果唔係真係浪費咗咁靚嘅裝修同埋服務...🤕

最後奉勸大家如果近期想去請三思,除非你好想去🙃

生日中午自助餐,有所改善

大家好,今次係第三次寫食評啦😁

飲品方面,沒有太大特別,最想提出的就是玻璃杯過長,加嘢飲的時候玻璃杯需要傾斜,小朋友用落非常不方便,增加打爛玻璃杯的風險。

最後,環境方面,枱比較細小,枱與枱之間比較狹窄,但是沒有採用枱布是明智之舉。服務方面值得一讚,可能有客戶反映過人手不足,今天看到高層也到前線一同為客人服務,感覺到有誠意。服務員收碟的速度非常快,而且非常有禮貌值得嘉許。

If all those previous negative reviews were true, Cafe A at Hotel Alexandra has truly turned it around. I was honestly a little iffy before coming, but now, I've only got good things to say. If all those previous negative reviews were true, Cafe A at Hotel Alexandra has truly turned it around. I was honestly a little iffy before coming, but now, I've only got good things to say.

Large buffet spread with a good range of hot dishes, salads and desserts. Quick food refill and very prompt service.

And the staff were extremely proactive. They took the initiative to offer me coffee and refill, and covered our jackets with coat covers. The chef at the carving station also asked me how I wanted my roast beef. It is these minor acts that make me feel like this hotel is really trying. I will surely visit again.

看完大部分劣評後去試一試,可能因為沒什麼期望,到場一試反而覺得又不是太差。當然預期300幾元既自助午餐沒什麼特別款式,但熱熏味道好正常。特別驚喜的是羊架,不是太肥,但很嫩。凍蝦不錯,唯蟹腳較咸,但還是有蟹味。個人比較喜歡甜品,芒果拿破崙最為推薦。而且早前有人投訴沒refill ,今次沒有這情況。另外真的要讚賞餐廳的服務人員,態度超好的。整體來說都還可以。今次我是直接被安排坐在餐廳內,不是宴會廳,不清楚會否有影響。

Alexandra hotel cafe a-十二月初才開始營業,酒店設計風格是以維多利亞時期的華麗主題打造金碧輝煌的宮廷氣派,有不少打卡位🥰。在宮廷風cafe品嚐三層英式下午茶套餐,優雅的喝一杯英式下午茶☕️,確實很寫意。整體食物質素不算太差,二人套餐五百多元本來只包三層英式下午茶,另一盤鹹點是送的🥰,而且早訂位有八折。甜點除了泡芙綠茶味🍵比較怪及紫色的那個甜點比較甜外,其他食物都可以。送的鹹點雖然放涼了,但我覺得還好。最重要是環境真的很舒適,設計風格高貴典雅。

3佰幾蚊的Lunch Buffet,嚴重中伏!!!! 從未吃過如此差的自助餐,我所坐的是貴賓廳,只是臨時放枱做catering的一個地方,所有安排都不是一般自助餐的格局。12:30pm去到放海鮮的位置沒有海鮮,熱葷位沒有熱葷。煮喇沙的麵檔位居然用普通打邊爐的gas爐,連沒有了火也不知道,很擔心我前面的客人吃了沒煮熟的喇沙有沒有肚痛。甜品也不想說了,芝士可能比其他人攞晒,見到。最好食的便是haagendaz杯裝雪糕。總括而言,差到無可再差,貼錢買難受,嬲爆!!!

第三樣係設計,自助餐區個個煲都高身,個煲蓋未開已差不多頂到個玻璃架。(你如果有食過會知我講咩)。可能要搵日升起個玻璃架高少少。

唔係今日見到有報紙話個buffet有9大指控,又話要更換廚師團隊,我都無諗住寫編出來。

其實F&B個阿頭知唔知有咁多問題?

總結,「硬件好靚,軟件唔好提」是香港新常態?

後記,職員服務其實好好,不停收碟。呢個要讚

一早係Klook 購買左歷山酒店High Tea,諗住同朋友慶祝生日。上網見酒店新開同價錢都算抵,每人一個甜品架。官網所顯示的相片都幾吸引,所以就決定一試。一坐低就見枱面好似無抹過枱一樣,成張枱都係餅碎,仲有樣用過既牙纖🤮即刻搵職位黎了解,佢地就馬上幫我地換左枱,感覺好番少少。好快就上晒兩架甜品盤,我地由下食到上,條三文魚多士,件多士一啲都唔脆,好似放左好耐感覺,淋晒。鮑魚,得個1/4隻同佢官網睇有一隻完全唔同,感覺似罐頭鮑魚個種。中層提子鬆餅,我從未食過咁難食既鬆餅,講衰啲KFC都好食過佢。用刀切都好難,又凍又硬。上層甜品,個紫色啫喱朱古力慕士,個慕士一啲都唔滑似粒狀餬仔咁,外皮啫喱一啲味都無。個抹茶泡夫一啲味都無🤮個海綿蛋糕,都係硬🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️成餐感覺一啲都唔良好,個裝修好土豪。野食又差🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️應該唔會再有下次了。

在沒有事前通知下被安排到宴會廳,向職員表明要坐歷山餐廳,獲得回覆是已安排好坐位。Ok!咁即係唔會改!再向職員了解兩邊食物是否一樣?職員回覆:一樣。記住佢話一樣㗎!

在宴會廳坐了一會,諗住出去打吓咭,真係差d俾張長到拖晒地嘅枱布陰親攪到PK

大約6時15分看見全場只有一位太太在取食物,便詢問職員A:未夠鐘點解會有人取食物?
職員A往太太方向望一望:有冇人俾碟你?
我:乜要人俾碟嘅咩?
佢VIP嚟?
擾攘咗一輪後職員B出現,我再問一次:自助餐未開始點解會有位太太取食物?
職員B望一望位太太後:開始咗啦!
我:未夠6:30就開始?冇人通知嘅?
職員B:係呀!開始咗。


咁我都唔客氣,但好明顯係未開始囉,食物仲陸續擺放緊,繞場一圈後,目測食物有:

即開生蠔、壽司、龍蝦、翡翠螺、蟹腳、各式沙津、煙三文魚、中西湯、燒味(叉燒/切雞/燒鴨)、兩款薄餅、鰻魚烏冬、紅酒燴牛面頰、煎蝦、鮑片鵝掌、咖哩雞、飯、辣汁青口、花枝蘭花、臘腸菜芯、火雞、牛、煎鴨肝、喇沙湯米、中式糖水、聖誕姜餅、白朱古力噴泉、熱香餅、窩夫、棉花糖、聖誕朱古力樹頭蛋糕、大師雪糕(榛子朱古力/雜莓/紅莓/曲奇朱古力)、貴花糕、生果(西瓜/火龍果/蜜瓜/菠蘿)、刺身(劃紙仔:三文魚/吞拿魚/帶子/鯛魚/紅蝦)⋯⋯⋯

嘩!食物應有盡有,聽到都想食⋯⋯睇到就唔想食(熱葷)。自助餐剛剛開始食物已經唔熱,係微溫都冇,但未至凍,就像開完OT返屋企,亞媽留嗰碟飯餸未翻熱時。我要求唔高,但唔該你俾返少少溫暖我吖!雖然係自助餐,但都不會只求飽肚。食物要做到色、香、味俱全,每環緊扣,決一都會被打折扣。打開食物盤蓋已看得出已擺放一段時間,食物唔熱就注定失敗。
煎鴨肝總算是一道熱食,但個心都係唔熱,冇油香,媽媽為免浪費才KO晒,仲要係好似乞丐咁先有得食
師傅煎緊7塊鴨肝,當時只有一位小姐等候,我和媽媽便跟著排第二,三位,等到鴨肝煎好,排第一嘅小姐取了4塊,我伸手去取第5塊時,師傅遞給剛走過來的太太,話佢之前order,心想仲有2塊,所以都算數,誰不知師傅把餘下2塊鴨肝盛起並放於爐後面驚死我攞咗,仲話有人order咗。真係火滾
我問師傅為什麼我們排隊時唔出聲?唔問我們要幾多件?可以轉頭嚟攞?媽媽說個人都未嚟叫師傳俾我們先,師傅才勉強給我們!!
熱嘅唔掂!寄望冷盤及甜品
Sorry!龍蝦仲有雪氣、翡翠螺冇鮮甜味、食過最難食嘅棉花糖、似百寶膠嘅芝士蛋糕、dry過荷包嘅Tiramisu 、加鹽加水嘅喇沙米粉

怎麼宣傳片重點之一,烤瑞士芝士不見了!找來高級職員了解後,獲每人送上一片芝士飽(見圖)。聞名不如見面,宣傳片吹噓到咁勁,又配薯仔,又醬汁,又即溶⋯⋯依家係唔溶喺飽,唔溶喺口。
牛肉7支骨也不見了!焗酥皮龍蝦湯只是聖誕期間限定(24,25,26/12)!我和姐姐的生日餅等到9:00都冇踪影,要追問才跟進!
無聊走去Cafe A逛逛先知這邊多嘢食D:xx牛柳、xx排骨、xx豚肉、四季豆、xx雞、Tiramisu 、藍莓芝士蛋糕、布朗尼⋯⋯等,就連個白朱古力噴泉都大個好多,先前講好的”一樣”呢
即開生蠔、煎鴨肝、熱香餅不用排長龍,辛苦晒宴會廳工作嘅師傅

同一間酒店,同一樣的價錢,但係兩個唔同的體驗⋯⋯

北角歷山酒店的歷山餐廳 裝修維多利亞宮庭式 可打卡映相 午市$3?? 晚市$5?? 龍蝦 生蠔 長腳蟹 鵝肝晚市先有 質數壹般 供應緩慢 食後給人有伏的感覺 很多地方有代老闆的改善 如在宴會廰擺宴景觀都好 晚宴菜式價錢質素有代賞試。中午 有蝦 青口 蚌 刺身有三文魚 紅蝦 魷魚 等 熱食有牛扒 雞 鴨 炸魚 菜 抄飯 抄麵 .另㗎啡 茶等 冇果汁或飲品供應 可能要另叫 甜品有旦糕 雪糕 可惜雪糕有不夠凍 有少少溶的感覺 剌身中紅蝦和三文魚都可以 但不見拖羅和喜寧魚沙津有芝士也有但品種不多 結論有代改進出品或價錢

1. The hotel got lots of golden colour decoration, which seem to follow the style of Versailles’ Hall of Mirrors. 2. Tables are very closed to each other. Not good to be under Covid situation.3. Small table, not much space for spare plates. 4. Slow refill (abalone, lamb chop & lobster) & got long queue (duck liver & oyster). More staff/training in opening oyster & cutting beef required.5. Lids are heavy, difficult to take food. Use glass lids so that can see food clearly. Food labels disappeared
