To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直都好鍾意食茶餐廳嘅焗豬扒飯,大大話話淨係中上環,👌🏻屈指一算,都食過二三十間,而每間都各有特色,如果間中都會返去幫襯嘅,都係大家樂!因為始終係佢嘅經典,我人生中第一個焗豬都係佢😁今日好驚喜,✨居然食到佢啱啱新鮮焗出嚟嘅,阿媽成日話飯夠熱先至好食,真係好有道理,今日新鮮出爐,真係比平日好食好多,蕃茄醬汁依舊香濃,係用鮮茄加茄膏炒成,至鍾意佢菠蘿粒夠多,几乎每啖都食到😍,唯一美中不足嘅係,佢今日個飯明顯已經煮得比較硬身,仲要炒!所以個底原本係好香嘅雞蛋炒飯,就不合格了!希望下次再有所改進啦💖 continue reading
