To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上醒來，拉開窗簾時，太陽已經高掛在天空中。我迅速穿好衣服，趕往餐廳享用早餐。不過，今天特別的是，我外賣了一杯意式風味咖啡，準備在辦公室中品味一番。抵達辦公室後，我將外賣的咖啡放置在桌上。那杯咖啡的香氣瀰漫開來，從鼻子灌入我鼻孔，讓我感到心情愉悅。我拿起咖啡杯，咖啡的溫度透過手指傳遞，溫暖了我的手心。第一口意式風味咖啡入口，我感受到了它豐富的味道。咖啡的濃郁與醇香充滿了我的口腔，並且在我的舌頭上留下了一絲微妙的苦澀。咖啡的香氣繞樑不散，讓我感到神清氣爽，充滿了活力。咖啡的口感和香氣在我嘴裡緩緩散開，在我的舌頭上留下愉悅的滋味。在能量補充後，我感到自己變得更加專注和有活力，準備迎接新的一天的挑戰。

手機點餐，接咗我單，信用咭扣埋數，15分鐘之後去攞外賣，見到螢幕話可說以取餐但counter 無嘢，問佢先同我講話無肉醬意粉。無肉醬意粉你學咩人接單？我當佢唔小心接咗單先發現無，佢又唔打電話話我知無喎。係要等人嚟到攞外賣先話人知無，咁都得？然後就叫你轉其他嘢。我想食其他嘢就一早叫咗其他嘢而唔係叫肉醬意粉啦。就算係轉其他嘢你都應該一發現無就打電話問人要唔要轉，唔係等人嚟到先問人轉咩，然後要人再等15分鐘。手機點餐目的唔係唔洗等咩？咁做嘢真係離晒大譜！

經過大家樂，發現現正推廣冬天健康飲品，當中最有益的，就是雪梨杞子茶，可以買凍飲或者可以買熱飲，我就買了一杯熱飲下午享用。打開蓋(見圖)，十幾廿粒杞子材料足，下面是雪梨碎上，甜度十足。

最近天氣有些𨍭涼，好適合打邊爐，嚟到西環大家樂打邊爐，豆乳美人雞湯湯底好吸引，我們點了海鮮肥牛鍋和肥牛豚肉鍋，加了黃金魚肉蝦滑，連平時唔食魚的老公也嘗試吃這個，因為都幾彈牙。魷魚都幾新鮮。由於慢慢烚吓烚吓，已經去到九點幾。他們9:30就收鋪，但職員的服務態度好好，叫我們不用急慢慢。

午餐過後，還要開工，走到西營盤大家樂，買四杯熱檸水，充足補充人體必須的維他命C。兩杯比同事，兩杯自己飲。大家樂每杯必定有檸三片，用附送的細木棒弄出檸的酸味，當水飲就是了，很豐富養份。
