To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.     手機點餐，接咗我單，信用咭扣埋數，15分鐘之後去攞外賣，見到螢幕話可說以取餐但counter 無嘢，問佢先同我講話無肉醬意粉。無肉醬意粉你學咩人接單？我當佢唔小心接咗單先發現無，佢又唔打電話話我知無喎。係要等人嚟到攞外賣先話人知無，咁都得？然後就叫你轉其他嘢。我想食其他嘢就一早叫咗其他嘢而唔係叫肉醬意粉啦。就算係轉其他嘢你都應該一發現無就打電話問人要唔要轉，唔係等人嚟到先問人轉咩，然後要人再等15分鐘。手機點餐目的唔係唔洗等咩？咁做嘢真係離晒大譜！

    最近天氣有些𨍭涼，好適合打邊爐，嚟到西環大家樂打邊爐，豆乳美人雞湯湯底好吸引，我們點了海鮮肥牛鍋和肥牛豚肉鍋，加了黃金魚肉蝦滑，連平時唔食魚的老公也嘗試吃這個，因為都幾彈牙。魷魚都幾新鮮。由於慢慢烚吓烚吓，已經去到九點幾。他們9:30就收鋪，但職員的服務態度好好，叫我們不用急慢慢。

      This shop has recently gone under renovation and its much nicer now with self service kiosks which really help with Non Chinese speakers. The quality of the food is still pretty good for fast food Chinese style. Tastes like authentic Cantonese food. The soup was the main star as it is a huge winter melon and it is all quite affordable, i think under $60.  Comes with a full portion of rice or you can choose to decrease the rice size but no change to cost.

Maybe too much, I think the winter melon itself is enough for a meal, once you eat all the meat of it. The pork was good because there were absolutely no bones which made it easy and pleasant to eat.
