There have been so many new restaurants popping up in Hong Kong despite of all the crisis over the past 3 years. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this Vietnamese restaurant.
Many Vietnamese restaurants make their signature beef broth go the raw beef noodles. I must say that it was nice to return having a broth that’s clear and less all the fancy stuff some may add in to make it a lot more rich and end up charge you more for what it is.

生牛肉片、牛腩片、牛筋、牛丸、牛栢葉

材料非常之豐富,吃湯麵首先喝一口湯底就知道是否用心製作,熱辣辣湯底味道香濃而厚實,生牛肉片放湯內輕輕幾秒已熟透,牛肉嫩滑軟腍有牛味,牛腩非常之入味,牛筋口感煙韌骨膠原很重,牛丸爽口夠彈牙,蘿蔔吸收湯精華很多汁。

諗住朗豪坊見到,入去試吓啦嗌咗個香茅雞扒湯河,個湯底好鹹,重味精,越南正宗嘅湯底應該係用牛骨熬湯,本身見佢個餐$83有一款小食同埋一個嘢飲。個小食春卷都係唔好食,所謂嘅越南春卷裏面就係芋頭蓉,同埋好似返炸。鹹檸七梳打都難飲到飲唔落(冇咸檸嘅味道)同埋無氣😅買單原來嘢飲要加$8 另外再計加一買單$99,真係好唔抵食食完之後都覺得勁頸渴,只可以講性價比真係好低。我寧願食個魚蛋河好過。大家冇乜要求都可以試吓嘅不過真係唔抵食!
