今日嚟深水埗整電話,行下好耐無嚟過嘅西九龍中心,原本想八樓food court食嘢,一上到去勁多人,好耐冇見過咁多人嘅food court,原來真係九龍中心嘅food court係咁旺,之後去咗紅蔥頭,都唔記得細個有冇幫襯過。門口有聖誕裝飾。餐湯只有羅宋湯,多士好脆。羅馬兒童套餐B,小朋友話肉醬好味。鐵板雜扒,都幾大份,肉類正常。鐵板肉眼扒(五成),都係幾大份,肉質都可以嘅,不過個汁真係好鹹好鹹,我飲完成杯嘢都好口渴。

Large portions. Thick cuts. The steaks weren't over-tenderized like most local steak houses and still maintained a meaty texture. Fries were served on the side of the plate so they wouldn't become softened by soaking up the sauce and meat juice.

今日特登黎寫一寫佢個羅宋湯同蒜蓉汁,用餐時間係十月20日當晚,當晚同仔仔行完黃金電腦商場,晚上6:00就去西九搵食。仔仔想食牛扒,就咁啱係1樓電梯見到6樓的紅蔥頭餐廳的水牌。電梯到6樓就好容易見到餐廳在冒險樂園旁邊。可能時間還早,餐廳冇乜人唔洗等位。入到去分別叫左個當日晚餐牌上的鐵板西冷 同 鐵板肉眼,兩個都有跟餐湯同飲品但奇怪是配薯菜不能轉白飯或意粉所以花費$10點了一個白飯。當日餐湯是羅宋湯,入口即刻覺得好鹹,配上佢個餐飽來飲都覺得鹹。飲了兩啖後侍應姐姐收走都奇怪點解冇乜飲過,我如實答佢。牛扒汁我同仔仔都選擇了蒜蓉汁,個蒜蓉汁都係好鹹好鹹,建議因為牛扒係鐵板上,蒜蓉汁會因為燒熱的鐵板不斷蒸發,所以希望日後師傅可以造返淡口少少。

個蒜蓉汁都係好鹹好鹹,
建議因為牛扒係鐵板上,
蒜蓉汁會因為燒熱的鐵板不斷蒸發,
所以希望日後師傅可以造返淡口少少。

今早同朋友路過深水埗的西九龍中心,選了一間門面比較好的,發覺問題有很多凍檸茶太淡,炒飯炒的不均勻一邊咸一邊沒什麼味道,凍央咖啡加太多,洋蔥天使面,洋蔥/芫荽(還沒炒開,都纏在一起)加起比面都多唯一能說好的只有餐湯,希望改善一下

以前喺西九龍食過一次紅䓤頭,記得當時係聖誕節,食過一次好難忘嘅聖誕大餐,記憶中味道都唔錯,不過今次重遊舊地,再次食扒餐,感覺就有點失望。因為肉眼扒餐每個都要$140 ,當然對質素會有少少期望和要求。開始嘅時候,餐湯同蒜蓉包都唔錯,蒜蓉包脆卜卜好好食。不過我覺得我今日嘅肉眼扒就冇乜肉味,同埋有好重鬆肉粉嘅感覺,似乎唔似$140嘅質素。另外,同侍應溝通上有點困難,我用好多時間,講咗好耐佢先至明白我需要薯條另上😅
