我自己最鍾意食芝士焗蠔,焗蠔面層蓋滿芝士,我覺得好香,好正,適合鍾意食芝士o既人。甜品櫃o既選擇多,令人花多眼亂,細細件令人冇咁快食到膩,可試多幾種。日式甜品個樣都幾得意^^ 朱古力撻o既朱古力味好濃,面層亦有鏡面朱古力,出面賣一個大版o既lei D 揵都要30幾40蚊。芒果沙冰都幾好飲,夏天飲特別透心涼,酸酸甜甜好開胃。沙律吧都好好,有好多種配料,醬汁,亦有D已調好 o既,都幾多選擇。

To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to go back to the place which we had the wedding party many years ago!!! Didn't bring much expectation, just want to recall our memory, but it surprised us!!! Ox Tongue, so tender, couldn't stop myself to eat the 2nd round even I really want to spare some space for other food!!


The lamb with red wine sauce, delicious, especially the sauce, I use it for the ox-tongue too, wow ....

Sashimi, only 3 kinds, but fresh, especially the salmon. I like the sashimi rice bar, can make our own rice bowl with 8 different makings.

Deserts are good, small dishes, you can try many different things ...

Service is good, price good!! (with HSBC card discount)

Conclusion .... will love to go again!!!

My best friend Anna 係super榴蓮Fans,趁佢生日,特登早3日去日航訂個立體榴蓮cake比佢,$520,幾貴架!好彩有HSBC card,有8折$416,ok la,都有磅半以上啩?Anna 當然非常開心,我們6人都愛吃榴蓮,對此 cake期待已久,未打開個盒己聞到陣陣榴蓮香氣,清香撲鼻.榴蓮慕思非常香滑,very light,一D都唔覺漏,夾着一層一層的香軟海綿蛋糕,愈食愈想食,餅底極為鬆脆.值得一讚是那個榴蓮"椗".除了令賣相更神似之外,估不到是用很濃的dark chocolate做的,內裡還有拖肥脆餅.果然一點也不馬虎,製作+二分認真啊!榴蓮Fans萬勿錯過!!

雲尼拿味雪糕最有吸引力, 還可以在自助餐上自製西班牙咖啡, 將雪糕加在咖啡內飲, 必有風味 (是有點浪費了酒店的靚咖啡而已)
燉蛋好味是推介之一,豆花一般, 可以能是原材料原因, 略嫌豆味淡
Tiramisu 也是一款餐廳內其中一款不俗的甜品
款式十分多, 而且要一讚份量細細件, 客人不致浪費, 而且放在冷櫃內,
可保持甜品原味,尤其大部份以西式甜品為多
個人最喜歡朱古力的甜品, 其朱古力甚濃, 食了一件再一件

薑茶: 這個環節有點特別, 少有的食品之一, 又有印度薄油餅, 即席示範表演

月前家族做節之大事,自當輕慢不得,自知僭越也一早自告奮勇向家母提議了好些聚餐的地方,但始終近廿人的口味個個不同,我的建議只好無奈被 ban - 吃自助餐應該不會有人投訴了吧?於是,之後就再沒有我的事了,本人要做的,就是到時在餐廳出現便成。話說很久以前也來過一次,該是為家人慶生什麼的;其時也有生日優惠,我們席上既沒有人生日,而且當時還有信用卡優惠,全單有折就更加抵了。大家都是排排坐在長檯的兩旁喝著餐廳提供的 welcome drink,有點像學生在飯堂吃飯。加埋每個食物攤位前都有長長的人龍就更加似了!放食物的地區其實面積不大,人也擠;所以還是先攻相對較少人的沙律區,隨便夾了堆沙律菜,再「執」多碗「無厘頭」在沙律區出現的日式冷麵,便完成第一 round 了。講真,到今天我都已沒啥印象,味道其實還很普通罷了。吃完沙律,可以輪一下海鮮了。也是挺例牌的那些蝦呀青口呀蟹腳呀等等,印象中好像是沒有生蠔的。刺身有專人切,也是意思一下過下口癮之物。熱盤乏善可陳,況且那時正在做那些什麼牛肉菜色推廣,結果十樣菜有七八樣我是不吃的,除了這個焗蠔還不錯,表面的焗芝士煙肉幾香口,底下的蠔還保存著很多肉汁,吃得過。

大家都是排排坐在長檯的兩旁喝著餐廳提供的 welcome drink,有點像學生在飯堂吃飯。加埋每個食物攤位前都有長長的人龍就更加似了!
放食物的地區其實面積不大,人也擠;所以還是先攻相對較少人的沙律區,隨便夾了堆沙律菜,再「執」多碗「無厘頭」在沙律區出現的日式冷麵,便完成第一 round 了。講真,到今天我都已沒啥印象,味道其實還很普通罷了。

吃完沙律,可以輪一下海鮮了。也是挺例牌的那些蝦呀青口呀蟹腳呀等等,印象中好像是沒有生蠔的。刺身有專人切,也是意思一下過下口癮之物。

熱盤乏善可陳,況且那時正在做那些什麼牛肉菜色推廣,結果十樣菜有七八樣我是不吃的,除了這個焗蠔還不錯,表面的焗芝士煙肉幾香口,底下的蠔還保存著很多肉汁,吃得過。
要數力挽狂瀾於既倒的,算是即製的印度薄餅了。阿星哥不停手地製作各式星馬印式薄餅,由 naan 到 roti 都有,我們問他有多少種類,他說有廿多種,你要什麼款式都有!熱辣辣的薄餅,伴著幾款香口咖喱吃,是美味的。還有薑味的奶茶,阿薑夠辣,媽和我喝了好多杯!

一向對那些什麼即製粉麵檔之類興趣缺缺,後來見老弟拿了個煲仔回來,一問之下原來是可以自己揀餸,整個煲仔菜出來的。那我又去玩玩,選的東西都是蔬菜類比較多,浸了在偏鹹的湯底裡就顯得比較濃味了。

跟著再雜七雜八的吃了些不知什麼之後,終於可以吃甜品了!放那些小碟裝甜品的玻璃櫃長期都擠滿人(所以拍不到照),而那個玻璃櫃還是有趟門的,很是煩人,索性不吃,反而甜品櫃旁邊有位弄 Ban Chang Kueh(中文叫曼煎粿,是馬來西亞檳城的特色小食)的小姐,觀察了一會之後發現,此物的做法是先把麵糊放小鐵鍋裡煎成薄餅,

這個 Ban Chang Kueh 就是全場最好吃的東東! 雖然我只是選了簡單的花生砂糖椰絲做餡,但是薄餅是超級的輕盈脆薄,一咬之下卜一聲裂開就見到裡面的餡了。看樣子是很古早風的小吃,值得一吃。旁邊的是蘋果批,一般。

吃過水果之後,再出去巡了一圈,見到有 frozen yogurt,又唧了少少來吃。每日只供應一款口味,不巧這晚的是朱古力味,唧出來後的樣子實在不太討好,而且是非常的甜,也很快融化。也有正常的雪糕的,但我就沒有吃了。

食物的選擇不多,質素普通.在OPENRICE看到很多讚賞的蘋果批,皮太厚.迷你佛跳牆很足料,但個湯飲完要飲好多水.甜品的款式大部份是慕士及JELLY,唯一的好處是座位舒適.用匯豐信用卡有75折

我8月9日打電話向餐廳訂一張10人枱,擬於8月23日晚前往吃自助餐。店方要求我落按金$500元,我雖然感到詫異,但仍以信用卡透過傳真支付。8月21日,即吃自助餐的兩天前,我打電話到餐廳表示因事需要取消訂枱,他們建議我另選日子,我說要先跟朋友們商量。8月23日,我覆電說未能確定日子,可能要延遲至聖誕節,對方說日期太遠了,難以接受,我說我沒辦法,對方說要問准經理。我問可否退還按金,對方拒絕,並指$500元是訂枱手續費,不會退還。約2天後,對方來電叫我落實聖誕節甚麼日子,我說不能,我要求他們退還按金,對方說我可以把日子盡量延遲,但按金是訂枱費,即使是取消訂枱,不來就不會退還。我極為憤怒,表示必定追究,並會把此事公開。他聽罷立刻叫經理和我對話,該經理還是叫我延期,我拒絕,反問是否無法取回按金,經理這才說要得到酒店的“special approval” 才可以,他不能肯定是否一定可以,我說我會等。數天後,經理來電表示已取得special approval,按金會經信用卡户口退回給我。這是一個非常不愉快的經歷。我公開此事讓各位考慮,自助餐到處都可以吃,下按金訂枱是否值得。

去年試過二次,開頭感覺是驚為天人,依個價格有這樣的水準,是令人喜出望外的。只不過今年再去,驚喜沒了。原因在於款色沒太大變化,減低興趣。味道其實都叫接受,魚生新鮮、個人喜愛它的咖哩,香辣得黎肉又夠鬆,配上米飯一流。甜品呢?我又覺得帝苑會好一些。整体而言,首次去的、或想食新鮮魚生的,可以一去。但想多花款、又坐得比較寬躺的,可以SKIP
