8月4日星期日晚上8時到達鰂魚涌坐忘,原先想開心吃晚飯,但坐位安排非常差,好心情完全沒有了。 我們2人到達,當時店裏還有兩張4人枱空置著,男職員問多少人後安排我們坐已有一名食客坐的4人枱,對男職員表達我們想坐裏面空著的4人枱,再有其他食客來我們明白要搭枱,男職員表示裏面的枱是預留給3至4人的,由於後面沒有人排隊,我堅持坐4人枱。坐下後10分鐘,未有其他食客,然後再有一些食客離開。 接下來有另一組2人客人到來,男職員安排他們坐我們的4枱。 我明白餐廳會擔心3-4人客戶到來沒有位置會轉餐廳,但我們到的那時間沒有太多客人,門外沒有人排隊,我們入坐後也仍有其他4人枱空著,男員工堅持2人要搭枱我不能認同。男職員/餐廳最終有沒有少了3-4位顧客我不知道,只知道以後永遠會少了2位顧客。 continue reading

3月中嘅星期日去做義工之前,早早計劃咗食坐忘,餐廳係鰂魚涌有名氣,當日1點幾去到,要等位,好彩一個人1 5分鐘就有位可以入座,當然要搭枱。叫咗個豬軟骨野菜咖喱沙津,另外加野菜。豬軟骨有3大舊,煮得好軟淋,味道一如日式調味甜甜的,應該叫沙律先有3舊咁多?另外加嘅野菜係水煮,冇加調味料,健康健康…。不過沙津同豬軟骨不太夾,應該叫飯或者鳥冬好好多。可惜我唔想食澱粉質。如果喜歡食日式甜甜咖喱飯,呢到可以做鈑堂 continue reading
