可以自己配搭斑斕同咖央嘅濃厚味道,多士鬆脆
***香茅蘆薈果凍
口感嚟講我最鍾意椰絲球,可以食到一絲一絲嘅椰絲,充滿嚼勁。而中間嘅內餡就相對彈牙。外型嚟講就一定係蘭花糯米沙拉糕最適合打卡,上層係綠色嘅斑蘭糕,而下層係天藍色嘅糯米,口感煙煙韌韌咁。

整體來講佢哋嘅甜點係比較多,但係絕對唔會偏甜,而且最下面嗰間都係比較偏向泰式嘅甜點,以斑斕香茅椰絲等為主,識落比較香口,中間嗰層嘅甜點係比較偏西式同較甜少少,鹹點都係偏向比較鬆軟脆身可口,整個配搭同我哋平時食開嘅下午茶到好唔同,比較有特色,另外環境絕對非常之好,環境開陽而且可以望到尖沙咀海景,仲有室外位置可以坐!

炒泰國芥蘭仔火候亦好好仍然清甜  

不過對乾炒龍蝦海鮮喇沙有啲失望🫠 
龍蝦入口感覺不太新鮮 碟嘢亦都冇咩喇沙味 

海南雞亦不算嫩滑 表現中規中矩啦

今晚一行六人去咗試呢間新餐廳, 訂位嘅時候已經同經理確定預留咗一隻片皮鴨同埋一個螃蟹濃湯米粉煲。點知食飯前一晚打去確定留位, 聽電話嘅人居然話我哋冇預留到任何嘢咁算啦,最尾都搞掂。 諗住開開心心食餐飯,點知呢度啲樓面好似全部都冇經驗咁。 嗌啤酒汽水等15分鐘要追先黎,冇人會識得幫你睇吓使唔使加茶換水。 最令我無言係我哋嗌咗螃蟹濃湯米粉煲, 侍應幫忙分幾碗用咗10分鐘都未分完,碗粉嚟到我哋面前已經由熱變暖。聞落仲有啲腥腥地。佢仲唔知點解淨係分左4碗 🥺 唔知係咪時運高睇我哋唔到, 明明我哋有六個人 跟住個侍應就話個鍋仲有啲粉可以分多兩碗⋯ 如是者,又用多10分鐘⋯最尾分咗兩碗湯+ 1 份蟹腳 + 1啖米粉 。有幾個朋友嚟試完都同我講咗service係差啲,今次親身感受完 , 唔會想再嚟食物嚟講,dry aged 片皮鴨真係特別同好食,鴨胸肉軟腍鴨皮鬆脆 。其他嘢,中規中矩, 冇邊樣印象特別深刻。
