今日陪家人去黃大仙廟,拜完去地鐵站附近京都大酒樓飲茶,酒樓好大,多枱,我哋星期六12:00到達,好彩唔駛等位。2個人叫咗5籠點心,慢慢坐下傾吓計。香荽牛肉腸粉腸粉皮薄,腸粉好滑好爽口,滑嘟嘟,筷子夾著都會跣走。裏面牛肉幾香芫荽,配合腸粉甜豉油味道不俗,如果再多啲牛肉就好了。鮮蝦菜苗餃大大隻,晶瑩剔透,一口咬下,點心皮口感爽身不黏口,可以再薄皮啲,蝦同菜既比例適當,蒜香味很好吃。鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮煎得香脆,唔太油,每條卷食落蝦份量足,爽口彈牙,配合其他配料如紅蘿蔔絲及芹菜,口感爽口。蜜汁叉燒包拎上手熱辣辣,包皮幾簿,我鍾意入面夠多叉燒同醬汁,而且叉燒粒唔肥。鮮竹卷入面既料有豬肉椰菜及木耳,都清爽,腐皮吸入個汁一齊食,都幾好味。整體來講,點心全部熱辣辣味道唔錯,侍應服務態度都唔錯,反應好快。
