上年6月,我應該第一次走來屯門這個商場嘞!媽咪有晚打算不煮飯,建議走到屯門良景廣場3樓的酒樓 <嘉年華海鮮酒家>,晚上 7:30 時段,已經起碼8成食客,真的好旺!食到 9:00 前,已剩番兩三成食客!就算疫情改善及相關政策放寬,並以隔板相隔,感覺上,提高私隱度又容易傾計!當我發覺我找不到我的食評,才留意到,店名已改!以前是:嘉年華火鍋酒家現時是:嘉年華海鮮酒家餐牌一家四口晚飯都要追單客家煎釀豆腐 (例) $88一客8件,既香且滑,大大件的豆腐,顯得表面的豬肉餡少得可憐!黑醋金薯咕嚕肉 (例) $98跟菠蘿咕嚕肉同價,新口味點來一試,長方體外型的就是蕃薯,其他就是咕嚕肉,薄脆甜美的外層包住,咕嚕肉的肉質被鬆肉粉弄至口感好腍,雖然有外脆內軟的雙重口感,卻是覺得有點怪!上湯焗海蝦伊麵 $118+$20 芝士底 蝦大約有10隻, 媽咪記得以前這裡食過蝦是霉, 今次鮮甜爽口,估計用冰鮮蝦,質素好過以前!伊麵軟硬適中,吸收芝士汁,食一碗都不覺得膩滯!豉汁蒸白鱔 $208等足半個鐘,還要追單, 見到送來時,跟另一枱的蒸白鱔一起用食物車仔送上,白鱔入口鮮爽,豉汁香口惹味又入味, 不過好油!父親節晚餐:4人套餐 $638 由淡味至濃味花膠海皇燴翅的確選用真魚翅,略為份量少而已!加入花膠絲,口味啱大家胃口!濃湯魚腐浸菜苗魚湯調味恰到好處,軟腍腍的魚腐吸收魚湯幾入味,白菜仔都幾嫩!碧綠炒斑球西蘭花入口清爽,石斑起肉,依起來啖啖肉!金薯黑醋咕嚕肉套餐的貨色,炸漿較薄,每件蕃薯及咕嚕肉都相對正價的細件,味道不變!野菌斑腩斑腩醬汁幾濃味,卻不及豉油王中蝦! 夾雜魚骨,配料有草菇、...。豉油王中蝦有8隻蝦,非常惹味!色澤鮮明,鮮甜爽口,醬汁更提升鮮味!白飯 $12/ 碗晚芥 $12/ 位供應濕紙巾及洗手用的檸檬茶 continue reading

之前經常幫襯,覺得呢度D野食又平😍,質素都ok😋 , 就成日嚟。但係個日,我地坐落,見到D價錢早已升級。由$28 碗燒肉瀨粉升至$32🥲。呢樣都唔緊要,人地要揾食,我十分明白😉。我地叫咗碗燒肉瀨粉,發現原來加咗料🧐,有隻黑色物體在湯中暢泳😨,自由自在,無拘無束🥴。我地叫侍應😵。佢換咗碗米線😮,只係免咗一位茶錢(我地有三個人)😬,算了吧!🙃再來不來,大家自行决定吧!😗😀我不行了🤗 continue reading
