Basque cheesecake🌟
芝士蛋糕非常有東南亞特色~ 上半層係混入清香香茅嘅芝士蛋糕,而底層係芒果芝士慕絲,更加入咗少少細碎果肉。兩種口味混入口中,減輕咗芝士嘅膩,但保持住芝士厚重幼滑嘅質感~ 整體味道非常匹配,係一陣清新嘅香茅同淡淡芒果香,非常驚喜!
