朋友生日,book咗呢間餐廳慶祝,見OpenRice啲相好似環境食物都幾靚,好可惜嚟到之後有啲失望,空間有啲迫,嘢食賣相都普通,而且味道一般般,而埋單嘅價錢以呢一個飽足度同食物味道嚟講都幾貴下。牛面頰肉闊條麵味道都係普通嘅牛肉意粉,落咗紅椒,個椒味都有少少重,如果唔鍾意食紅椒味嘅慎選。啲麵比較硬,平時我鍾意食手工意粉,食拉麵都鍾意叫硬麵,但呢個真係覺得有啲硬。和牛里脊比較好食既一道菜,叫左8oz medium,有牛味, 不過脂肪分布係一邊一大舊,上菜唔係好熱。飲品叫左兩杯mocktail,味道正常但顏色嚇人。Basque cheesecake冇寫明味道,但我哋直落覺得係香茅芒果味,上層香茅下層芒果,質感同味道都唔係幾得。不過生日隻碟手字寫得幾靚。兩個主食,兩杯嘢飲,一件蛋糕,完全食唔飽,兩人食埋單880,我就覺得份量同味道都完全唔值喇,唔係真係話超差好難食,但收得呢個價錢應該要好味啲,唔知點解OpenRice咁多好評,完全失望。

佢地係西營盤果陣已經想試,依家搬左去銅鑼灣位置就更方便,所以生日飯揀左呢度食。首先餐廳環境設計舒適,唔會有扮高級果種壓迫感。用餐因為貪方便,我地揀左Sharing set,$498 per head 另加一,會包一杯sparking wine。不過一叫呢個set,同行既人都要叫,唔可以一個叫一個唔叫。食物方面,個starter " Crispy Polenta 非常有驚喜,我係一個唔鍾意芝士既人都覺得好好食,佢既Parmesan芝士混左大蒜蛋黃醬/ 玉米/開心果,味道好有層次感。手工意粉texture 係我鍾意既,個牛頰肉寬帶麵個汁做得好,肉質亦非常嫰。唯一係Seabass,Seabass D肉係好滑,但我嫌個broth 略淡,味道有D 㝰,如果將清湯改為三色椒pepper sauce( 我曾經參考過Gordon Ramsy 個醬汁做法非常好味),我覺得會再可以提升個味道。之於個tiramisu真係冇得彈,軟棉棉,甜度適中。另外值得一讚,侍應服務非常好,好有禮貌。所以絕對會再黎食。
