講起葡國菜,大部份人都會諗起澳門. 諗一諗, 先發現原來香港食葡國菜既真係無乜幾間好友生日,不想吃得太差, 又不想上到半山SOHO咁遠. 就選擇了較就近地鐵站的 Casa Lisboa.一出電梯,就可以見到葡國色彩濃烈的藍白格仔瓷磚裝飾牆跟朋友二人被安排在位於餐廳中間的位置入坐時還不到7點 ( 閒日), 已有3-4 張台入坐,證明呢個餐廳真的蠻受歡迎的.昏黃燈光下氣氛迷人,無論三五知己聊天定係情侶品嚐浪漫晚餐都很適合的好地方! 自家烘焙的麵包.餐廳有自設烘房,烘培的麵包微暖夠脆,可惜未算突出.伴著麵包送上的是3款醬料 (左起): 牛油,芝士,沙甸魚醬(?)芝士不是濃味的, 咸咸的,加上微微的奶味,配著麵包吃蠻不錯.啡色那堆, 外觀的確不太討好, 吃下去明顯是魚類的醬,但不確定是否沙甸魚. 這個醬比另外兩款明顯濃郁,所以加上淡味的麵包份外夾葡式烤扒 Steak Portuguese Style牛扒選了medium rare. 牛扒上面放了一只沒有煎焦的荷包蛋. 扒的下方則是鋪滿了薯條.先切了一小口的牛肉試試, 咸得殺死人 !!!!!!之後再把牛肉跟薯條混合來吃才好得多, 感覺像是在吃薯蓉

餐廳有自設烘房,烘培的麵包微暖夠脆,可惜未算突出.
伴著麵包送上的是3款醬料 (左起): 牛油,芝士,沙甸魚醬(?)
芝士不是濃味的, 咸咸的,加上微微的奶味,配著麵包吃蠻不錯.
啡色那堆, 外觀的確不太討好, 吃下去明顯是魚類的醬,但不確定是否沙甸魚. 這個醬比另外兩款明顯濃郁,所以加上淡味的麵包份外夾

葡式烤扒 Steak Portuguese Style
牛扒選了medium rare. 牛扒上面放了一只沒有煎焦的荷包蛋. 扒的下方則是鋪滿了薯條.
先切了一小口的牛肉試試, 咸得殺死人 !!!!!!
之後再把牛肉跟薯條混合來吃才好得多, 感覺像是在吃薯蓉似的.
牛肉的確煎得5成熟,沒有過火, 肉質很軟. 薯條是粗身,因為上面淋了醬汁及放了牛扒的關係,已經一早變軟.

焗鴨飯 Duck Rice ($210)
用來盛載的器皿是我們中國人俗稱的'乞E兜' .乍看之下跟臘味飯有幾份相似, 而層鋪了數片煙肉及烤香腸.
飯的主角-鴨肉是堆在飯中間的, 只要輕輕把飯撥開就能看到跟飯融為一體的鴨肉.
飯呈微硬的狀態, 也許是葡國菜的特色. 飯粒吸收了鴨油的香味, 叫人停不了口.
唯一扣分的地方是鴨肉'鞋'身了一點

焗黃金蘋果伴雲尼拿雪糕 Apple Crumble with vanilla ice-cream
表面焗得脆脆的, 一切下去能看見一層層的蘋果片.
甜品終究興趣不大, 要求也相對地低,但這道甜品對我而言算得上色香味俱全.
作為一頓晚飯的結尾也絕不為過。

本人不是豬肉和蜆的fans,原本只打算來件切件薯仔,結果被那洋蔥、蕃茄,橄欖油和蒜香混和在一起的葡式調味醬吸引了,一口豬肉,一口薯仔…噢差點忙了要來口紅酒!那幾滴檸檬汁替豬肉減去了一點油膩感,但因為是tasting menu,本來這個的portion就不大,就算一個人也可以把它吃完而不覺得飽濟。不過之後還有幾個checkpoints要去,還是留一點肚子別吃太多

在wooloomooloo吃完不好吃的三文魚後,我人決定轉戰LKF Tower的Casa Libosa,對上一次來,是想29/F和友人飲酒吧,門面簡簡單單.但到店內坐下來其實很不錯,空間感夠大,而待應和經理都很有禮,這個第一印像已經很好了吧!這裡吃的是葡國菜,分別有沙甸魚醬多士和一道豬肉炒蜆,其實在wine passport見到這道菜著實心生好奇,其實自己也有在家煮食,但這一個組合從來沒有試過,所以我其實是相當期待的2杯酒先來,不得不提,是好大的一杯,我倆最後只是各自飲了一半很快一小砵的豬肉炒蜆送來了,感覺不錯,是很香很惹味的一道菜,拿了主餐牌這道豬肉炒蜆在主餐牌也有供應,作價2百多一份,以這個地理位置來說合格有餘了,其實我是很喜歡那醬汁的沙丁魚多士算是合格,可惜有一點點腥,來佐酒還可以吧那位經理也有走到我們旁與我們交流一下,下一次和某人和其爸媽會再來吃晚餐的!不得不提的是,這裡的酒也很不錯喔!(當然不能與友人S提供的好酒相比吧),是個值得一試的好地方

很快一小砵的豬肉炒蜆送來了,感覺不錯,是很香很惹味的一道菜,拿了主餐牌這道豬肉炒蜆在主餐牌也有供應,作價2百多一份,以這個地理位置來說合格有餘了,其實我是很喜歡那醬汁的

Carne de Porco a Alentejana是豬肉及蜆的意思,兩者都是媽媽喜愛的食材,加上檸檬及芫茜同煮,成品既鮮美得來芳香迷人,熱暖暖的很美味呢! 除了好吃,這份主菜也實實在在的吃得飽肚,配上紅酒定價只是3 tokens,難怪活動當日門庭若市!

沙甸魚醬多士仍是一口份量,反正水準平平,這樣其實也好不致浪費;豬柳炒蜆則份量很大,味道仍然叫好,不同是盛載的器皿由夜間亮麗的銅鍋,變成日間樸實的瓷兜。其實後者保溫效果一流,不過賣相就減了一分吸引力。

先講環境,LKF地段,環境絶對不差,

就是燈光太昏暗,

在這裏影相絶對有難道
所以開了閃光燈影相,
小女子去了多間食肆,
第一次被人拒絶用閃光燈影相,

1.這裏沒說明不準拍攝
2.亦沒有指示不準用閃光燈

Been there for weekday lunch which was about $150 per person for 3 courses coffee or tea. Portion is good for lunch and get good value for the. We had suckling pig, lamb chops, chicken and steak - all of it taste good. Been there again for dinner. Appetizers a but small but the main courses are large, especially the suckling pig !! For 5 people we had 4 appetizers, 5 mains and 2 bottles of wine costing $550 each and it all tasted good.

Just finished a business event at Azure, with control to have only 1 glass of white wine to avoid losing appetide. When I arrived, wow, I love the interior design, very cozy with native waitress and live music performance. It's Monday and only another table of 2 were there, felt like we booked the whole place, very nice.My friend

My friend has been here several times and high recommended, he was responsible to order...Everything was delicious there, especially the suckling pig and the rice with duck, very delicious
The presentation of sausage was interestin.

I ate a lot that night, plus a nice bottle of white wine, satisfied.


Service was good, the manager came over to chat with us, and the live performance sang us a song...happy! A good place for gathering!

這個馬介休檸檬煮蜆,本少爺給予它相當高的評價!馬介休這種葡國咸魚,通是都是用來炸薯球或炒飯炒菜,要整得又咸又香口絕對不難;但這個馬介休的肉質是很神奇地滑多於實,而且沒有咸魚的那種死咸,初初放入口還以為是煮海鱸!發誓,它的味道與質感是似海鮮多於咸魚 !!! 為何能煮得如此出神入化? 加上個檸檬汁酸度剛好,完全吊起了魚及蜆的鮮味,真的是十個好吃 !!!

吃葡國菜沒點「葡式烤乳豬」,就像接吻但對方有口臭般失落。。。不知這比喻傳不傳神 ?!?Anyway。。。三大件的乳豬,全不是下攔,皮薄脆口帶煙韌,肉厚嫩滑肉汁豐盈;雖則肉質帶點肥,但由於是新鮮熱辣的關係,入口亦不覺油膩。配上底下吸收了油香的焗飯同吃,以午餐的價錢來說,真的是絕無可挑剔的地方 !!! 這次真的是乳豬大戰馬介休,與「宇宙最強子丹葉問」大戰「憂鬱葉問朝偉哥」一樣,鬥得難分難解!

相比之下,以下兩道主菜的味道就較普通 (其實食味也不差,只恨生成二奶命。。。)

後方的「焦糖燉蛋」,有濃厚的蛋味,焦糖脆亦香口。

本少爺是非常喜愛朱古力的。前方的黑白配「傳統葡萄牙朱古力蛋糕」跟普通的朱古力蛋糕沒有甚麼分別,朱古力味道卻很濃郁,配上雲尼拿雪糕,不錯!

一冰一火的選擇。「木糠布甸」質感香滑,似抹絲多於布甸。「焗蘋果金寶加雪榚」該不是葡式甜品,金寶焗得香脆,只要好吃就行了!

首先我選了海鮮湯,口味清新,香濃帶甜,有兩大隻蜆,配麵包及橄欖,perfect!主菜是葡式鴨肉焗飯,整個砵都是香香的焗飯,裡面有一片片的鴨肉,味道較濃,飯比較乾身,但非常可口,有飽了仍想吃下去的衝動。友人的烤魚又香又滑,味道、份量都很好。

很飽了,服務員自覺地遞上甜品menu,我們點了酸酸甜甜的雜果和香脆的蘋果批配雪榚,蘋果批真是超好吃,crumble很脆又不膩,推介!

連續兩天遇上這種情況:之前已電話訂座,來到時卻又找不著訂座紀錄。這是第二天。應該仍然是語言隔膜。上次聽過同事說乳豬好食,總覺錯過了甚麼似的,這次要親口一試。好食,果然。最重要是溫度。平日吃中式燒臘乳豬飯,以至飲宴上的乳豬全體,總欠了溫度。須知乳豬一旦冷了下來,豬肉自動變得結實,脂肪一層無論多薄,總多了一種凝固感覺,咬下去或多或少總有咬著肥膏的感覺。今天的乳豬,熱度剛好,豬肉因此保持鬆嫩狀態,嚴格點說,這件乳豬看上去比平日吃的其實還要肥一點,但是同樣由於熱度足夠的緣故,入口反而不覺油膩。在下固然明白中式食肆的乳豬往往因為大量製作難免有所犧牲,然而吃好乳豬竟要跑到葡式餐廳來,總不禁想起「禮失求諸野」這說話。
