1️⃣Pan Con Tomate 🍅($68)呢款tapas好特別，個底係一層層既脆酥，而唔係平常食到既多士。上面放滿酸酸甜甜既蕃茄餡，因為係用脆酥既關係，所以即使餡多但都唔會浸林個底，呢樣好值得欣賞👍🏻2️⃣Acorn-Fed Iberico Jamon Hand Sliced 🥓($298)風乾50個月既西班牙黑毛豬火腿🐷每片都薄而透光，食落充滿鹹香，油脂分佈平均，肉質柔軟彈牙。配埋個蕃茄餡tapas一齊食就可以中和油膩感，令人回味🤤🤤3️⃣Iberico Sobrasada Tortillas 🥘 ($88)呢個西班牙蛋餅係每枱人都必點既菜式😗一切開，流心既蛋漿噴湧而岀😍蛋皮超薄而且嫩滑，夾埋入面既薯仔，洋蔥，辣肉腸既提味，令到成個味道好有層次好岀色👍🏻4️⃣Juicy Seafood Rice🦐🐠🐟($198)呢個飯果然名符其實咁juicy!😋 個汁海鮮蝦味好濃郁，雖然好多醬汁，但啲飯粒食落仍然係粒粒分明，好有咬口👍🏻海鮮方面，紅蝦新鮮彈牙，大蜆粒粒都多汁鮮甜，個鱈魚亦都好嫩滑！唯一可以彈既地方就係太細份喇食落唔係好夠喉咁😆😆

和朋友們在中環Happy Hour暢飲後正頭痛應在那裡吃晚餐 其中一友人在網上找到這間位於LKF Tower的西班牙餐廳到達餐廳的第一感覺是燈光十分昏暗 但如果和情侶來約會應該不錯☺️侍應很專業的跟我們介紹了Menu上的幾款食物 菜名真的忘記了 但食物質素真的不錯 另外餐廳的環境很安靜 十分適合三五知己或情侶來飲酒吃晚餐

位於蘭桂坊，餐廳環境很外國，有室內和室外位置，食飯和飲嘢都很好。餐廳很闊落，不會很迫和很嘈吵，啱晒拍拖或閨蜜傾計。而食物主打西班牙菜式，都是細細碟，類似Tapas的小碟，全部做得很好味和正宗。比起在西班牙小店吃的Tapas，更多了一份精緻的感覺，價錢也是正常西餐價格，不會太貴也不算低價位。不過去之前，要做一些功課，才會知道餐牌上的菜式到底是什麼，除非你對西班牙的菜名很熟悉吧！店員也有努力介紹和解說菜式分別是什麼。今晚我們點了pan con tomato, octopus, 大蘑菇，和一碟炸花花（吾記得是什麼花了）。pan con tomato 很香脆開胃，有點像脆餅上放了蕃茄莎莎。Octopus 的味道就好正常，重點是吾韌，仲有d 菠菜食下。炸花花十分香脆，好特別！我們沒有點餐牌上的主菜，因為全部都是大大份的肉類，是晚比較想吃tapas.

Cassio喺某啲網站book會有半價，其位置位於中環蘭桂芳，距離地鐵站要行大約5-10分鐘。門口有個好靚好friendly嘅外國女仔接待，有個屏風隔住門口同餐廳。現場有DJ，成個環境幾relaxing。食物嘅portion較細，一開始以為我地用半價優惠book檯所以細份啲，後來見到其他食評都有講過呢樣野。餐廳環境同氣氛就好好，但食物相對而言就唔多impressive。其中叫左一份classical嘅tortilla de patatas，好出名嘅西班牙傳統菜，但蛋味並唔係好濃，唔算好香，對最classic 嘅菜會有啲期待，但都很普通，幾款菜都冇咩特別嘅地方，整體我會評價為一般，因為餐廳價錢較貴，所以如果見有半價優惠的話，先值得試下。

Prawn Croquetas 🎯8/10是用濃蝦汁再混合蝦肉，再以炸球而成的，味道是濃濃的濃蝦汁配搭上脆口的外層，都是一個不錯的前菜呢Galician Octopus🎯9/10八爪魚是用慢煮的方法而成的，肉質鮮嫩，不會太硬和難咬，配上煎得剛剛好的紫薯，正Iberico Pork Ribs🎯8/10豬仔骨炆到很入味和鬆軟，汁料是甜甜的，似乎是加了點蜜糖卜煮成的，而配菜青椒和蕃茄亦吸收了肉汁，所以十分清甜。Cassiohk🎯9/10這間餐廳推薦的cocktail , 甜甜的和滿滿的綠茶味，很易入口，外型亦很討好呢sangria🎯9/10Sangria是西班牙傳統的飲料，是用紅酒調配而成，亦相當容易入口，充滿少女味的一杯飲料。

一班朋友諗住幫個朋友慶祝生日，朋友好想試呢間餐廳，就打去book位，仲準備買蛋糕同佢慶祝。後來當日朝早發現原來星期日休息，但當時侍應完全沒有提及，仲俾我哋book位。好彩發現得早，即刻搵第二間餐廳，但對呢間餐廳已經完全冇信心，永久黑名單。所以奉勸各位如果想去慶祝什麼日子的話，千萬要小心，唔好中伏另外亦都希望餐廳可以訓練一下侍應們，連最基本的開放時間都不知道，實在令人摸不着頭腦。希望沒有其他人中過招。

The first thing that struck us upon sitting down was that the menu wasn’t extensive, and the menu was not as expansive as we had hoped at a tapas restaurant.Food was rather expensive, but we had expected that at a restaurant in Central. Ate here last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Service started off rocky as the waitress seemed uninterested in serving us as only a few of us got water but the rest had to wait another 10 minutes for their cups to be filled. Afterwards we noticed we didn’t have the drinks menu as she had only given us the cover and not the menu inside of it. 今日同朋友黎到中環蘭桂坊，朋友問我有咩餐廳好介紹，我就介紹佢地去西班牙餐廳 Cassio，因為無論食物質素同環境氣紛都一流，而且自己試過咁多間西班牙餐廳，此終都係呢間最正。餐廳位於 LKF Tower 2 樓，坐電梯去到門口就已經有位高大既黑人保安同女侍應接待，女侍應會詢問要唔要幫你 Keep 起外套，十分細心。👍🏻 👍🏻今次叫左 Pan con Tomate、Octopus、Prawn Croquetas、Tomato Burrata、Seafood Paella 等等Pan Con Tomate : 麵包片香脆之剩，配上蕃茄、香草跟橄欖油，食落十分醒胃。Tomato Burrata : 水牛芝士伴車厘茄，每次嚟都必叫既食物，因為真係難以抗拒，所以今次每人一份，但最後兩位朋友都唔夠喉，叫多兩份外賣拎走，邪惡到一個點。😝Prawn Croquetas : 外皮炸至金黃色之剩香脆可口，食落有濃濃既醬汁同鮮甜既蝦肉，滋味得很。Seafood Paella : 4 人份量的西班牙海鮮飯，廚師會係你隔離即場烹調，可與廚師來個近距離接觸相當不錯，未食就已經聞到好香，真係令人食指大動 ; 飯粒吸收

We came here for a friend’s birthday, and because we were extremely hungry on a Friday’s night so we quickly order some appetizers Appetizers or should I say tapas are all wonderful, the potato omelette, tomato & burrata salad and prawn croquetas!!! 餐廳環境浪漫悠閒，絕對可以令你放鬆，慢慢享用高水準西班牙菜Scallop ceviche 微微酸辣，帶子爽滑。當作前菜或配酒也不錯👍🏻Suckling pig 有驚喜，12鐘頭慢煮豬肉配上甜薯汁入口即溶,一點也不肥膩這個suckling pig真的可以encore!!到女生至愛Dessert platter 出場!三心二意的你可以試試朱古力蛋糕甜度剛剛好，而且朱古力cream 非常順滑，濃濃朱古力味。另外，西班牙油炸鬼 churros 脆脆的，一試愛上，吃到停不了！Cassio 令我愛上西班牙菜第一次吃西班牙菜，可以試試這間。

Friday night out with the gals. Located at Lan Kwai Fong hotel. Arrived around 9:30 with a booking. Got seated and ordered a gin and tonic right off the bat. Needed it. The menu was clean and simple. Cassio is no longer a comfortable and casual place to have drinks. They have hired a few pretentious door maids to guard the door and will not let the average young professional in the door. This is absolutely disgusting and it showcases characteristics of the lower end of society. 這天為朋友慶祝生日，預早訂了位置，晚上氣氛不錯，但拍照來說，之前夏天有日光的時候來飲野所拍下的照片更漂亮。Assorted Cold Meats (8/10分）四款來說比較喜歡Jamon 同Lomo,兩款都充滿油香，另外兩款也不錯！我們三個女孩子分享，非常夠食😊Galician Octopus (10/10分）這個必點👍🏻八爪魚不會太難咬，簡單的蒜香調味，同之前在西班牙當地食過的八爪魚旗鼓相當！而整道菜的亮點係底下的紫薯，外層脆脆，味道甘甜，是今晚最難忘的一個菜色！Classic Omelette (5/10分）蛋味很香而且係流心既，但個味道有點似家常的洋蔥炒蛋😂Seafood Paella (7/10分）廚師在餐桌附近即場整，味道很好，份量頗多，飽肚之選👍🏻
