今朝要去深水埗名店買口罩,未免晏咗人太多,所以一早就出門,點知嚟到又太早,咁不如再翻兜我心念念既中央飯店。上個禮拜無食到臉咁大既大包,今次一樣食唔到,阿姐話啱啱賣嗮。咁好啦,好彩仲有蝦腸,今次食返無上次咁驚喜,感覺粉皮無上次咁滑,上星期既蝦味道比較鮮,但今次既蝦腸都係上等既。另外又點咗魚肚燒賣,第一次食,魚肚索嗮啲汁,食落爽甜,燒賣本身彈牙有咬口,裏面除豬肉外,應該仲有蝦肉,味道唔錯。最後食咗碟鴨腳扎,裏面既芋頭入口鬆化,肉就係魚肚燒賣既肉,拆開腐皮,裏面既鴨腳包住醬汁,都幾得意,醬汁係腐皮裏面,唔係外面,呢個係我見過第三個版本既鴨腳扎,都算幾特別,鴨腳質感比較raw,入味但唔係燜到淋,有咬口,甚至腳筋都系脆既。特別一提,呢間酒樓推車阿姐好好記性,我問佢有咩點心,佢真系好努力咁背嗮十三款點心出嚟,我無辦法唔比讚,試想象,你如果一日要推十幾轉,每轉都十幾款唔同配搭,你點記。阿姐中途仲要話唔好意思,多謝嗮之類,其實系我唔好意思就真,因為阿姐話想食咩同佢講就得,唔使問有咩係車度。時隔一星期,再次幫襯感覺都系咁好,食物質素中等,服務不錯,價錢貼地,有機會一定要再嚟。

今日食lunch時間一個人嚟咗呢間深水埗老店仲有點心車推吓推吓真係令人興奮。叫咗四個點心,分別係金錢肚、魚肚燒賣、鵪鶉蛋燒賣同埋鳳爪。其實除咗鳳爪之外其餘三樣點心其他地方都買少見少好難有機會食得到,不過老老實實,係得個魚肚燒賣比較好食,其他嗰啲都只係一般。鵪鶉蛋燒賣有佢嘅形狀但係就冇乜味道。金錢肚還可以啦,始終都係啲童年回憶嘢。鳳爪就麻麻哋,食落去覺得有啲乾身。整體還可以啦,始終風味嘢買少見少。

今日行出深水埗,心思思再去東盧大廈行一趟。見到中央飯店裝修工程快將完成四月一號重新營業的告示。以後又可以返去飲早茶,一盅兩件。依家真係唔心去邊飲茶!晚上又可以約班同事一齊食飯。

家常小菜,牛柳粒肉質都好嫩好juicy, 最中意上面啲蜜餞合桃

雞蛋煎蠔餅
本身唔太好蠔餅,但見係雞蛋炒就試下,食落好滑好鮮!

除咗晚市食小菜,早上同中午個有得飲茶食點心同食炒粉麵飯,下次一於再試下舊式點心!

一間餐廳要留得住客人,除了價錢要公還之外,keep住食物的水準,就是不二法門 ~石硤尾的「中央飯店」就做得住以上兩點,所以筆者才經常幫襯 ~什會炒河 : 端上來時熱氣騰騰 , 勁夠鑊氣,材料豐富,份量大,氣勢磅礡,豬雜很豐富,還有魷魚等,吃得到的是八十年代的味道,勁揪好味 ~中式牛柳 : 勁夠火喉 , 牛柳有很多件 , 件件厚肉 , 肉質軟綿淋滑,非常入味,個 sauce 的味道酸酸甜甜,好到位,好吃 ~滑蛋蝦仁 : 正確來說 , 應該是蝦球才對 , 每件蝦球都大大隻,爽口彈牙,雞蛋夠蛋香,炒得滑嫩,略嫌韭黃比較少,否則會更好吃 ~本篇完 ~

中式牛柳 : 勁夠火喉 , 牛柳有很多件 , 件件厚肉 , 肉質軟綿淋滑,非常入味,個 sauce 的味道酸酸甜甜,好到位,好吃 ~

滑蛋蝦仁 : 正確來說 , 應該是蝦球才對 , 每件蝦球都大大隻,爽口彈牙,雞蛋夠蛋香,炒得滑嫩,略嫌韭黃比較少,否則會更好吃 ~
