每隔一兩個月都來食飯,小菜懷舊又味道好食。但今次再來真的好失望😤😤😤,菜式不是太鹹,就是沒有味道;炆圓蹄好似煲完湯的湯渣,圓蹄不入味道而且連炆汁都沒有味道😓;合桃牛肉粒的牛肉又多根又硬😪;上次蜆肉蒸肉餅肉質鮮甜,蜆肉很多又鮮甜放在肉餅上突出豬肉味的 ,點知今次真係非常失望😖😖😖,蜆肉少又鹹😡。脆皮雞的皮不脆皮,肉質較乾,味道不夠😓👎🏻👎🏻!腐竹魚腩味道鹹,1/3是大舊薑,魚腩有點魚腥味👎🏻總括來說,今次小菜水準下降😓😓。

友人特然提起深水埗有間懷舊點心店,便興致勃勃來到這間中央飯店飲杯茶,食下點心;一入到這間店,見到樓面姐姐推着一架架點心車,經過便向茶客推介點心,令我想起小時候跟嫲嫲到茶樓時的歲月,呢類型既懷舊點心店,真的越來越少了。我們叫了牛肉,燒賣、叉燒腸;牛肉比坊間大部分牛肉都實肉,好味。不過今次想試的點心,如排骨、蝦餃和排骨飯都賣晒了😅;唯有下次再來試食其他點心。

午市時間佢有一個特色印度炒麵,因為唔知係乜所以專登叫黎試吓,其實佢係類似星洲炒米,材料基本上一樣,不過佢就真係用麵炒唔係米粉,另外星洲炒米係用黃咖喱粉而呢個印度炒麵就用紅咖喱粉,我覺得個味道唔錯,試新嘢冇中伏好難得。

位於大埔道東廬大廈內的中央飯店,至今已有61年,它沒有富麗堂皇的裝飾,仍保存著用手推車的方式叫點心,不單是大部分員工都在此工作了數十年,連食客也是多年擁躉,每天都在此一盅兩件,就如老朋友一樣。今天到此品嚐一頓午餐,伙記很醒目快捷的招呼你坐下,然後奉上濃濃的茶,比起時下的酒樓改用茶包,你會覺得用茶葉泡的茶是特別香濃有茶味,接著的便叫了幾款點心,山竹牛肉除了大件外,配上喼汁食下去,香軟和滑,蝦餃的皮略厚,但餡料十足而且有汁,蝦肉彈牙,雞包仔比其他酒樓的包點大,餡料多,還有就是豉汁鳳爪,非常入味,而且有花生墊底,除了點心,還叫了一道雪菜肉絲炆米,第一料足,而每一啖的米粉都多汁和有雪菜味,所以這一餐吃得很滿足,價錢相對其他酒樓就算很便宜,可以用大眾化價錢享用經濟實惠的午餐,不妨去試試。
