客家菜都必定要食既係梅菜扣肉,尼到既扣肉肥瘦適中,半肥半瘦!瘦肉部分有濃濃既肉香,肥肉有香滑既油香入口即化!而且梅菜份量多,調味偏甜,味道濃,用黎撈飯,非常正!


#白果豬肚湯
白果豬肚湯嘅份量好多,湯飲落無味精,好奶白色,清甜美味,白果味香濃!而且湯料好豐富,有腐竹同埋豬肚,豬肚洗得很乾淨,豬肚味好濃👍🏻

飲咁多次茶都未見過咁大個包, 個size仲大過一個點心蒸籠, 唔會出現喺點心車要同伙記落單, 包入面勁多餡, 主要係雞肉斬件, 所以食起上黎係有骨的, 因為搣開share(都唔expect人一啖咬落去吧😅), 所以明顯見到要lur骨架!而包身蒸得非常鬆軟呢.

朋友說要來這裡食晚飯一行四人先點鹽焗雞 帶子豆苗 琵琶豆腐雞尚可 肉也幾滑嫩 不過不夠香 沾醬食也不出味帶子煮太久 豆苗油油的 豆腐也普通後加一個霸王大蝦 🍤完全不知道跟奶油黃金大蝦分別是甚麼 都是有咸蛋炸蝦等了半小時也不深究到底是否上錯菜 雖然我已問上菜那位小姐 是否霸王蝦外炸不夠脆 仍然要拆殻 蝦子算可以 彈牙大隻但7、8隻蝦要$130埋單$5764碗白米飯不會再來了可能其他菜更好食廁所沒水沖 細到入唔到 又不衛生全場只等一人會下單
