😀 聽說深水埗的中央飯店,突然“內部裝修,暫停營業”!真是有點不太習慣……當初因為朋友的介紹,有天的早上便慕名而來。此店雖然裝修陳舊,但是算乾淨企理!第一次來,開壺普洱茶後,先點一份皮蛋瘦肉粥 + 叉燒腸,足料夠大碗!山竹牛肉則夠肉味兼“大粒”!第二次去,有幸試過佢地的三寶大包,1碟1個!食完飽到幾乎“行唔郁”!第三次終於等到佢果個鎮店之寶 - 焗西米布甸。果然名不虛傳!加入白蓮蓉後,的確爽滑香甜!馬拉糕又係玩1籠1大個,都幾鬆軟好食!好野……本人衷心希望,中央飯店能夠早日重開吧!就算到時須要加(少少)價,亦都感覺值得的……👍👍👍!

今日與同事為慶祝到達工作里程碑,當然要找間特別一點的餐廳。每次飲茶都是去那些連鎖店,今次就嘗試街坊飯店吧!飯店的入口頗為隱蔽,還好大街有非常顯眼的招牌。門口的霓虹燈很有七八十年代的感覺。客人們都是隨便地坐,看起來很多都是老顧客。兩三個推着點心車仔的姐姐叫唱着點心,有的侍應忙着為客人加茶,有的忙着打牙骹。我們開了壺香片,意想不到的好!隨着點心車逐一的到來,我們前前後後叫了五款點心。雞扎內的芋頭粉粉的,很美味!本來叫的乾蒸燒賣都已經放到枱上,一看到點心車內的魚肚燒賣,念頭一轉便改單吧。姐姐不厭其煩地幫我們換掉 。滿滿的魚肚是滿滿的滿足。樣貌不太討好的腩仔卷盛載着驚喜!腩仔皮腍入味而不太膩,很喜歡。炸點亦不過不失。另外還點了蝦腸。雖然皮厚餡少,同事卻覺得並不錯。厚本點的是叉腸,可是姐姐聽錯了蝦腸還特意給我端上一碟樣子一流的。我們更正後,她不好意思地端上另一碟叉腸給我們左挑右選。最後都是選擇了姐姐特別挑選的蝦腸。沒有人頭湧湧,沒有鬧市味道;悠閒地與同事午飯聊天,樂以忘憂。

小時候在深水埗長大……東廬大廈是上學、逛街必經之地……由大埔道一方進入,石硤尾出,是捷徑之外,也可一逛內裡的涼茶舖,士多舖、米舖、飛髮舖……當然還有今日重遊,充滿滋味回憶的鹽焗雞飯店……呢道招牌菜數十年如一,仲食得番嗰種美味,冬瓜盅用大冬瓜,比外面的"標準"大很多,大良炒鮮奶、百花釀豆腐,呢D懷舊菜唔算精彩,但味道可以!南乳齋煲食剩好多,粉絲太腍。反而菠蘿咕嚕肉、芥蘭炒牛肉有驚喜,茄汁煎大蝦幾好肉,過得去!甜品送紅豆沙,可惜太過"和稀泥",溝太多水……是晚8個人食,埋單都係$900+,抵過對面海同類茶居好多!聽講早茶點心也不錯,下次懷舊再試過!!😎

小時候在深水埗長大……東廬大廈是上學、逛街必經之地……由大埔道一方進入,石硤尾出,是捷徑之外,也可一逛內裡的涼茶舖,士多舖、米舖、飛髮舖……當然還有今日重遊,充滿滋味回憶的鹽焗雞飯店……

呢道招牌菜數十年如一,仲食得番嗰種美味,冬瓜盅用大冬瓜,比外面的"標準"大很多,大良炒鮮奶、百花釀豆腐,呢D懷舊菜唔算精彩,但味道可以!南乳齋煲食剩好多,粉絲太腍。

反而菠蘿咕嚕肉、芥蘭炒牛肉有驚喜,茄汁煎大蝦幾好肉,過得去!甜品送紅豆沙,可惜太過"和稀泥",溝太多水……

是晚8個人食,埋單都係$900+,抵過對面海同類茶居好多!聽講早茶點心也不錯,下次懷舊再試過!!😎

講到舊式茶樓,我知道嘅來去去都係得嗰幾間.一係就連香,我都去過幾次,今次就食下從未去過嘅中央飯店.舊式茶樓當然係可以搭枱,應該話冇得比你唔搭檯先啱.如果真係好想兩個人錯張四人枱,可以開四個茶位.好可惜點心唔係用鐵盤託喺條腰嗰種,不過都好嘅,咁樣托法好傷腰骨.因為唔用點心紙,所以要金睛火眼咁樣望住經過嘅點心車,啱心水嘅唔多,第一段就叫咗炸點.呢度好在炸物可以畀你自由配搭,我哋就叫咗煎堆,春捲,鹹水角.個樣已經好清楚咁話你知佢係凍嘅,油冧冧加上林坺坺. 春捲好粗好大碌,有好重既芋頭味.煎堆仔好細個,豆沙好好味,不過甜咗啲.鹹水角實在太多油,過咗氣,而且餡料好少.再嚟就食咗鮮蝦腸粉,蝦都幾大隻,腸粉軟得嚟唔爛,但係唔知點解豉油非常黑,唔通用老抽.叉燒包上枱果陣真係燙手架,但係包多肉少,而且裏面唔夠汁,有少少乾.鴨腳扎裏面嘅芋頭大舊得好誇張,而且略乾,成舊收入口有難度,老人家食要小心.另外豬肉實在太肥太鹹,鴨腳就非常瘦,真係好似皮包骨咁.鳳爪就啱啱相反,非常肥美,夠曬入味,而且炆得夠淋.排骨就同一般茶樓差唔多,除咗份量多咗一倍之外,不過好大部分係因為有非常多嘅芋頭墊底.最後我哋仲另外叫咗一個陳

最後我哋仲另外叫咗一個陳皮香茜鴨腿湯飯,隻鴨脾真係非常大,唔係淨係鴨上脾,而係用咗全脾,湯飯裏面仲有冬菇,冬瓜,但係真係見唔到或者食唔出有陳皮.
呢度嘅夥記都幾勤快,收碟嘅速度非常快.如果想食懷舊嘅點心餸菜,體驗懷舊嘅格局,呢度係非常好嘅選擇,但剩係講味道嘅話,呢度實在未到好味嘅程度.
