星期日放假同朋友去搵下好西食Lunch set 包餐湯、餐包同餐飲首先上左餐湯同餐包 餐湯係特濃粟米湯,真係超特濃,好重粟米味。餐包係焗熱左上,抵讚👍🏻軟殼蟹龍蝦汁意大利飯 $118意大利飯不會太硬,岩我口味,而且龍蝦味都有嘅,同埋好creamy。軟殼蟹炸得不錯,食到最後都不覺油膩☺️烤加拿大豬鞍配焦糖肉桂蘋果 $152豬鞍超厚切,而且好Juicy。我諗應該係slow cook完再烤,有誠意👍🏻餐飲要左菠蘿汁同熱latte菠蘿汁有誠意,似新鮮打出黎嘅👍🏻熱latte有拉埋花,不錯☺️

估唔到荃灣街邊都會有高質嘅西餐🤓
無論係餐廳signature,定係random嗌嘅菜式都發揮得好出色👍
雖然價錢偏貴,但食完之後我覺得食物同服務質素都對得住呢個價錢

除咗食物質素,都好欣賞就係呢度嘅擺碟,每一碟都有悉心裝飾過,好igable😍
所以我po ig story之後都有好多朋友問係邊間餐廳😇😇

18.11.2021 星期四Chalet之前一直在Open Rice有介紹Chalet,今次跟朋友聚舊,打算去荃灣食好西,於是在Chalet訂枱,並訂在近門玻璃窗口位。一去到附近,大大招牌很易見,門外擺放一架單車,單車籃上放滿花裝飾,另有餐牌放在單車椅上。餐廳分兩邊座位,以石牆分隔,近門口那部份較為溫馨浪漫,比較適合兩三個朋友細細私語,入到餐廳內部燈光較為喑淡,適合三、五朋友輕鬆歡聚。餐牌上選擇不多,主要湯、小食、意粉/飯、主菜幾款、Set dinner和甜品。反而飲品選擇較為豐富,餐牌以木製,很漂亮呀。晚餐:法國麵包蟹燴意大利飯這個朋友是選擇,看來偏濕一點。前菜:半熟吞拿魚伴三文魚籽吞拿魚很鮮味,三文魚籽加醬汁略嫌太鹹法式油封鴨腿配鴨胸,芒果香橙莎莎這個鴨腿、鴨胸份量不少,加上芒果香橙莎莎,很好吃香蕉布甸混合香蕉,又不會太甜,吃了也不內咎😂惟一水要買樽裝,或叫飲品環境清靜舒服,職員很體貼助人,我很滿意我的餐,朋友本身喜歡中餐,所以不太欣賞,但能夠靜靜地傾談,也是不錯的選擇。

澳洲M5和牛肉眼扒10安士———這塊牛扒我們選了七成熟,肉質很鬆軟,不會死乾,而且肉汁豐富,不會太肥,只有少少肥肉,所以口感不錯,唯一一樣不太好是血水較多,但也沒有影響口感。

芝士薯條,黑松露炒雜菌,西蘭花苗———首先講一下芝士薯條,薯條芝士味很濃,香脆可口,是必點之一。另外黑松露炒雜菌,雜菌很多,而且切一小件方便入口,黑松露味也很濃郁。至於西蘭花苗也很不錯,但感覺煮法和這間餐廳不太搭配,但味道是不錯的,用榛子一起炒很特別,另有一番風味。

最後這個蛋糕是餐廳贈送的,是布朗尼朱古力蛋糕,如果客人想另選餐牌上的甜品也可以,不過需要另計價錢,可以稱讚的是碟上面的字寫得很好看,看得出花了心思。總括來說,這間餐廳的食物味道和服務態度都很好,員工都很友善,不知道是不是我們慶祝生日,所以給了樓上雅座我們,環境很寧靜優美。

你到荃灣呢間西餐廳,見好多好評就嚟試吓,入到去餐廳環境好優雅,唔係感覺好舒服,店員服務非常好第一次食牛尾,原來係咁特別,汁炆得超好,好入味牛尾都好淋,印度油酥餅超好食,個人好鍾意呢軟殼蟹做得十分出色,意大利飯加埋個汁好入味,成件事絕配,好味道唔夠食,份量可以多番少少就好啦🙈自愛龍蝦湯,呢個係佢自家製嘅麵包,口感軟熟得來又好特別,點埋龍蝦湯,一啖一啖咁樣咬落去,真係一流!一杯凍檸茶,佢額外會俾一個細樽仔你落糖漿,好細心可以比客人自己選擇甜嘅濃度,如果帶女仔或朋友嚟呢個地方真心推薦!
